        원발성 유미 심낭 1 예

        Chylopericardum is particularly uncommon and usually secondary to intrathoracic operation, chest trauma, primary or metastatic tumors, chronic inflammation and congenital lymphatic anomaly which cause obstruction of the lymphatic drainage. However, primary chylopericardium unrelated to trauma or chylothorax is a rare condition and its etiology remains obscure in most cases. We have experienced a 69-year-old female patient with primary chylopericardium who was treated with repeated pericardiocentesis, pericardiectromy, and thoracic duct ligation. So we report a case of primary chylopericardium with a review of literature.

        1969년도 부터 중학교 입학제도가 개혁되어 입학시험이 폐지되고 학군별 추첨제도를 실시한다고 한다. 우선 5개의 일류 중학교를 없애고 지역별로 학교군을 나누어 묶고 그 학교군내에 있는 중학교를 같은 학교군내의 중학교 지원자 자신이 추첨을 하여 입학하도록 한 것이다. 해방후 우리나라의 중학교 입학제도는 여러 번의 변화를 겪어왔지만 그 때마다 이에 대한 준비도 극을 향해 치달았다. 입시를 위한 과외공부에 모든 사회구성인이 동원된 듯한 느낌을 주었음은 물론이다. 그때마다 어린이의 신체적 정신적 성장발달의 부진, 가정내의 경제적인 타격, 입시문제출제 미스로 인한 사회적 물의가 수반되어 왔고 요즈음에 와서는 사립학교의 혼란과 함께 아동자신이나 일반사회에 끼친 악영향은 막대한 것이었다. 여기에 매년 증가되는 아동수, 그에 따르는 수용능력의 부족과 미비한 설비는 더욱더 어린이의 전체적인 발달을 저해해 왔다.

        순환형 매립지 조성에 따른 유가자원 회수량 산정

        To change from a linear economy to a circular economy, the necessity of recycling scarce resources through recycling waste is emerging. In South Korea, the concept of landfill mining has been introduced as a way to convert landfills into resources, and recycling-type landfills are being created. In this study, the operation status of domestic municipal waste landfills was identified, and the amount of resource recovery according to the renovation of a circular landfill was calculated. Of 215 public landfill sites, 67 landfill sites that have been used or have a residual landfill rate of less than 40% were investigated, and the total amount of waste landfills here was confirmed to be 68,509 thousand m3. Among landfill wastes, the energy production potential from combustible wastes was calculated to be 55,835,540 Gcal when energy was recovered through stocker-type incineration. The amount of recovered valuable resources among landfill wastes was estimated to be 1,065 thousand tons. As a result of evaluating the potential for recycling of major metals, trace metals, and rare earth elements contained in incineration ash, the content of Fe among major metals such as Fe, Al, Cu, and Zn was in the range of 27,280 to 245,517 tons, which is the national integrated resource management system. The possibility of circular use was confirmed as the range of the mass flow analysis statistic was similar. In the case of trace metals, the content ranges of Cr, Pb, and Co were 162 to 1,716 tons, 99 to 875 tons, and 35 to 64 tons, respectively, similar to the statistics. In the case of rare earth elements with high potential value as future resources, national statistics were absent or recent data were insufficient, but in the case of Dy, a similar content could be confirmed. 70% of the total landfill capacity can be used for the recycling landfill capacity according to the composition of the recycling landfill, and when the municipal waste is finally disposed of after resource recovery in the recycling landfill, the lifespan of the existing landfill can be extended by more than 5.4 times. 없음

        방사선조사가 하악과두에 미치는 영향에 관한 전자현미경적 연구

        In attempt to determine radiation effect on the mandibular condyle of the growing rat, 27 white female rats (Sprague-Dawley) were divided into 3 groups and irradiated respectively 5Gy, 10Gy, 20Gy using MK Cell Irradiator. Mandibular condyles from rats on the day of 1, 7, 14 after the irradiation day were obtained, sectioned sagittally and examined by light microscopy, and thereafter middle portion through anteroposterior direction on the sagittal plane was selected to examine the ultrastructural change by transmission electron microscopy. The obtained results are followings. 1. In the proliferative zone some cells showed little organelles in case of 5Gy irradiation, in addition the number of degenerative cells increased and in case of 10Gy irradiation, and in case of 20 Gy irradiation total number of cells decreased. 2. In the hypertrophic zone, narrowing of width and partial disorder in hypertrophic process were noted in case of 5 Gy irradiation, and more prominent narrowing of width and more irregular disorder in hypertrophic process in case of both 10Gy and 20Gy irradiation. 3. In the upper hypertrophic zone some chondrocytes seemed to be dying and the polarity of nuclei could not be seen, if any. 4. The periodic observation showed the severest change at day 7 and the signs of recovery at day 14 after irradiation.

        Deriving Key Virtues of Personality Education by Development Stage Using Delphi Survey Method

        The purpose of this study is to derive core virtues of personality education by the development stage recognized by incumbent teachers through the survey of Delphi experts of incumbent teachers. To this end, a panel of 40 incumbent teachers was formed and surveyed three times from March to August 2018. First, positive thoughts and audits were derived from key virtues of personality education recognized by infant teachers. Second, the key virtues of personality education recognized by elementary school teachers were self-esteem, listening and caring. Third, the core virtues of character education recognized by middle school teachers were empathy and consideration. Fourth, the core virtues of character education recognized by high school teachers were empathy, community consciousness and self-respect. Fifth, when comparing the characteristics of the core virtues of personality education derived from each stage of development, self-esteem was found to be a key virtue that is common in all stages of development. In addition, positive thoughts and self-esteem, which are the sub-core virtues of self-respect, were high for infants and elementary school students, while empathy, the sub-core virtues of self-respect, was high for middle and high school students, and there were a differences in development stages. Therefore, the research is expected to be used as basic data for personality education in the future and to develop personality enhancement programs based on core virtues of personality education at each stage of development. Above all, it will play an important role in shaping students' desirable personality.
