요양병원 간호사의 영적안녕과 죽음에 대한 태도가 호스피스 인식에 미치는 영향

Purpose: This study was conducted to evaluate the spiritual well-being, attitude toward death and hospice perception among nurse working in long-term care hospitals, as well as to identify the relationships between variables and examine factors influencing their hospice perception. Methods: Data were collected using a self-reported questionnaire completed by 152 at nurse working in long-term care hospitals eight long-term care hospital from october 15, 2019 to november 20, 2019. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, t-test, Pearson’s correlation coefficients and stepwise multiple regression with the SPSS 22.0 program. Results: Hospice perception among attitude toward death nurse working in long-term care hospitals were significantly correlated with spiritual well-being(r=.24, p=.002) and attitude toward death(r=.25, p=.002). spiritual well-being among attitude toward death was significantly correlated(r=.25, p<.001). The significant predictors of the hospice perception in nurse working in long-term care hospitals were position system (β=0.25, p<.001) and attitude toward death (β=0.20, p<.001), the experience of death close relatives (β=-0.20, p<.001). These variables explained 15.1% in total of hospice perception. Conclusion: Overall, these findings suggest that the hospice perception education program, including spiritual well-being and attitude toward death is necessary to enhance the positive hospice perception among nurse working in long-term care hospitals.

목적: 본 연구의 목적은 요양 병원 간호사의 감성지능, 직무스트레스 대처 그리고 조직사회화가 회복탄력성에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 것이다. 방법: 연구대상자는 B광역시에 소재 한 8개 요양병원 간호사 153명이었으며, 자료수집 기간은 2019년 2월 1일부터 15일까지였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 23.0 program을 사용하여 t-검정(t-test), 분산분석(ANOVA), Scheffé test, 피어슨 상관계수(Pearson correlation coefficients), 단계적 회귀분석(stepwise regression)으로 분석하였다. 결과: 대상자의 회복탄력성에 영향을 미치는 요인은 스트레스 대처의 긍정적 관점(β=.29, p<0.001), 간호사 동기의 기타(β=.16, p=.006), 감성 지능(β=.38, p<0.001), 조직 사회화(β=.17, p=.009), 스트레스 대처의 긴장해소(β= .14, p=.023)로 나타났다. 이들 변수들의 회복탄력성에 대한 총 설명력은 54%이었다. 결론: 요양병원 간호사의 회복탄력성을 증진시키기 위해서 지속적인 감성지능에 관한 교육이 필요하고 스트레스 대처를 위해서 스트레스에 대해 긴장하지 않고 편안하게 대응하고 할 수 있는 긍정적인 분위기를 마련해야 할 것이다. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate factors affecting the resilience of emotional intelligence, job stress coping, and organizational socialization of nurses working in long-term care hospitals. Methods: The participants were 153 nurses working in 8 long-term care hospitals in B city. Data were collected from February. 1 to Feb. 15, 2019 SPSS/WIN 23.0 was used for analysis with t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson correlation coefficients, and stepwise regression. Results: Factors influencing resilience in the participants were emotional intelligence (β = .38, p <.001), coping behavior-focusing on the positive (β=.29, p<.001), nurse motivation (β=.16, p=.006), organizational socialization (β=.17, p=.009), coping behavior-tension reduction (β=.14, p=.023). These factors contributed 54% of the total variance in resilience. Conclusion: It is necessary to study emotional intelligence and hospital nurses’ coping with job stress while carrying out highly emotional activities on the job and to develop a program that can enhance the resilience of the nurses to improve psychological wellbeing and verify the effects.
