조직정치지각, 조직침묵, 조직냉소주의 간 관계연구 - 호텔기업을 중심으로 -

This study intends to provide new implications in terms of hotel corporate human resource management and organizational management by identifying the structural relationships among organizational politics, organizational silence, and organizational cynicism perceived by organizational members in hotel companies. To achieve the purpose of this study, Total 225 survey questionnaires were distributed among the employees who are working for 5 star hotels from 29th Nov, 2021 to 18th Dec, 2021. Due to the reliability of data, 11 samples were discarded and 214 samples were put to actual analysis. In order to accomplish the purpose of the study, the researcher conducted and analyzed by using SPSS Ver. 22.0 statistics package. The results of the study were as follows. First, the Perceptions of Organizational Politics had significantly positive effect on Organizational Silence. Secondly, Organizational Silence had significant effect on Organizational Cynicism. Lastly, the Perceptions of Organizational Politics which are consist of general political behavior, pay and promotion policies had significantly positively effect on Organizational Cynicism. In order to prevent negative consequence from organizational silence, hotel companies redesign organizational goals based on the organization's operating philosophy and core values, and strengthen communication channels with organizational members to conduct tangible and intangible organizational political behavior. It is necessary to prevent organizational cynicism through regular management.

The purpose of this study is to activate and marketing for sales of wine in hotel wine market. The results of this study are as follows. First of all, it is needed to study for improving sales volume of wines. Secondly, it is recommended to study for market segment and individual market strategy. Thirdly, it is necessary to figure out wine choice factor and improve that how to promoted wine sales. Finally, it is advised to invent wine event activated wine sales from wine marketing and targeting customers. Thus, all these counterplans mentioned will increase the revenue.

As we entered an era of global business management, corporate ethics is much affecting to the society as a whole. In the 21st century, It may be fairly said that company``s ethical behavior is what will make success or break on business. Now, the ethical management of casino companies also is very important as well as ethical behavior of employees. Based on recognition that ethical infrastructure of the casino have a strong influence on employee, in order to investigate ethical performance intention of the employee, this study shows that more research which is not only ethical corporate social responsibility but also the impact of employee in the casino is needed.
