본 연구의 목적은 소진의 직무요구-자원모형에 기초하여 직무요구 및 자원과 소진간 관계를 확인하고 그 관계에서 감성지능의 조절효과를 실증적으로 검정하는데 있다. 본 연구는 먼저 중요한 직무요구 및 자원에 대한 조사를 실시하였고, 그 결과 연구모형에 주요 직무자원으로서 업무량 및 감정적 요구와 주요 직무자원으로서 직무통제 및 자기계발기회가 포함되었다. 본 연구의 표본은 새마을금고에 종사하는 236명의 종업원으로 구성되었다. 본 연구의 결과로서 먼저 각 직무요구 및 자원은 소진의 구성요소의 변이를 설명하는데 독특한 기여를 하였다. 직무요구가 고갈과 정의 관계를 가지고 있었고, 직무자원은 직업효능성과 정의 관계를 가지고 있었다. 감정적 요구는 냉소주의와 부의 관계를 가지고 있는 반면, 자기계발기회는 정의 관계를 가지고 있었다. 다음으로, 감성지능은 업무량 또는 감정적 요구와 고갈간 관계를 조절하였다. 이러한 결과로부터 이론적 및 실무적 시사점들이 논의되었다. The purpose of this study was to empirically examine the moderating effects of emotional intelligence on the relationships between job demands and resources and burnout in the job demands-resources model. This study started with an investigation of the most important job demands and job resources. As the results of the investigation, the research model of this study included workload and emotional demand as critical job demands and job control and self-development opportunities as potential job resources. A sample consisted of 236 employees of Community Credit Cooperative. The findings of this study were as follows. First, each of job demands and job resources was uniquely contributed to explaining variance in each burnout component. Job demands are positively related to exhaustion and job resources are positively related to professional efficacy. Emotional demands are positively related to cynicism while self-development opportunities are negatively related. Second, emotional intelligence moderated the relationships between workload or emotional demands and exhaustion. Theoretical and practical implications from the results were discussed.

대형할인점의 중소도시에의 진입은 재래시장의 소상공인들에 커다란 영향을 미치고 있다. 특히 자금력, 판매력, 구매력, 수요기반 등이 훨씬 열악한 중소도시의 재래시장 소상공인들에게는 생존의 문제이다. 이들이 지역경제에 미치는 영향을 고려하여 법적인, 행정적인 규제와 보호만 하는 것은 근본적인 문제를 해결하는 방법이 아닐 수 도 있다. 소비자들의 구매행동은 그들의 욕구를 위해 충족시키기 위한 행동이지, 소상공인들의 어려움을 배려하기 때문에 선택하는 행동이 아니기 때문이다. 고객의 욕구와 필요를 만족시키지 못하는 소매업태는 장기적으로 생존할 수가 없다. 대형할인점의 진입에 따른 재래시장에 미치는 영향을 소비자의 입장에 초점을 두고 조사함으로써 장기적인 측면에서 대형할인점과 공생하는 재래시장의 활성화 방안을 논의하는 것이 중요하다. 이 연구에서는 최종소비자 입장에서 대형할인점과 재래시장의 선호도를 조사해보고이에 관련된 소상공인과 대형할인점이 공생할 수 있는 전략의 가치 및 기본방향을 제안한다. Entrance of large retail discount stores into small and medium sized cities make those small stores in traditional market less attractive to general consumer in the area. Thus small shop owners and merchants in the traditional market are threatened by the economic power of the large retail stores. Even though the local government may try to keep the traditional market alive by setting up sane protective treasures, there are sane fundamental issues to be addressed in approaching to revitalizing the traditional market. Above all, the fact of the matter involves consumer behavior wnich is caused by consumers' choice to meet their needs rather than to be considerate to small shop owners and merchants in the traditional market. Whether small or not traditional retail stores who do not meet the consumer needs are not to survive in the long run. It is necessary to do research focusing on the needs of the consumers who exercise their right to choose between traditional stores and retail stores in the area. This study attempts to propose a direct ion toward a win-win strategy for both traditional and retail stores based on the survey data from consumers in the Gyeongsan city area where both stores are located in the vicinity.

