        최근 성문화가 급속도로 개방화, 자유화, 극단화 되어 가는 현실 속에서 올바른 성문화 정착을 위해 한국교회가 적극적으로 대처해야 한다는 주장이 제기됐다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 올바르지 못한 음란 퇴폐문화를 추방하고 밝고 깨끗하고 아름다운 우리들의 성문화, 순결한 청소년의 성문화를 만들어 가기위한, 즉 순결 문화 정착을 위한 연구를 하고자 한다. The current-voltage characteristics of abnormally grown grain high purity ZnO ceramics, which do not contain any additives, was studied. The average grain size of abnormally grown grain ZnO ceramics was above 500㎛ larger after heat treatment of 1490℃ for 4 hours in air atmosphere. These ZnO ceramics showed non-linear currentvoltage characteristics especially at a high current region. The probable rationales for the current-voltage non-linearity are attributed to the presence of stress within grain induced by grain growth procedure and the presence of impurity unintentionally added.

        무인캐리어를 위한 위치 추정 연구

        A method using a local area network environment for user location estimation is being studied. However, in order to estimate a location using a local area network, a network environment must be established. Therefore, there is a restriction on the use in an industrial field where an environment such as an unmanned carrier changes frequently, or in a place where indoor and outdoor conditions change. This paper proposes a method of estimating the location of a user by attaching a local network receiver directly to an unmanned carrier. The proposed method can compensate the limitation of the localization method using the local area network which is difficult to apply in the changing environment while maintaining the advantage of the local area network method. This study is expected to be used effectively in the application field of location estimation using unmanned carrier development and wireless communication. 최근 사용자의 위치 추정을 위해 근거리 통신망 환경을 이용한 방법들이 연구되고 있다. 그러나 근거리 통신망을 이용해 위치를 추정하기 위해서는 통신망 환경이 구축되어야 한다. 때문에 무인 캐리어 같이 환경이 자주 변하는 산업 현장이나 실내와 실외상황이 변하는 곳에서의 사용에 제약이 따른다. 본 연구에서는 무인 캐리어에 직접 근거리 통신 수신기를 부착하여 사용자의 위치를 추정하는 방식을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 근거리 통신 방법의 장점을 유지하면서 변화하는 환경에서 적용이 어려운 근거리 통신을 이용한 위치 추정방식의 제약을 보완 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 무인 캐리어 개발 및 무선통신을 이용한 위치 추정의 응용분야에 효과적으로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

        Determination of binding affinities between nuclear localization signal peptides of irradiated EGFR and KPNA using single-molecule pull-down assay and development of assay system for inhibitor screening

        Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) is transported into the nucleus during irradiation therapy and can cause the radiation resistance. It has been shown that irradiation activates EGFR transport to the nuclear by karyopherin alpha (KPNA) in the classical pathway, whereas ligand‐activated EGFR binds with karyopherin subunit beta 1 (KPNB1). Phosphorylation of T654 located within the nuclear localization signal (NLS) of EGFR is known to activate radiation‐induced nuclear EGFR transport. Therefore, we investigated the binding affinities between the NLS peptides of EGFR ( 645 RRRHIVRKR X LRR 657 ) and KPNA using a single‐molecule pull‐down assay in this study. We also showed the possible assay system for developing small molecules to modulate nuclear EGFR transport by high throughput screening, which potentially reduces the resistance during radiation therapy.

        언더컷 앵커 방식의 석재 커튼월 공법 개발 및 성능평가

        최근 지어지고 있는 건축물은 구조적인 안전성과 사용성 뿐만 아니라 다양하고 미려한 외관에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있는 추세이며, 이에 따라 건물의 외장재로 석재 커튼월이 많이 사용되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 석재마감공법은 건물의 중량화를 비롯한 시공성과 보수의 문제점이 발생되고 있으며, 시공시의 소음 진동 등에 의해 민원의 원인이 되기도 한다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 시공성, 경제성을 향상시키고 보조 고정 홀을 통해 석재 패널의 부분보수가 가능한 언더컷 앵커 방식의 석재 커튼월 시공공법을 개발하였으며, 이에 대한 시공성 및 경제성분석과 안전성을 검토하기 위한 풍압 및 지진하중에 대한 구조성능 평가를 수행하였다. 연구결과, 본 공법이 기존공법에 비해 향상된 시공성과 경제성을 갖는 것으로 나타났으며, 구조성능 평가결과 외장재로서 요구되는 성능을 충족하는 것으로 나타났다. Structural safety as well as variety and aesthetics of building facade are currently gathering more attention in building construction and stone curtain wall is widely used in exterior wall. However, two main problems are existed in curtain wall construction method. One is an uniformity of construction quality and the other is a repair work of stone panels. Also, the noise and vibration occurring in construction may be cause of civil complaint. Therefore, a new method is needed to overcome these problems. This paper presents a new stone curtain wall system using under cut anchor and secondary holes that was developed in this study. Additionally, structural performance evaluation was conducted to verify the constructability and structural safety for wind pressure and seismic load. Through the evaluation of this method, improved constructability and economic efficiency were verified.

        Damage Detection and Damage Quantification of Temporary works Equipment based on Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI)☆

        This paper was studied abouta technology for detecting damage to temporary works equipment used in construction sites with explainable artificial intelligence (XAI). Temporary works equipment is mostly composed of steel or aluminum, and it is reused several times due to the characters of the materials in temporary works equipment. However, it sometimes causes accidents at construction sites by using low or decreased quality of temporary works equipment because the regulation and restriction of reuse in them is not strict. Currently, safety rules such as related government laws, standards, and regulations for quality control of temporary works equipment have not been established. Additionally, the inspection results were often different according to the inspector’s level of training. To overcome these limitations, a method based with AI and image processing technology was developed. In addition, it was devised by applying explainableartificial intelligence (XAI) technology so that the inspector makes more exact decision with resultsin damage detect with image analysis by the XAI which is a developed AI model for analysis of temporary works equipment. In the experiments, temporary works equipment was photographed with a 4k-quality camera, and the learned artificial intelligence model was trained with 610 labelingdata, and the accuracy was tested by analyzing the image recording data of temporary works equipment. As a result, the accuracy of damage detect by the XAI was 95.0% for the training dataset, 92.0% for the validation dataset, and 90.0% for the test dataset. This was shown aboutthe reliability of the performance of the developed artificial intelligence. It was verified for usability of explainable artificial intelligence to detect damage in temporary works equipment by the experiments. However, to improve the level of commercial software, the XAI need to be trained more by real data set and the ability to detect damage has to be kept or increased when the real data set is applied..
