When a train is delayed because of a disturbance, the time interval deviation between successive trains increases,and high frequency metro lines can become unstable. Thus, it is necessary to control the traffic regularity toprevent any such instability. In this paper, we propose a simple but effective traffic regulation algorithm thatgurantees system stability. In the proposed method, the control algorithm for running time is designed using adiscrete traffic model where control input is determined from a linear combination of departure time deviationsand control input of the preceding train to ensure an optimal time interval between successive trains. The resultsof the computer simulation are also given to demonstrate the validity of the proposed algorithm. 철도운행 시스템에서 외란에 의해 지연이 발생하면 열차 사이의 시간간격 편차가 증가하여 열차운행이 불안정하게 된다. 따라서이러한 불안정한 열차운행을 방지하기 위하여 열차의 운행간격을 제어하는 것이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 철도운행 시스템의 안정성을 보장하는 간단하면서도 효과적인 새로운 열차의 운행간격 제어알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안한 알고리즘은 이산 열차모델에 기반하며 열차의 적정한 운행간격이 유지되도록 출발시간 편차와 선행열차 제어입력의 선형조합에 의해 운행시간을 제어한다. 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안한 방법의 유효성을 보인다.

Multicopters have become more popular since they are advantageous in their ability to take off and land vertically. Inorder to guarantee the normal operations of such multicopters, the problem of fault detection and isolation is veryimportant. In this paper, a new method for detecting and isolating an actuator fault of a hexacopter is proposed based onthe analytical approach. The residual is newly defined using the angular velocities of actuators estimated by themathematical model and an actuator fault is detected comparing the residuals to a threshold. And a fault is isolatedcombining a dynamic model and generated residuals when a fault is detected. The proposed method is a simple, buteffective technique because it is based on mathematical model. The results of the computer simulation are also given todemonstrate the validity of the proposed algorithm in case of a single failure. 멀티콥터는 수직 이착륙 할 수 있다는 장점 때문에 활용이 증가하고 있으며 이러한 멀티콥터의 정상적인 동작을 위해서는고장 검출과 분리 문제가 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 해석적 방법에 기반하여 헥사콥터 구동기의 고장을 검출하고 분리하는 새로운 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법에서는 헥사콥터의 수학적 모델로부터 추정한 구동기의 각속도를 이용하여 잔차를새롭게 정의하고 생성된 잔차와 문턱값을 비교하여 구동기의 고장을 검출한다. 고장이 검출되면 헥사콥터의 동역학 모델과생성된 잔차를 결합하여 고장을 분리한다. 제안한 방법은 수학적 모델을 기반으로 하여 간단하면서도 효과적이다. 헥사콥터구동기의 단일 고장 상황을 가정한 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안한 방법의 유효성을 검증하였다.
입력 데이타 성분간의 상관관계를 고려한 퍼지 모델링 방법

Recently many studies have been conducted on fuzzy modeling[1] since it can describe a nonlinear system better than the conventional methods. Generally, fuzzy models have the capability of dividing input space into several subspaces, compared to linear ones. But hitherto suggested fuzzy modeling algorithms do not take into consideration the correlations input data. As a way to use correlation and divide the input space, the method of principal component is used. Finally, the results of computer simulation are given to demonstrate the validity of this algorithm.

Because of development of the photovoltaic and wind power generation, distributed generations have been increased. The increase in the distributed generations results in higher fault current which exceeds the capacity of the existing protective device when a fault occurs. Also distributed power sources using DC such as energy storage system and internet data center have been developed. However, DC is more diffi cult and dangerous to interrupt than AC because there is no zero crossing point in case of the occurrence of the short circuit current. Therefore, the study of protective devices against DC is needed. In this paper, DC hybrid current limiting circuit breaker (CLCB) is suggested. The trigger type superconducting fault current limiter was used for current limiting and the divergence current oscillation method was used for interruption. The shortcircuit test was simulated to analyze the current limiting and the interrupting characteristics of the DC hybrid CLCB through the PACAD/EMTDC modeling.

In this paper, a new method is proposed where the vision and ultrasonic sensor are used to recognize obstacles and to obtain its position and size. Ultrasonic snsors are used to obtain the actual navigation path width of the mobile robot. In conjunction with camera images of the path, recognition of obstacles and the determination of its distance, direction, and width are carried out. The characteristics of the sensors and the mobile robots used generally make it difficult to recognize all environments; accordingly, a restricted environment is employed for this study.
