Seafood is one of the common causes of food allergies to adults. The sea hare Aplysia kurodai is a marine mollusk which belongs to invertebrate gastropod that has been consumed as a food in Korea. Cases of acute toxic hepatitis after ingestion of sea hares have been reported, but few cases of allergic reactions to sea hare have been reported in the literature. A 33-year-old man was referred to our Emergency Department due to urticaria and periorbital/perioral swelling after eating sea hares. Approximately 10 years ago, he experienced similar allergic reactions to it. Skin prick and intradermal tests showed strong positive responses to crude sea hare allergen extract. He was diagnosed with food allergy to sea hares. We herein report the first case of sea hare allergy after ingestion.

PLZT powders, one of ferroelectric ceramics, were prepared from the following raw materials of Pb(NO₃)₂, La(NO₃)₃·6H₂O, ZrOCl₂·8H₂O, and TiCl₄. Each one of the 1st three components were dissolved in deionized water and the last one was dissolved in ethyl alcohol. In order to avoid the fromation of PbCl₂, a two-stage coprecipitation method was used : coprecipitating the complex hydroxide of lanthanum, zirconium, and titanium with ammonia solution; adding lead nitrate solution to the dispersed LZT solution and coprecipitating PLZT hydroxide again with ammonia solution. The precipitates were washed and dried by the three different methods, and then calcined at temperatures ranging from 300℃ to 1100℃. Tests for the X-ray diffraction and the particle size distribution were carried out and the morphologies were observed by scanning electron microscopy. Perovskite crystal structure were found on the samples calcined for 2hours at temperatures higher than 650℃. The most fine-grained size distribution was. observed in the powders of freeze-dried precipitate. The sizes of the primary particles, which mutually agglomerate to form distinct secondary particles, were between 0.1-0.6μ and the morphologies were nearly spherical.
"처녀"성질을 지닌 WC/Co 재생분말의 제조에 관한 연구

The optimum conditions for the processing of WC/Co reclaimed powders with $quot;virgin$quot; properties has been studied. The experiments were carried out by contacting three kinds of cemented carbide scraps with molten zinc in an electric furnace under about one atmosphere of inert gas at temperatures from 650 to 800℃ and subsequently distilling the zinc from the reaction mass at temperatures from 700 to 950℃ From the experimental results, it has been found that the set of optimum conditions is a dissolution temperature of about 750-800℃ depending upon the cobalt content in the scrap, a distilling temperature of 850-950℃, a Zn/Co ratio of about 15 in the case of 7% Co-containing scrap or about 12.5 in the case of more than 8.5% Co-containing scrap, a dissolution time for about 2 hours, and a distillation time for about 3 hours. The $quot;virgin$quot; properties of reclaimed powders were confirmed in the case of the sintered products from 50% virgin- 50% reclaimed powders by the chemical analysis, the measurements of physical properties, and the tool wear tests.
