The purpose of this study was to examine the recent block & lot characteristics in residential areas. For this, block types and subdivision tendencies in residential areas was analyzed. Fog this case study, 5 residential areas in Taegu wee selected. The results of study a as follows : Blacks in residential aceasould be classified, various types by size, scale, density and street structure, and are shown a little differential subdivision tendencies by lot location in block.
공간구문론 분석에 의한 아파트 주동형식별 공간배치 특성에 관한 연구

This paper deals with the spatial configuration of the unit floor plan based on the apartment building type. It is generally agreed that various apartment building types were organized by diverse apartment unit floor plan. The reason behind this diversity, apartment unit plan are affected by the environmental condition and the diverse spatial composition of the unit floor plan. Apartment building types were classified by the similarity of the justified-graph type. This types classified into two category; One core type which were classified by the shape of the core, and multiple core type which were compounded by more than two core. These categories divided into 5 types, and 2 types. Each types were compared in view of the mean depth, relative asymmetry, integration value. Consequently, these types could be classified in the number of the unit floor plan. It is profitable to 3 unit types which was analyzed in view of an indicator of the spatial configuration. Therefore, 3 unit types is favorable to the composition of the apartment building types.
1990년대 이후 공공 아파트 현상설계에서 나타나는 주동형식에 관한 연구

This paper deals with the characteristic of apartment building types, which were suggested in the public housing competitions in 1990s. It is generally agreed that apartment building types have direct impact on the physical form and planning of the site and the building type variations correspond to the condition of the surrounding environment. The building types of the public apartment was classified into 34 types by morphological analysis. The building types are influenced by the site orientation, length and breadth ratio, the existence of natural resources (mountain, river etc). This inclination is presented well in small-scale, narrow site more than large-scale, quadrangle site. These various apartment building types were derived from different morphological ideas and might contribute to the quality of urban landscape.
외기인접방식에 따른 아파트 단위평면 특징에 관한 연구(I)

This paper call attention to the characteristics of apartment unit plans as to the outdoor adjacency methods. My arguments will attempt to investigate spatial composition and each room sizes of the unit plans. So far, very little has been done in this direction. I will limits myself to study 573 plans which have been designed from 1996 till 2003. What emerges from this analysis is that these samples divided 3 types derived from the outdoor adjacency methods. Type 1 limits itself to 39 square meters unit plans. Type 2 was distributed from 49 square meters to 200 square meters with the exception of 100-110 square meters. And, type 3 ranges from 59 to 160 square meters. Therefore, it could be profitable each room's environmental condition (daylight, ventilation and etc) and diverse apartment building types to design in extent 49-160 square meters.
택지개발지구내 단독주택지의 물리적 환경특성에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to examine the physical characteristics of the detached housing area in the housing site development district. The process of this study is to investigate the characteristics of the physical structure and the building use, then to analyze the relationship of physical structure and the building use in the aspect of the morphological characteristics. The case study focuses on the Chil-kok2, An-Siml in Taegu. The streets pattern is composited gird and loop type mixed. The block is composited by 2 lots in general. But the obscurity of organization and character of the streets, the size and shape of lots which is not fit to the building use. A whole residential characters appears high residential density ratio. so residential environment became worse. The improving level of residential environment and efficiency of land use in the detached housing area of the housing site development district, firstly the propriety of the physical structure must be considered about detached house characters, and the housing uses which fit to the physical structure are needed, and also for the concrete realization of this, the designation of district, the zoning of residential area, the guideline of the district design, and establishment of comprehensive master planning in detached housing area are needed in aspect of the housing policy. As the result of this study, it suggests several design guideline to improve housing site development.
택지개발지구 상업용 필지 입지특성별 사용시기 분석 연구

The purpose of this study was to analyze the different time of building construction according to the land quality index of the housing development area and to predict the probability of selling commercial plot. A binary logistic regression model and multiple linear regression model were used with the data which were obtained by the gyeonggi-do realestate information system. The sample size was above 3,000,000 ㎡ and built recently in gyoenggi-do. The results of this study were as follows; probability of selling plot was affected by size, space allocation type in the housing development area.
도시재정비 촉진지구에서의 도시기반시설 부담금의 합리적 분담기준 설정 연구

This study suggest new infrastructure construction cost burden method based on neighborhood model that can be adjust urban renewal area. and this process follow that step, firstly analysis existing problem in infrastructure construction of housing site development area and other type of urban development, secondly, finding the way can apply the weighted value of building floor area ratio and building use type in burden method and another way in current law
