Kims학습장애선별도구(Kims-LDST) 개발을 위한 타당화 예비연구

최근 초등학교 1학년 학생들의 학습기술 습득 수준의 차이가 점차 커지고 있다. 그런데 이러한 격차를 초등학교 입학전 선행학습 여부에 따른 결과로 이해하려는 경향이 있다. 그러나 교육경험의 부족으로 인한 단순 학습부진 뿐만아니라 신경학적발달문제에 기인한 특정학습장애 학생을 구별할 필요가 있다. 학습격차의 원인을 조기에 선별한다면 향후 이들에 대한 적합한 지원방향을 제안할 수 있다. 본 연구에서 조기선별을 통한 효과적인 개입 설계를 목표로 학습장애 선별도구를 개발하기 위하여 8개의 소검사를 구성하였고 초등학교 1학년 학생 59명을 대상으로 예비검사를 시행하였다. 시행결과 신뢰도에서 문항내적합치도는 .644 ~ .862 사이에 분포하였다. 타당도는 선행연구의 검사구성과 방식을 통해 확인하였고, 소검사간 평균 편차를 확인하고 상관을 분석한 결과 정상, 부진, 위험군간의 유의미한 차이를 확인하였다. 또한 작업기억(청각 및 시각) 소검사와 읽기, 쓰기, 수학 등 소검사간 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 검사가 학습장애위험군의 위험요인을 확인할 수 있는 검사도구로 개발 되도록 향후 표준화를 위한 제한점을 논의하였다. In the first grade of elementary school, the difference in the level of learning skill acquisition in the class is increasing for reasons such as prior learning. Therefore, distinguishing of students with poor learning due to lack of educational experience or certain learning disabilities makes the direction to support them very different. In order to develop the screening test for learning disabilities with the goal of effective intervention through early selection, eight subtests were constructed and preliminary tests were conducted on 59 elementary school students. In the Correlation of the results, the intra-item fit was distributed between .644 and .862. The validity was confirmed through the test configuration and test method of the previous study, and the average and deviation of the small examiners were checked, and the correlation was analyzed. As a result, significant differences were found between the normal, sluggish, and risk groups, and the correlation between the working memory (auditory and visual) subtests There are limitations for future standardization so that this test is developed as a test tool that can identify individual characteristics in the learning technology.

유해화학물질 도급신고 제도가 화학사고 감소에 미치는 영향 연구

연구목적: 화학물질관리법이 시행된 이후 우리나라 화학사고 연도별 발생횟수 자료와 관할기관에 접수 처리된 취급자의 도급자료를 활용하여 도급신고 제도 시행 이후 화학사고 감소 기여도 영향을 통계자료 로 정리하여 지역별 특성, 월별 특성, 유사 업종별 상관성, 유형별, 인명피해 등을 비교분석하였다. 연구 방법: 2015부터 2018년까지 4년 동안의 화학사고 통계자료와 2003년 이후 화학사고 사례와 관련 안전정 보를 제공하는 화학안전정보공유시스템(Chemical Safety Clearing-house, CSC)의 자료를 활용하였다. 연구결과·결론: 유해화학물질 취급 공정을 일시 중단하여 작업을 진행하는 기간 동안에 다수의 비숙련 작업자가 작업 현장에 투입되면서 사고 발생의 위험성이 증가한다. 도급신고를 통해 사업자는 비숙련 작업자의 취급자 교육 및 개인 보호장비 착용을 통하여 화학사고 안전관리를 강화할 필요성이 있다. Purpose: Since the implementation of the Chemical Substance Management Act, data on the number of occurrences by annual chemical accident in Korea and the contractor 's contract data received from the competent authority were used. After the implementation of the contract reporting system, the contribution to the reduction of chemical accidents is summarized by statistical data. The characteristics of each region, month, type and those of similar industries and human life were compared and analyzed. Method: 4 years of chemical accident statistics from 2015 to 2018 and since 2003, we have used data from the Chemical Safety Clearing-House (CSC), which provides safety information on cases of chemical accidents. Results and Conclusion: The risk of accidents increases as a number of unskilled workers are put into the workplace during the period when the hazardous chemical handling process is temporarily suspended. Through the reporting for awarding a contract, the operators are strengthening the safety management of chemical accidents by educating unskilled workers and wearing personal protective equipment.
