Purpose: Congenital upper eyelid defect is rare anomaly whether it is compared with syndromic anomaly or not. It has many clinical manifestation in the extent, location. Many operation procedures such as simple closure, semicircular rotation flap, Cutler Beard procedure, lower lid rotation flap, etc can be used to reconstruct eyelid defects. We intend to introduce a simple, congenital eyelid defect which was not compared with syndromical anomaly, ophthalmic complication. Methods: Our experience is a case of 19 years old female who had a upper eyelid coloboma without any other anomalies. we could not find any skeletal deformity in orbital CT scan. she had no ophthalmic problem. we reconstructed the defect with bilateral marginal flap after deepithelization of supramarginal area and tarsal reposition. Results: There were no visible deformity of lid lining. postoperative scar was favorable. satisfactory results were obtained in cosmetic and functional aspects. Conclusion: Upper lid coloboma without other anomalies is rare. we obtained satisfactory outcome as treated this rare case with marginal flap advancement.

관광의 경로와 로컬리티- 부산관광담론을 중심으로 -

In this paper, it was designed to examine the following aspects: In the course of tourism, what is hidden and displayed? How could the local space be arranged in this dual aspect of ostentation and concealment? Furthermore how could the space arrangement affect the locality?In this regard, this paper tries to examine how Busan city was addressed and dealt in the tourism discourse in the time of nationwide sightseeing boom. In this period, national ideology of capitalism and local characteristic was mutually affected leading to build interrelation which realigned Busan city with the strategy of ostentation and concealment. Thus, in the travel path in which the logic of both choice and exclusion works, the desires of each nation, local, capital intermingles. These relations changes in various ways depending on historical experiences which in turn changes the local representation. The problem is how the politics focused on representation would deal with locality. Considering this point it would be meaningful for the local to take the initiative in the travel discourse which will lead to forming the locality. 관광의 경로 안에서 보여줄 것을 선택하고 디자인하는 과정에서 무엇이 드러나고, 무엇이 감추어지는가, 과시와 은폐의 이중성 안에서 로컬 공간이 어떻게 재배치되는가, 나아가 이러한 공간의 배치가 로컬리티에 어떻게 작동되는가를 살펴보고자 하는 것이 이 논문의 목적이다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 근대 국민관광이 시작되던 시기에 부산이 관광담론 안에서 어떻게 호명되고 배치되는가를 살펴보았다. 여기에서는 국가 이데올로기와 자본의 논리, 그리고 로컬의 특이성 등이 상호영향 관계를 형성하고 있었는데, 이것들의 충돌은 은폐와 전시의 담론을 통해 부산을 재구성하고 있었다. 이처럼 선택과 배제의 논리가 함께 작동되는 관광의 경로에는 국가, 로컬, 자본 등의 욕망이 서로 뒤엉켜 있다. 이러한 관계들이 역사적 경험에 따라 변화하며, 그 변화 양상에 따라 로컬의 표상이 달라진다. 이러한 지점을 생각할 때 관광담론에 로컬이 적극적인 수행주체로 나서는 것이 로컬리티를 형성하는 하나의 방법으로 의미가 있을 것이다.

