This study looks into developing curriculum education method in art education middle school through utilizing observing and appreciating of traditional Korean painting which contains aesthetic value intrinsic to Korean consciousness. Since the independence from the Japanese occupation, Korean art education has been centered on Western art legacy. This lack of balance has led to biased sense of aesthetics in the impressionable minds of middle school students. Hence, the author of this research explored curriculum education methods that can potentially restore a more balanced sense of aesthetic between the East and the West to the adolescent students through introducing ways to observe and appreciate Korean traditional painting in the art education. By studying the strengths and weaknesses of the current middle school art education’s way of appreciating Korean traditional painting, the paper aimed at formulating a foundation on which Korean traditional paintings can be better understood and appreciated by the adolescent subject of education. Bearing the aforementioned as the base of the study, the paper offers three perspectives in the method of appreciating Korean traditional painting so as to systematically articulate the focal point: ‘understanding the historical context’, ‘visual-perceptual emotional development’, and ‘appreciating Korean traditional painting as a way of cultivating personality character’. Through such method, the study looks at the issues and problems arising from middle school art education which is overly centered on Western art contents, and seeks curriculum education method employing understanding and appreciating of Korean traditional painting which is embedded with traditional aesthetic legacy. 본 연구는 한국인으로서 심미의식을 가장 잘 함유하고 있는 한국화 작품에 대한 감상을 통한 중등 미술교육에 있어 교과 교육의 방안을 다룬 것이다. 해방 이후 지금까지 우리나라의 미술교육은 실기 및 방법론에 있어 서구미술을 중심으로 이루어져 왔음으로 인하여 미적 체험에 있어 매우 중요한 청소년기에 한쪽으로 편중된 미감을 가질 수밖에 없는 문제점을 초래하여 왔다. 따라서 연구자는 본 연구를 통하여 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 한국화의 감상 방법에 있어 새로운 교육의 방안을 통한 청소년들의 동서양의 균형 잡힌 미감을 갖게 해줄 교과교육 방법을 찾고자하였다. 연구 목적의 실행을 위하여 현행 중등미술교육의 한국화에 대한 감상법의 장단점을 살펴봄으로써 한국화를 통한 교과교육 방법론을 개발하기 위한 발판을 마련하였다. 이러한 연구 배경을 기반으로 하여 연구자는 한국화 감상의 방법 개발을 ‘역사적 맥락의 이해’, ‘시지각적 감성개발’, ‘인성도야로서 감상’이라는 세 가지 관점을 제시함 으로써 체계적으로 논지를 밝히고자 하였다. 이와 같은 방법을 통하여 본 연구는 중등 미술 교육에 있어 서구의 이론을 중심으로 이루어진 문제점을 살펴보고 전통적 미감을 갖고 있는 한국화의 감상을 통하여 교과교육 방법을 찾고자 하였다.

