This study examines the relation between performance confidence and dance flow according to professional dancer’s appearance complex and social physique anxiety. To this end, data were collected from 313 professional dancers working in national·public·municipal dance theatre located in Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi, and Busan. The collected data were analyzed with correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis and structural equation modeling by using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS21.0 program. The results of analysis are as follows. First, it was shown that appearance complex did not have effect on dance performance confidence, but had a negative effect on dance flow. Second, it was shown that social physique anxiety had a negative effect on dance performance confidence and dance flow. Third, it was shown that dance performance confidence had a positive effect on dance flow.

The longitudinal shear flow in composite steel and concrete beams in transferred across the steel-flange/concrete-slab interface at a discrete number of points by the dowel action of individual shear connectors. The strength of these dowels is affecfed by the presence of longitudinal cracks in the concrete slab which may have been formed by transverse bending moment on the slab or by splitting or shear forces that are induced by the dispersal of the dowel forces into the concrete slab. Twenty-six push-out specimens have been tested to determine the effect of tracts verse reinforcement on the dowel strength of shear connectors that were imbedded in longitudinally cracked slabs. It has been found that this post cracking dowel strength is affected by the stiffness of the transverse reinforcement but not by its strength.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to verify whether there is a significant effect on the psychological variables by preventing the burnout through an analysis of the parallel multiple mediating effects of team efficacy and resilience in the structural relationship between professional football players' perceived autonomy support and burnout. Methods: Data were collected from 223 professional football players belonging to the K-League by a questionnaire survey. As survey instrument, autonomy support, burnout, team efficacy, and resilience test were employed. The collected data were analyzed using frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis. The structural equation model (SEM) was analyzed, and the results were derived by applying the phantom variable in the analysis of the mediation effect using bootstrapping. Results: First, Autonomy support was verified to have a significant positive effect on resilience. Second, Autonomy support was found to have a significantly positive effect on team efficacy. Third, Autonomy support was verified to have a significant positive effect on burnout. Fourth, Resilience was verified to have a significant negative effect on burnout. Fifth, Team efficacy was verified to have a significant negative effect on burnout. Sixth, the mediating effects of resilience on burnout and the mediating effects of team efficacy on burnout are all statistically significant. Conclusion: When athletes with high self-efficacy and a strong belief in their ability to overcome challenges come together to form a team, they are likely to better overcome external stimuli and prevent burnout.

It is now common practice to strengthen reinforced concrete beams by steel plates to their tention surfaces. Such plated beams are designed for flexure using conventional prediction equation and assumption that full bond will be developed between the concrete and the plates. Very advanced design rules have already been developed at the University of Adelaide for adhesive bonding steel plates to reinforced concrete beams in order to prevent premature debonding. This work on plated continuous reinforced concrete beams is to determine experimentally wether these design rules, that were developed for steel plated simply supported beams, could be applied to steel and FRP plated continuous beams. This paper also suggests how to increase the ductility of plated beams.