쌀가루는 많은 식품 가공에 이용된다. 그러나 밀가루 반죽이 빵과 면을 포함한 많은 식품 가공 제품에 적합한 반면에, 쌀로 만든 반죽은 신장성과 탄력성이 부족하다. 고분자 글루테닌 서브유닛(HMW-GS)은 밀의 가공 적성을 결정하는데 중요한 역할을 한다. 본 연구에서, 우리는 아그로박테리움(Agrobacterium) 동시 형질전환법을 이용하여 한국 밀 품종인 ‘조경’으로부터 HMW-GS를 암호화하는 밀 Glu-1Dy10 유전자를 발현하는 marker-free 형질전환 벼 식물체를 개발하였다. 오직 Glu-1Dy10 유전자와 HPTII (hygromycin phosphotransferase II) 저항성 유전자만을 포함하는 분리된 DNA 조각들로 구성된 두 가지 발현 카셋트(cassettes)를 독립적으로 아그로박테리움(Agrobacterium) EHA105 에 도입하였다. Glu-1Dy10 또는 HPTII를 함유하는 EHA105 를 각각 3:1 비율로 벼 캘러스에 접종하였다. 290개의 하이그로마이신(hygromycin) 저항성 T0 식물체 중에서 우리는 벼 게놈에 Glu-1Dy10과 HPTII 유전자가 모두 삽입된 29개의 형질전환 라인을 획득하였다. 우리는 Glu-1Dy10 유전자가 벼 게놈 내로 도입된 것을 Southern blot 분석을 통해 다시 확인하였다. 형질전환 벼 종자에서 Glu-1Dy10의 전사(Transcripts)와 단백질을 semi-quantitative RT-PCR과 Western blot 분석을 통해서 확인하였다. 최종적으로, 오직 Glu-1Dy10 유전자를 갖는 marker-free 식물체를 T1 세대에서 성공적으로 선발할 수 있었다. Rice flour is used in many food products. However, dough made from rice lacks extensibility and elasticity, making it less suitable than wheat for many food products such as bread and noodles. The high-molecular weight glutenin subunits (HMW-GS) of wheat play a crucial role in determining the processing properties of the wheat grain. This paper describes the development of marker-free transgenic rice plants expressing a wheat Glu-Dy10 gene encoding the HMG-GS from the Korean wheat cultivar ‘Jokyeong’ using Agrobacterium-mediated co-transformation. Two expression cassettes, consisting of separate DNA fragments containing Glu-1Dy10 and hygromycin phosphotransferase II (HPTII) resistance genes, were introduced separately into Agrobacterium tumefaciens EHA105 for co-infection. Each EHA105 strain harboring Glu-1Dy10 or HPTII was infected into rice calli at a 3: 1 ratio of Glu-1Bx7 and HPTII. Among 290 hygromycin-resistant T0 plants, we obtained 29 transgenic lines with both the Glu-1Dy10 and HPTII genes inserted into the rice genome. We reconfirmed the integration of the Glu-1Dy10 gene into the rice genome by Southern blot analysis. Transcripts and proteins of the Glu-1Dy10 in transgenic rice seeds were examined by semi-quantitative RT-PCR and Western blot analysis. The marker-free plants containing only the Glu-1Dy10 gene were successfully screened in the T1 generation.

