        The purpose of this study is to make detailed designs for their villige community center. This article researched into elderly welfare facilities, public health facilirties and social welfare centers, However, a community apace in current the villige community center is planned uniformly without consideration of user’ diversity and physical aid environment for aged people, children and the handicapped is in limited supply. This study was carried out by the field observation using a checking sheet with measuring and taking photograph. The subjects were 25 villige community center whicg gave positive responses for walking through their facilities. The items for observing and measuring were made based on the regulation on improving the facilities for the disabled, the elderly, and the pregnant. Whether eacj item fits the regulation or not was examined The 7 areas in each villige community center were examined : entrance, hall and kichen, LDK, room, bathroom, stair/slope. parking area. It was founded that many accessible-related items were met. However, many supportive-related items such as ones for the visual disabled, and many supportive-related and accessible-related ones for enterance, bathroom, stair/slope, parking area were unmet.

        농촌 마을회관의 유니버설디자인 적용성 평가

        This study aimed to evaluate how universal design principles are embodied in the village community center. It will provide preliminary data on constructing a physical space of village community center as small community space in agricultural districts. To achieving the purpose in this study, the research conducted inspection using checklist to 25 village community centers at Hwasoon, Jeonnam province. The conclusion of this study is as follows: Living room and kitchen/dining room by supportive design urgently need installation of Western Style furniture and solutions of stair gap by accessible design, and also the evaluation is unsuited on a fire-gas alarm system and prevention of electric shook system on safety-oriented design. Entrance evaluated in principle for insufficient on safety handle by supportive design and spare chair by adaptable design, and also it unsuited on the solutions of door sill by accessible design and non-skid by safety-oriented design. Bathroom is insufficient lever handle and safety grip by supportive design, sink isn’t suitable by adaptable design. Outdoor space information legislation staircase ramp installation and horizontal installation of the staircase was not built.

        중학교 이후 교육 및 고용 경로 유형과 결정요인: 한국교육고용패널 1-12차년도 자료를 중심으로

        본 연구는 2004년도 중학교 3학년 학생의 중학교 졸업 이후 생애 단계별 교육 및 고용 경로 분포를 밝히고 그 유형과 유형별 결정요인을 구명하는 것을 목적으로 한국교육고용패널의 1차년도부터 12차년도까지의 자료를 분석했다. 중학교 이후 12년간의 생애 단계는 세 단계로 구분되고, 진학한 고교 유형에 따라 고용 비율이나 경로가 달라지는 것으로 나타났다. 중학교 이후의 교육 및 고용경로 유형은 최적일치법과 군집분석을 활용하여 특성화고-전문대-상용직(유형1), 일반고-4년제대,미상-4년제대-상용직(유형2), 일반고-4년제대(유형3), 일반고-4년제대-상용직/대학원(유형4), 일반고-전문대-상용직(유형5), 특성화고-전문대/상용직-상용직(유형6), 특성화고-4년제대-상용직(유형7)으로 구분할 수 있었고 각 유형별로 학업성취도, 교육포부, 월평균가구소득 및 사교육비 지출, 부모학력, 부모의 자녀교육 희망수준, 부모와의 진로대화에서 유의한 차이가 발견되었다. 이를 통해 중학교 이후 교육 및 고용 경로에 대한 개략적인 정보를 제공할 수 있고 각 유형별 학생 특성에 따른 진로지도에 시사점을 줄 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to determine the education and employment paths after graduating from middle school in 2004, to identify pattern of the paths and the determinants for each pattern. As a result of dividing after middle school into high school, college, university and work stages, the distribution of education employment after middle school differs according to the type of high school. Vocational high school, the rate that leads to employment is high, and the rate of admission after employment is high, indicating that the original purpose was achieved. Next, by clustering of education and employment paths, vocational high school-college-regular employment (pattern 1), general high school-university & unknown-university-regular employment (pattern 2), general high school-university (pattern 3), general high school-college-regular employment/graduate school (pattern 4), general high school-college-regular employment (pattern 5), vocational highschool-college/regular employment-regular employment (pattern 6), vocational highschool-university-regular employment (pattern 7). Each pattern was classified into gender, academic achievement, educational aspirations, monthly average household income and private education expenditure, parents’ academic background, parents aspiration of children’s education, and communication about career paths with parents. It is possible to provide outline information on education and employment paths after middle school, and to give implications to career guidance according to the characteristics of each pattern of student.

