클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스를 위한 온톨로지 기반의 서비스 탐색 방안

Advances in internet technology has made a cloud computing as a new computing paradigm. In cloud computing, computing resources are provided as scalable and on-demand services. One of fundamental issues for cloud services is to provide users with optimal services for their needs. In this paper, an ontology-based methodology for cloud service discovery is proposed and evaluated. For this, the context ontology to represent user`s situation is introduced. The proposed methodology can be expected to show good performance in discovering services by considering both user`s purpose and planned cost. According to the evaluation results, the proposed methodology shows that the cloud services are recommended optimally, as expected, to users due to different weights on each user`s purpose and costs.
생활 스트레스에 대한 인간의 생리적 반응과 타액 코티졸과의 관계

The physiological and biochemical responses of healthy men and women to life stress were measured in order to temperature, blood pressure (BP), heart rate (HR) and galvanic skin response (GSR) were selected as physiological stress indices and salivary cortisol level was used as a biochemical stres biomarker. Twenty six (male 14 and female 13) colege students were participated in the experiment. Female showed the significant higher value of salivary cortisol level (p<0.01), diastolic BP (p<0.01), and HR (p<0.01) than male. The difference of skin temperature between forehead and fingertip correlated significantly with salivary cortisol level (p<0.01). The LF(low frequency)/HF(high frequency) ratio of HRV also correlated significantly with salivary cortisol level (p<0.01). However, BP, HR and GSR corelated insignificantly with salivary cortisol level. We suggest that LF/HF ratio of HRV and skin temperature may be good indices for the assessment of life stress, and may apply to measure the stress level of individual in real time.

Recently ‘full browsing service’ is growing rapidly throughout the world. This service allows mobile phone users to access websites using their mobile phone as they do using a PC. Despite the rapid expansion of the mobile phone market, however, criteria or scales for evaluating the new services are being developed slowly and far behind the current demand trends. Thus, this study proposed a customer satisfaction evaluation model for full browsing services through empirical research. The proposed model is expected to derive and suggest key factors that users consider important in full browsing services and those factors can be used in developing marketing strategies for maintaining existing customers and creating new customers.
An Integrated Growth Model of Software Reliability Based on the Non-Homogeneous Poisson Process

In this paper, we propose an integrated growth model of software reliability based on the non-homogeneous Poisson process. The model shows the relationship between several distinctively developed models. It also demonstrates not only each of the major attributes of the previous models but also the combined hidden attributes of those models. In addition, we derived estimates of the parameters of the integrated growth model and subsequently, tested the model with real world data. We found that our growth model is better than previous models in its flexibility to explain the reliability of software attributes and ability to apply to various situations in the real world.

As the importance of collaboration becomes critical in today's open and complex business environment network, the issues and solutions on compatibility and reusability between different kinds of applications are being increasingly impartant as well in systems analysis and design. And therefore. service-centered SOA is receiving attention in such business environment as a strategic approach that makes passible for prompt action according to the needs of users and business process. Various implementation methodologies have been proposed for SOA. however, in practical aspects most of them have some problems since they fail to propose specific policies in definition and identification of services for the exact user requirements and business situations. To solve or alleviate those problems. this paper suggests a new service identification model based on hierarchical ontology, where three different ontologies such as business ontology, context ontology and service ontology are proposed to define the relationship and design the link between user requirements. business process. applications and services. Through a suggested methodology in this paper. it would be possible to provide proactive services that meets a variety of business environments and demands of user. Also. since the information can be modified adaptively and dynamically by hierarchical ontology, this study is expected to play a pasitive role in increasing the flexibility of systems and business environments.
Syslog 데이터의 의미론적 검색을 위한 XML 기반의 모델링

Event logging plays increasingly an important role in system and network management, and syslog is a de-facto standard for logging system events. However, due to the semi-structured features of Common Log Format data most studies on log analysis focus on the frequent patterns. The extensible Markup Language can provide a nice representation scheme for structure and search of formatted data found in syslog messages. However, previous XML-formatted schemes and applications for system logging are not suitable for semantic approach such as ranking based search or similarity measurement for log data. In this paper, based on ranked keyword search techniques over XML document, we propose an XML tree structure through a new data modeling approach for syslog data. Finally, we show suitability of proposed structure for semantic retrieval. 이벤트 로깅은 시스템 및 네트워크 관리에 있어 그 역할이 증대되고 있으며, syslog는 해당 분야에 있어 사실상의 표준으로 사용되고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 로그 분석은 반구조적 특징을 보이는 로그 형식으로 인하여 빈번히 출현하는 패턴에만 집중하고 있다. XML은 syslog 데이터를 구조화하는 데 있어 유용한 방식을 제공하고 정보 탐색을 용이하게 해 준다. 하지만 이전의 XML 형식들 및 어플리케이션들은 로그 데이터를 위한 순위 기반 검색이나 유사도 측정 등과 같은 의미론적 접근에 적합하지 않다. 본 논문에서는 XML 기반의 순위 키워드 검색 기법을 기초로, 새로운 로그 데이터 모델링을 통해 syslog 데이터를 위한 XML 트리 구조를 제안한다. 그리고 기존의 XML 구조보다 의미론적 검색에 적합함을 보인다.