업무과부하가 직무소진에 미치는 영향: 문제중심대처와 직무자율성의 조절효과

업무의 전문화, 정보화 및 융합화로 특징 지어지는 현대 직무환경에서 직무소진은 더욱 심화되었다. 본 연구는 고숙련, 비정형화된 직무스트레스가 소진으로 이어지는 과정에서 개인과 환경 간의 상호작용을 확인하였다. 국내 은행 영업점 근무자 150명(평균연령=40.7세, 여성 68.7%)을 대상으로 업무과부화와 직무 소진의 관계에서 문제중심대처와 직무자율성의 조절효과를 살펴보았다. 분석 결과 첫째, 업무과부하와 직무소진의 관계에서 문제중심대처의 조절효과는 유의하지 않았다. 둘째, 문제중심대처와 직무자율성 수준에 따라 업무과부하가 직무소진에 미치는 영향이 달랐다. 본 연구는 과도한 업무 상황에서 문제중심대처가 효과적으로 작동하기 위해서는 직무환경에서 자율성이 담보되어야 함을 확인하였다. Background: In the contemporary work environment marked by specialization, digitalization, and convergence, job burnout has intensified. This study aims to validate the intricate interplay between individuals and their environment in progression from high-skilled, unstructured job stress. Methods: This study explores the moderating effects of problem-focused coping and job autonomy on the relationship between work overload and job burnout. The participant pool comprised 150 employees (mean age=40.7, 68.7% women) stationed at large commercial bank branches in Korea. Results: First, the study did not uncover a statistically significant moderation effect of problem-focused coping on the relationship between work overload and job burnout. Second, the findings revealed that the impact of work overload on job burnout displayed variation contingent upon the levels of problem-focused coping and job autonomy. Conclusions: This study underscores the pivotal role of ensuring job autonomy within the work environment to effectively mitigate the adverse effects of excessive work situations through problem-focused coping.

트랜스로컬 주체성과 경계의 재구성

In this paper, the category of translocality was considered from the perspective of deconstruction and reconstruction of physical and cognitive borders. Understanding the translocal subject should be a process of investigating the possibility as a hybrid subject capable of producing cracks and gaps through heterogeneous bonding. In the context of this translocality, I paid attention to the film “Free Minu” (directed by Ji Hye-won, 2018), which traced the life of ‘Minu’, who practiced cultural crossing by connecting here and there. The narrative of the documentary film “Free Minu” is representing Minu, who performs social and cultural practices here, intersecting here/there, present/past, hospitality/exclusion. The reflective frame set by this film visualizes the social discourse surrounding it while evoking Minu's deportation. and In addition, performativity inside and outside the film is requested by representing various voices surrounding it. 본 논문에서는 물리적·인식적 경계의 해체와 재구성의 관점에서 트랜스로컬리티의 범주를 고찰했다. 이때 트랜스로컬 주체에 대한 이해는 탈장소화된 주체의 단순한 이동에 초점을 맞출 것이 아니라, 이질적 접합을 통한 균열과 틈을 생산할 수 있는 혼종적 주체로서의 가능성을 탐문하는 과정이 되어야 한다. 이러한 트랜스로컬리티 맥락 안에서 이곳과 저곳을 연결하며 문화적 횡단을 실천했던 ‘미누’의 삶을 추적한 영화 <안녕, 미누>(지혜원, 2018)를 주목했다. 다큐멘터리 영화 <안녕, 미누>의 서사는 이곳/저곳, 현재/과거, 환대/추방을 교차시키면서 지금 여기의 사회문화적 실천을 수행하는 미누를 재현하고 있다. 이 영화가 설정한 성찰적 프레임은 미누의 추방을 환기시키면서 이를 둘러싼 사회적 담론들을 시각화하고, 이를 둘러싼 여러 목소리들을 재현함으로써 영화 안팎의 수행성을 요청하고 있다.