청년예술인 취업률 향상을 위한 정책 연구-경남지역 K대학의 미술계열을 중심으로-

본 연구는 청년예술인을 위한 정책 수립을 함으로써 도시재생 및 문화도시 사업에 맞는 인재 양성 및 다양한 예술 관련 사업에 도전할 수 있는 인적 자원을 양성하여 공공미술 프로젝트를 수행할 수 있는 전문가로 성장시키기 위함이다. 특히 미술분야의 취업은 매우 한정적이고 비정규직이 많아 이를 해결할 수 있는 연구가 필요한 실정이다. 따라서 K대학 예체능 계열의 취업률 향상을 위한 교육프로그램에 대한 진단 및 취업 진로의 다양성을 위한 대책 마련을 위해 설문조사를 진행하였다. 본 연구는 K대학 미술계열 학과 교육과정의 새로운 방향 설정을 통한 교과 및 비교과의 새로운 일머리를 갖춘 인재 양성 방안 마련에 있다. 따라서 그동안 K대학 미술계열 학과에서 진행되었던 캡스톤디자인과 문화도시사업 참여와 같은 일련의 노력에 대한 평가를 통하여 취창업의 다변화를 위한 정책 제언하였다. 본 연구는 이처럼 중앙정부 및 지자체의 다양한 예술지원 컨텐츠 사업 육성 기조에 발맞춘 맞춤형 인재 양성을 통한 대학교육 정책을 수립하고자 하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the largest part of formative change in contemporary Korean ink painting, the 'epic expression' and the resulting issue of identity. The 'epic expression' emerging as an important issue in the Korean ink painting genre is attributable to the shift in the artist's choice of theme and material from traditional portraiture of emphasizing the spirit of the portrayed subject to the change in life style in the contemporary age. In addition, the phenomenon of change of contents which is derived from the daily life has become an important part of the theme of the work, which led to more diversification. Therefore, the researcher classified the epic characteristics of Korean paintings from ancient to modern times, and presented the grounds for the background of the study by examining the art history. The main body of the research divides the characteristics of 'epic expression' in contemporary Korean ink painting into 'daily life narrative', 'fundamental investigation of existence' and 'critical view of social reality', providing a multilateral analysis of the identity of Korean ink painting which has become removed from the tradition and settled into the contemporary art. By this approach, the research not only overcomes the ideological characteristics that have defined the genres for many years through various 'epic expressions' in contemporary Korean ink painting, but also deeply explores various internal worlds that can be felt in 'daily life' of contemporary Koreans, drawing attention to new aesthetic values which has emerged as part of Korean culture. Hence, the study researched works of representative artist of 'epic expression' by its content and form, and examined the post-modernist identity by analyzing the expansion of Korean ink painting genre. By studying the expressive form of contemporary Korean ink painting through 'epic expression', the significance of the study lies in the attempt to illuminate the Korean ink painting today which explores diverse formal methods. 본 연구는 현대 한국화의 조형적 변화 중에서 큰 부분을 차지하게 된 ‘서사적 표현’과 그로 인한 정체성 문제를 고찰해보기 위한 것이다. 오늘날 한국화 장르에 있어 ‘서사적 표현’이 중요한 이슈로 부각되고 있는 이유는 전신사조(傳神寫照)가 중시되었던 전통적 인물화의 작화관점에서 벗어나 현대인들의 삶의 변화가 주제와 소재 선택에 있어 중요한 이슈로 다루어지고 있기 때문이다. 뿐만 아니라 오늘날 일상적 삶에서 유추하여 나타난 내용적 변화양상이 작품 주제의 중요한 부분을 차지하게 되면서 더욱 다변화 양상을 가져오게 되었던 계기도 이와 같은 현상 때문이었다. 따라서 연구자는 한국화에 나타난 서사적 특성을 고대부터 근대에 이르기 까지 시대별로 구분하여 미술사적인 고찰을 해봄으로써 연구의 배경에 관한 근거를 제시하였다. 그리고 본론에서는 현대 한국화에 나타난 ‘서사적 표현’의 특성을 ‘일상적 내러티브’, ‘존재의 근원적 탐구’, ‘사회 현실의 비판적 시각’으로 나누어 고찰해봄으로써, 전통적 특성에서 벗어나 동시대 미술로서 정착된 한국화의 정체성에 대한 다각적인 분석을 하였다. 이를 통하여 연구자는 현대 한국화에 나타난 다양한 ‘서사적 표현’을 통하여 오랜 세월동안 장르의 특성으로 내려져 왔던 관념적 특성을 타파하게 되었을 뿐만 아니라, 동시대 한국인들의 ‘일상’에서 느낄 수 있는 다양한 내면세계를 심도 있게 다룸으로써 생겨난 새로운 미적 가치들이 한국화에 접목되었다는 점에 주목하게 되었다. 따라서 ‘서사적 표현’에 대한 대표작가의 작품을 내용과 형식상으로 나누어 연구하여 보았으며, 이를 통하여 나타난 한국화 장르의 확장에 대한 다각적 분석을 해봄으로써 포스트 모더니즘 이후의 정체성을 알아보았다. 본 연구는 이처럼 ‘서사적 표현’을 통한 현대 한국화의 표현에 대한 고찰을 해봄으로써 오늘날 다양한 조형방식을 모색하고 있는 한국화 장르를 집중 조명하고 진단하였다는 점에서 그 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

The Effects of e-service quality determinants on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention implicate an effective e-service strategy for mangers This study suggests major determinants (i.e. core service, support service, and web design) of e-service quality and the experiential research is conducted in the field of e-learning. We find that these determinants influence on customer satisfaction, and repurchase intention is affected by customer satisfaction. Finally, strategic and managerial implications about e-service quality are discussed.
