8주간 코어 및 하지 근력 운동이 한국무용 전공 여대생의 균형 능력에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 8주간의 코어 및 하지 근력 운동이 한국무용 전공 여대생의 균형 능력에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 연구 대상은 최근 6개월 이내 근골격계 상해 또는 수술 경험이 없는 20대 여대생 중 한국무용을 7년 이상 수련한14명으로 진행하였다. 코어 및 하지 근력 운동은 주 3회 실시하였고, 균형 능력은 개안과 폐안 상태에서 양발 지지및 좌⋅우측 편측 하지 지지 조건으로 Gait View를 사용하여 측정하였다. 측정 변인은 압력중심점의 이동 궤적을통해 외주면적, 총 궤적장, COP 이동속도를 측정하였다. 자료 분석은 Paired Sample t-test로 코어 및 하지 근력운동 전⋅후 변화를 비교하였으며, 유의수준은 α=.05로 설정하였다. 결과적으로, 개안 시 양발 지지상태와 좌측편측 지지상태에서는 유의한 차이가 없었으나 균형 능력의 개선이 확인되었고, 폐안 시 양발 지지상태와 우측편측 지지상태에서는 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 이는 코어 및 하지 근력 운동이 한국무용 전공 여대생의 균형 능력향상에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 판단된다. This study investigated the effects of 8 weeks of core and lower limb strength exercises on the balance ability of female college students majoring in Korean dance. The participants were 14 female students in their 20s who had trained in Korean dance for over 7 years and had no musculoskeletal injuries or surgeries in the past 6 months. The core and lower limb strength exercises were conducted three times a week. Balance ability was measured using Gait View under conditions of eyes open and eyes closed, with both feet support and left/right single-leg support. The measured variables included the Envelope Area, Total Length, and Sway Velocity based on the movement trajectory of the center of pressure (COP). Data analysis compared the changes before and after the exercises using the Paired Sample t-test with a significance level set at α=.05. The results showed no significant differences in balance ability in the eyes open condition with both feet support and left single-leg support, but improvements in balance ability were observed. In the eyes closed condition, significant differences were found in both feet support and right single-leg support. These findings suggest that core and lower limb strength exercises positively affect the balance ability of female college students majoring in Korean dance.

This paper analyzed the relationships between the extrusion conditions, grain size, and yield strength of anMg-7Sn-1Al-1Zn alloy, which was extruded at different initial billet temperatures and ram speeds, anddeveloped empirical models to predict the grain size and yield strengths. The results revealed that grainsize increases as the extrusion temperature and ram speed increase, resulting in a decrease of the tensileand compressive yield strengths due to reduced effect of grain boundary strengthening. It was also foundthat the exit temperature is a key determinant of grain size and yield strength, i.e. as the exit temperaturedecreases, the grain size decreases while the tensile and compressive yield strengths increase. The grain sizeand yield strength prediction models, which provide results as a function of temperature and strain rate,were developed by considering the extrusion temperature and speed dependencies of the exit temperature,and the predicted results showed a good agreement with the experimental data.
