Si 첨가에 따른 리튬 이차 박막 전지용 주석 산화물 박막의 음극 특성

리튬이차 박막전지로서, 실리콘 첨가(0, 2, 6, 10, 20㏖%)에 따른 주석 산화물 박막을 기판온도 30$0^{\circ}C$, Ar:O$_2$=7:3으로 R.F. magnetron sputtering법으로 제조하였다. 실리콘의 함량이 증가함에 따라, Si-O 결합량이 증가하고 Sn-O 결합량은 감소하였다. 적정량의 실리콘 첨가는 주석의 산화상태를 감소시켜 비가역성을 줄이고 충방전 동안 주석의 부피변화를 막아 사이클 특성이 향상되는 결과를 보여주었다. 6㏖% Si를 첨가한 주석 산화물 박막은 100사이클동안 700mAh/g의 용량을 가지는 가장 좋은 사이클 특성을 나타내었다. For lithium secondary microbattery anode, the tin oxide thin films with Si addition (0, 2, 6, 10, 20 ㏖%) were prepared with R.F. magnetron sputtering at substrate temperature of 30$0^{\circ}C$ and Ar:O$_2$=7:3 atmosphere. As Si addition amount increased, Si-O bonding density increased and Sn-O bonding density decreased. The addition of optimum Si amount led the decrease of Sn oxidation state so that the irreversible capacity reduced and cycle characteristic enhanced during charge-discharge test. SnO$_2$films with 6 ㏖% Si had the highest reversible capacity of 700 mAh/g after 100 cycles.

The fabrication of the = 0.12 half-wave resonator prototype at the Rare Isotope Science Project (RISP) is now complete, and the subsequent processing and the vertical test are expected to begin shortly. The details of the fabrication are reported in this paper. We describe the fabrication steps, together with the quality control effort, for the optimal performance of the cavity at the vertical test.
P300과 반응시간을 이용한 거짓반응의 타당성에 대한 예비적 연구

Objectives : The authors sought to examine the differences in the number of P300 detected by subjects in experimental and control groups when exposed to relevant stimuli. In addition, the authors tried to determinethe subjects' reaction time when asked to respond to relevant stimuli. Methods : The subjects were 20 informed female volunteers aged 22-38 years (median age : 24). Relevant stimuli (concealed information) were created by unknowingly exposing the two groups to obscene pictures and semantic questions. The number of P300 detected and the length of reaction time were compared between the two groups. Results : Contrary to theauthors' expectations, there were no significant differences in the number of P300 detected or in the length of reaction time between the two groups. Conclusions : These results indicate that, unlike a polygraph test, concealed information tests adopting P300 and reaction time as major physiological responses ofsubjects exposed to meaningful personal information might not serve as a valid practical tool in the field of criminal psychology. However, further studies involving a greater number of subjects are needed before a final conclusion regarding the validity of this new type of concealed information test can be drawn.
Investigation of the safety evaluation method of piping system

Plumbing is necessary for boilers and heat exchangers and in buildings and power plants, including those that produce green energy. Further, among all the components used in plumbing, piping systems are subjected to high temperatures and pressures. A twisted or cracked pipe adversely affects the efficiency of a power plant and production rate of a factory or causes secondary accidents. This study investigates the safety evaluation of the SUS material, which is mainly used in boiler and heat exchanger piping. SUS is an inelastic material; therefore, the leak-before-break concept of fracture mechanics, for which various safety evaluation methods and specifications have been presented, can be applied during the design stage. However, the test is performed as a substitute for the actual pipe testing because of the high cost and difficulty level. Thus, a method to test compact pipes based on various loading ratios is developed. This study determines the test jig shape to obtain fragility similar to the theoretical value. The proposed test method is only available under certain load conditions and requires a new J-integral when the jig geometry or load ratio is changed. Therefore, the J-integral equation for each load condition is integrated to propose a J-integral equation independent of the load ratio.
