프로그램 소스코드를 표절하는 것은 소프트웨어의 지적재산권을 침해하는 행위이다. 표절을 감추기 위하여 소스코드의 구조를 일부 바꾸거나 변수 명을 바꾸는 등의 수단을 쓰기도 하기 때문에 표절을 검출하기란 쉽지 않은 일이다. 표절 행위를 막기 위해 이를 검출하기 위한 여러 가지 방법들이 고안되었으며 대부분 프로그램의 소스코드를 다양한 방법으로 분석하여 표절 검출하려고 한다. 본 논문에서는 소스 코드에 기반하지 않고 실행중인 프로그램의 메모리 액세스 로그 분석을 통해 알고리즘 유사도를 측정하여 프로그램의 표절 여부를 검출하는 새로운 방법을 제시한다. 두 프로그램의 메모리 액세스 로그는 일반적인 스트링 비교 알고리즘을 이용하여 분석될 수 있으며, 본 논문에서는 일반적인 방법보다 특성화된 방법을 제시한다. 이를 통해 메모리 액세스 로그가 프로그램의 표절 검출도구로서 사용되어질 수 있음을 보여준다. Program Plagiarism is an infringement of software copyright. In detecting program plagiarism, many different source program comparison methods has been studied. But, it is not easy to detect plagiarized program that made a few cosmetic changes in program structures and variable names In this paper, we propose a new ground-breaking technique in detecting plagiarism by Memory Access Log Analysis.

As the Pohang earthquake steadily occurred along with big and small aftershocks, the damage caused was extensive. Firefighters on the front line are responsible for the initial response, thus their job stress is very high; this study identified the determinants of job satisfaction for firefighters in Pohang. The summary of the study is as follows. First, most of the firefighters in the Pohang earthquake had 10 years of employment, were 30 and 40 years of age, and most of them completed higher education t. Second, their job satisfaction was influenced by compensation, organizational conflict, and job burden as per this order. Third, job characteristics did not significantly affect job satisfaction. 본 연구는 포항지역 소방공무원의 직무만족도 결정요인을 파악하기 위해 선행연구를 고찰하여 연구모형을 설계하고 가설을 실증하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 포항지진에 투입한 소방공무원 중 대부분은 종사 기간이 10년 이하이고, 연령은 30대와 40대, 교육 수준은 고등교육 이상이었다. 둘째, 직무만족에 영향을 미친 것은 보상, 조직갈등, 직무부담 순으로 나타났다. 보상이 직무만족에 영향을 미친 것은 스트레스가 크고, 외상 후 스트레스 장애에 노출되어 있는 현실을 반영한 것으로 보인다. 조직갈등이 영향을 미친 것은 한정된 자원, 미흡한 정책 등으로 조직구성원 사이에 의견이 일치하지 않거나 생각과 행동 차이에서 발생한다고 볼 수 있다. 직무부담이 영향을 미친 것은 위급한 상황에서도 법률이나 규칙을 준수하여야 하고 소방업무 외에 방호와 예방도 수행하여야 하는 현실을 반영하고 있다. 셋째, 직무특성은 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 이것은 자부심보다 긴급출동, 불규칙한 생활 등으로 발생하는 어려움, 처우 불만 등이 영향을 미쳤다고 볼 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to present a plan for best practice in a type of alternative to overcome problems in a traditional instruction which has been conducted in a field of many elementary schools. To achieve such purpose, one event such as relay race was selected. Accordingly, by analyzing a relay race by 10 elementary school teachers working at C, D, G region, the author tried to suggest a plan relating to the best practice. In terms of an instruction analysis, a method of video analysis of participant observation was adopted. A process in qualitative analysis progressed with the stages of transcription, coding per subject, and core categorization. In the process of analysis, in a consultation with an expert, the author used an analysis frame which was organized on the basis of a comparison on characteristics of behavior training and decision-making training by Vickers(2004). To compare teachers that showed the traditional instruction styles with teachers that showed the best practice styles, it was chosen 4 teachers of 10 in the process of video analysis. Through a guidance plan analysis and an in-depth interview after the video analysis, the author tried to find out the 4 teachers` intention of developing an instruction. Through such analysis process, the following research conclusion was obtained. First, in providing instruction, the teachers that showed the traditional instruction styles emphasized simple skill about relay race at the beginning of lesson. And when showing an example for students, teachers emphasized students to imitate a simple model as teachers pleases, that the traditional teaching styles such as memorizing instruction. Hence in order to have the best practice in relay race plays, there should be good lessons such as cognitive instruction that reveals the decision making training characteristics which can provide evidence of the key recognitions at the beginning of lesson and showed various models which students can draw a comparison. Second, in instruction design, the teachers that showed the traditional instruction styles liked the passive instruction, the exercise centered instruction and the practice plans with behavior training characteristics of low variations with strictly divided actions and rules which could not accommodate the differences in the levels of the students. Therefore in order to have the best practice in relay race, there should be the authentic instruction, challenging instruction, through the tactical pratice and the competitive games from which to gain experiences to apply in innumerable game situations. Third, in providing feedback, the teachers that showed traditional instruction traits of behavior showed behavioristic instruction, that showed immediate reactionary feedback to the improper actions. Hence for the best practice in relay race, there should be good lessons such as the cognitive instructions, psycholinguistic instructions which provides the students the opportunities to identify and correct the mistakes by themselves through teacher`s question with a purpose.