        농촌 마을회관의 공간계획을 위한 이용실태 및 이용자 만족도에 관한 조사연구

        This study aimed to evaluate how users are satisfied with village community center. It will develop and determine a most detailed design and requirements to maximizing for user`s convenience. The study conducted interview survey using questionnaire based on universal design principles, to users of village centers that are in possible of cooperation of 25 village centers in Haw Soon district, Jeonnam province and used 160 cases to the analysis. The conclusion of this study is as follows. First, users showed most satisfaction about LDK space and dissatisfaction about design, stair/slope, entrance, and bathroom. Specially, users are dissatisfied with curtains at room and handralis at entrance. In terms of design, users about the indoor-outdoor environment as a whole was unsatisfactory. Second, survey on actual needs space scrutinized bathroom, kitchen, and stair/slope according to priority. In result of these surveys, user`s satisfaction with village community center and actual needs space show needed improvements on bathroom and stair/slope space urgently.

        진학 희망 고교 유형에 따른 학생의 학업성취도 및 교육비 격차 추이 분석 : 특목고와 자율형 사립고를 중심으로

        본 연구의 목적은 경기도교육청의 특목고와 자사고 폐지 정책에 대한 실증을 위해 학생의 진학 희망 고교 유형에 따른 학업성취도와 교육비의 격차 추이에 대해 분석하는 데 있다. 이 를 위해 경기도교육원에서 실시한 경기교육종단연구 1차년도(2012)부터 3차년도(2014)까지의 자료를 경향점수매칭(PSM)과 다층모형(HLM)을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 국어, 영어, 수학, 국영수 평균 학업성취도의 초기치는 모두 특목고와 자사고 희 망 집단이 비희망 집단에 비해 높았다. 교육비 초기치 역시 희망 집단이 비희망 집단에 비해 유의하게 높았다. 특히 집단 간 수학, 국영수 평균 성취도가 유의미한 변화율을 보여 집단 간 학업성취도 격차가 학년이 올라감에 따라 심화됨을 알 수 있다. 본 연구결과는 특목고와 자사고에 진학을 희망하는 학생들과 그렇지 않은 학생들의 성취도 격차와 교육비 격차가 존재하며, 학력 격차의 경우 심화되고 있다는 것을 확인했다는 측면에서 의의가 있다. 이는 특목고·자사고 진학 희망에 있어 높은 학업성취도 뿐만 아니라 많은 교육비 를 감당할 수 있는 가정의 사회·경제적 배경이 존재함을 추론하게 한다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 특목고·자사고 폐지 정책의 시행 근거 및 고교 다양화 정책 재고, 나아가 고교 진학에서 교육 불평등 해소라는 정책적 배려에 관해 제언하였다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the trend change in students’ academic achievement and educational expenses gap by their expected high school types in order to examine the validity of the policy of abolishing special purpose and independent private high school in Gyeonggi. Gyeonggi Education Panel Study(GEPS) data from 2012 to 2014 were analyzed by employing Propensity Score Matching(PSM) and Hierarchical Linear Models(HLM). The result shows that students who wanted to enter into special purpose and independent private high schools had higher initial levels in Korean, English, Mathematics, average of all three subjects achievement, and educational expenses than the students who did not want to enter into those schools. Especially, Mathematics, and average of all three subjects achievement gap changed significantly across time between the groups. The results were meaningful in that it empirically verified that there were significant differences in academic achievement and socio-economic gap between expected high school types, and the gap between those groups has widened. On the basis of these results, this study provides some grounds for the policy of abolishing special pupose and independent private high schools and suggestions for reconsidering the high school diversification policy to solve inequality.
