단순화한 Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficients를 이용한 전기적 이상상태 예측 방법

본 논문은 전기사고 예측을 위해 전기부하의 정상상태와 아크, 누설 상태와 같은 이상상태를 판별하는 새로운 알고리즘을 제시한다. CT를 이용하여 취득된 전기부하의 전류파형으로부터 단순하게 수정된 MFCC와 Shoulder 지속 시간 변화율, 최대치 변화율, 실효치 변화율, 누설전류의 실효치 등을 이용하여 특징벡터를 추출하고, 신경회로망을 이용하여 이상상태와 정상상태를 판별한다. 음성신호처리에 이용되는 MFCC알고리즘을 보다 단순하게 수정한 알고리즘을 전기부하 전류파형에 적용하여 전기부하 이상상태 판별을 위한 특징벡터를 추출하고, 각종 변화율을 계산한다. 신호 처리된 특징벡터는 신경회로망을 이용하여 전기부하의 이상상태 유무를 판별하기 위하여 사용된다. 제안된 단순화 MFCC는 기존의 MFCC 보다 간단한 신호처리 과정을 거치게 되며, 특징벡터 사이즈의 축소가 가능하고 판별 정확도 향상과 함께 처리시간도 단축시킬 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 실험결과는 제안된 방법이 전기부하 이상상태 판별에 유용하게 사용될 수 있음을 보여준다. This paper proposes a new method to classify electrical abnormal states such as arc and leakage currents for predicting electrical accidents. Current data of electric loads are obtained from CTs(Current Transformers), and a simplified MFCC(Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficients) algorithm and several change rates are used to extract feature vectors for prediction of electrical accidents. Based on the extracted features, neural networks are used to predict electrical accidents of diverse electrical loads. The original MFCC is being frequently used for speech signal processing and recognition. In this paper, MFCC is modified for the improvement of prediction performance of electrical accidents. The proposed SMFCC(simpified MFCC) is simpler than the original MFCC. Thus, the proposed SMFCC has the advantage that reduce the size and the processing time of the extracted feature vectors. The experimental results show the superiority of the proposed method for predicting electrical accidents.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to review the clinical research trends of postpartum pelvic organ prolapse and to recognize the efficacy of Korean medicine intervention. Methods: Based on seven domestic and foreign databases, including Research Information Sharing Service (RISS), Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System (OASIS), Journal of Korean Obstetric and Gynecology, Cochrane Library Central, Pubmed, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and WangFang Med Online, we analyzed the clinical trials using Korean medicine intervention, which included acupuncture and herbal medicine. Data retrieval was carried out on May 18 to 20, 2020, and a total of 13 papers were included. Results: All papers were published in China and it contains nine randomized controlled trials, three clinical trials, and one case. The most frequently used intervention was herbal medicine, and Bupleuri Radix, Cimicifugae Rhizoma were used. The treatment group treated by Korean medicine intervention was more effective than the control group. Also, there were no significant side effects of Korean medicine. Conclusion: This study shows that Korean medicine can be effective and safe medical alternatives or options for pelvic organ prolapse patients. However, to laying the foundation of clinical guidelines and applying it to the real-world clinical scene, further follow-up research is needed.

Natural resources managers have considered the landscape without detailed consideration of aesthetic values of the landscape and geomorphological significance of unique landforms. Since EIA system was introduced in 1981, values associated with landscape protection have been neglected at best compared with those values traditionally attributed to environmental protection, including clean air, water quality and species protection. Black top highways are being built without consideration of harmful effects to the sea cliffs. Sea walls and tetrapod are being installed to protect the coastal towns and fish markets for tourist. However, beach itself are experiencing accelerated erosion due to the shortage of proper coastal engineering expertise. Hotels and condominium are under construction on a massive scale around the national parks, which substitute the scenic ridges with concrete profiles. To protect the scenic beauty of national parks, their design and construction material should be more harmonious with the surroundings. Therefore, visual impact assessment should be applied both within the national park boundary and beyond to enhance the aesthetic values of national parks.

Controlling of thermal environment and flow in nanoimprint process chamber is important to ensure high precision levels of products. The purpose of this paper is to build optimal nanoimprint process environment. Because of this, Optimum PI control parameter for precise temperature control has been examined. Also porous medium of ventilation system is simulated for uniform flow in the equipment chamber. The porous medium consists of mesh structure, and is installed to place which flow the influx of the air flows. PID control parameter is based on the data obtained by experiment. And then heating and cooling method which simultaneously operated was used for decreasing an error. In conclude temperature in the equipment chamber was able to control precisely in the range of ±0.1℃ by the PID control parameter and Deadband.

This thesis was prepared with the purpose of petition that the early buildings of Naemyeong School established by Naemae Church which was in danger of being submerged due to the construction work of Yeongju Dam be designated as cultural property. Naemae Church and Naemyeong School are indispensable in the early history not only of the Yeongju region in Gyeongbuk but also in the Bonghwa region. Naemae Church is a church established in the third-earliest in the Yeongju region and played a leading role in the early period in church history. 이 논문은 영주댐 건설공사로 인해 수몰위기에 놓인 내매교회가 설립한 내명학교의 초기건물을 문화재로 지정해달라는 청원의 목적을 가지고 작성되었다. 내매교회와 내명학교는 경북 영주지역은 물론이고 봉화지역의 초기 역사에서 빼 놓을 수 없다. 내매교회는 영주지역에서 세 번째로 설립된 교회지만 초기 역사에서는 주도적인 역할을 감당했다. 내매교회를 통해 영주지역의 영주제일교회, 망월교회, 용상교회, 간운교회와 봉화지역의 최초의 교회인 문촌교회와 척곡교회도 설립되었다.

Fine-needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) cannot differentiate follicular adenoma from follicular carcinoma since this distinction can only be based on the presence of capsular or vascular invasion, and this can¬not be detected on a cytologic smear. The goal of this study was to define the diagnostic cytologic findings of follicular neoplasm and the possibility of diagnosing follicular neoplasm by performing FNAC. The cases of histologically diagnosed follicular adenoma and follicular carcinoma on the thyroidectomy specimens were retrieved. Among them, the cases with preoperative FNAC that was done within 3 months of the operation were finally selected. Then we reviewed the FNAC and histologic slides of 19 cases: 9 follicular adenomas and 10 follicular carcinomas. Our results suggest that for cases of follicular neoplasm, the aspirates show high or abundant cellularity, frequent follicle formation and occasional cellular atypism of the follicular cells. However, the atypism is more pronounced and more frequently noticed in the cases of follicular carcinoma, which reveals more higher anisocytosis (7/10, 70%), nuclear pleomorphism (9/10, 90%), coarse clumping of chromatin (8/10, 80%) and cellular overlapping (8/10, 80%).