파주 관광경로의 전환과 로컬리티의 재구성

관광 경로의 형성과 분화 및 착종의 과정은 로컬 안/밖, 보이는 존재/보는 주체, 개인/자본 혹은 국가, 원주민/방문객의 관계망에 로컬, 국가, 세계 등의 층위들이 복합적으로 얽혀 있다. 이 안에서 관광객을 비롯한 다양한 주체들의 시선이 상호충돌하며 특정 장소의 장소성을 강화하거나, 변형, 창안하게 된다. 따라서 관광의 조직과 관광 행위는 특정 로컬리티의 형성에 영향을 미친다. 본 논문은 관광 경로의 형성과 전환을 중심으로 파주 로컬리티의 변화를 고찰하고자 한다. 근대 파주의 로컬리티는 한국전쟁 이후 소외된 접경지로서 시작되었으며, 파주의 관광 경로 역시 분단국가의 압축판으로 드러났다. 하지만 2000년대 이후 파주 관광에 새로운 축들이 더해졌다. 신도시와 인접한 서남부의 헤이리예술마을이나 출판도시, 동부의 서원이나 율곡 관련 역사문화자원, 북부지역과 한강·임진강변의 자연생태환경 등이 관광파주에서 새로운 공간성을 획득하고 있다. 새로운 관광지들은 파주 내부의 차이와 분화를 조명하며 공간의 다성성을 드러낸다. 이러한 관광경로의 전환 과정에서 파주 안팎의 관광 관련 담론과 실천들로 인해 파주의 로컬리티는 재구성되고 있다. The forming of tour paths and their varying or entangling processes are complicatedly related with networks consisting of in/out situation of the local, beings seen/seeing subjectivities, the indigene/visitors, and individuals/capital or states and nested in multi-levels from local to national and even global scale. In the tour fields, various gazes including tourist’ ones come to terms with others and these interactions reinforce, transform, and re-invent specific characters of tour destinations. Therefore organization of tour route and tourists’ performances have affected forming of specific localities. This paper explores the changes of Paju City’s localities focusing the forming and transitions of tour paths. The locality of modern Paju City was originated from marginalized area near border after Korean war and the tour path of Paju City has been exhibiting as the strong example of dividedness of Korea. However, new places have added in Paju tour paths since 2000 such as Heyri Artists’ village and Paju Book city in southwestern part, Confucianism memorial hall and Shrine of Yulgok in eastern part, and rural or eco-tour spots in northern part inside Paju City’s territory. Newly emerging tour paths highlights the differentiations and divisions in Paju and Shows the polyphony of specific spaces. And to conclude, the tour-related discourses and activities in the process of tour path changes have continuously (re)organized the localities of Paju City.

『소시민』에 재현된 피란서사

본 연구는 이호철 『소시민』의 인물서사를 중심으로 피난지 부산이 어떻게 재현되었는지 살펴보고, 그 의미망을 고찰하였다. 『소시민』의 피란서사는 한국전쟁기 다양한 계층과 역사를 가진 피란민들이 부산이라는 ‘새로운 차원’의 시공간으로 편입해 새로운 질서에 반응하면서 상승/몰락해 가는 과정을 담고 있다. 이때 등장인물들은 저마다의 특수한 역사적 경험을 표징하고 있으며, 이들이 후방의 생존전투에서 죽고 살아남는 양상은 세대, 젠더, 계급, 지역 등에 따라 다양한 차이들이 포착된다. 또한 이들을 포진하고 있는 서사적 플롯에서 이념/생활력, 강자/약자, 남/여, 과거/현재, 내부/외부, 생/사, 정상/비정상의 이원화가 직진의 서사를 향하지 않는다는 점이 발견된다. 과거의 모든 발판은 와해되었지만 반공주의는 생활력과 더욱 단단하게 결탁했고, 전시 후방의 병약한 남성을 대신해 생활전선에 나선 여성들의 신체는 혐오의 프레임에 갇히거나 성적주체로 등장하면서 금기/위반의 경계를 넘나들고 있었다. 살아갈 기력이 없는 퇴물들은 추방되었지만, 살아남은 자들의 눈물을 타고 현재의 시공간에 흘러들어왔다. 하여 피란지의 생존 전투는 죽기/살기, 적군/아군의 이분법으로만 환원되지 않는 복잡한 생활전선을 형성한다. 작가는 이처럼 경계의 안팎을 넘나드는 혼란의 소용돌이를 서사화함으로써, 정상/비정상, 내부/외부의 경계가 불분명한 전쟁 안에 예측할 수 없는 삶의 현장을 드러내며, 이 지점에서 피란지의 역동성을 발견할 수 있다.