최근 경찰백서 자료에 따르면 성폭력 범죄는 매년 지속적으로 증가하고 있고 전년 대비 약 25.5% 증가하였다. 증가원인으로는 친고죄가 폐지되어 경찰이 단속ㆍ인지 할 수 있는 법이 개정된 측면도 있지만 위력을 이용한 대학교수의 여학생 성추행사건과 군 장성, 사회 고위층들의 지위를 이용한 권력형 성범죄 등은 국민들에게 사회적 불신과 분노를 고조시키고 있는 실정이다. 형사사법기관은 성폭력 범죄피해자에 대한 복지지원 및 보호방안에 대해서 논의하는 것이 아니라, 오로지 성폭력 범죄자를 대상으로 한 재발방지 대책만 고수하고 있다. 성폭력 범죄피해자에 대한 효율적인 보호와 지원을 위해서는 선진 각국의 성폭력 범죄피해자지원 제도를 살펴보고 각 기관 및 단체별 근시안적이고, 개별적인 접근에서 벗어나 상호협력 가능한 통합적인 연계방안을 모색해 보아야 할 것이다. Even though basic rights of crime victims, a duty to rescue and the crime victim's right to attend trial and testify, are mentioned in the Korean Constitution, criminal justice policies have been focused on the perpetrators of human rights, thus, crime victims have been used as evidence and testimony in order to solve cases. There have been no discussions regarding the support and protection measures for sexual crime victims. Only anti-recidivism measures have been the main focus. Therefore, for the effective protection and support for victims of sexual crimes, integrative measures that require individual organizations' cooperation should be found rather than myopic and individualistic approach.

본 연구는 소상공인 및 영세자영업 직업능력개발을 지원하기 위한 체계를 마련하기 위한 기초자료들을 심도있게 분석하고 대구 경북 지역의 영세자영업자들에 대한 직업 능력개발의 현황과 필요성을 조사함으로써 효과적이고 효율적인 영세자영업업 지원체계를 구축하기 위한 기초를 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 몇 가지 재미있는 결과들을 도출할 수 있었는데, 대체로 여러 다양한 영세자영업자들은 기존의 소상공인지원센터로부터 창업관련 자금지원 및 약간의 상담 서비스를 받고 있으나 실제로 필요한 영세자영업의 운영에 대한 교육 및 직업능력 개발은 거의 전무한 상태이고 소상공인지원센터에서 지원업무를 수행하고 있었지만 이들 기관이 제공하는 대부분의 지원들이 영세자영업자들의 다양한 직능요구에 거의 부합하지 못하고 있었다. 이러한 결과들은 영세자영업자들의 직업능력개발 요구가 부재한 면도 있으나 이 분야에 대한 교육 및 직능개발의 요구를 각 지원기관들이 제대로 파악하지 못하고 있고 또 어떻게 지원서비스를 제공해야 할지에 대한 규범적 방향과 체계가 미비함을 말해준다. 새로운 직업능력 개발을 위한 산.학.관. 및 민간 기관과의 연계에 의한 지원체계가 노동부와 지방자치단체 수준에서 주도되어 일정기간 재정적 지원이 제공된 후 자영업자 조합단위에서 참여가 이루어 질 때 효과적인 지능개발체계가 구축될 수 있다.

본 연구는 기존 중소기업지원체계와 관련 기관들을 심도있게 분석하고 대구 경북 지역의 중소기업지원기관들에 대한 고객만족도를 조사함으로써 효과적이고 효율적인 중소기업지원체계를 구축하기 위한 기초 지식을 마련하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 몇 가지 재미있는 결과들을 도출할 수 있었는데, 대체로 여러 중소 기업지원기관들이 다양한 지원기능 또는 업무를 수행하고 있었지만 이들 기관이 제공하는 대부분의 지원들이 중소기업의 기대에 부합하지 못하고 있었다. 정도의 차이는 있지만 대부분 지원분야에서 중소기업의 기대수준과 만족도간 격차가 상당 부분 존재하고 있었다. 이러한 결과들은 중소기업지원체계와 각 지원기관들이 어떻게 지원서비스를 제공해야 할지에 대한 규범적 방향을 제시해준다. This study attempts to build a knowledge base in establishing an effective support system for small and medium businesses. We evaluate the effectiveness of those supportive institutions by comparing the level of satisfaction reported by small business enterprises which have been helped in one way or another by those existing supportive institutions: regional office of small and medium business, regional headquarter of small business corporation, and Daegu-Kyungbuk local government's service bureau for small and medium businesses. The result, among others, shows that there are some gaps in meeting the expectation of the small business enterprises across those three institutions. This implies that there should be some normative guidelines for those supporting institutions to go about implementing their functions in formulating an effective support system for small business enterprises.
