GC/MS를 이용한 소변중의 Cyclofenil 및 그 대사체의 분석

Olympic Committee (IOC) prohibits the use of cyclofenil for male. To prove whether cyclofenil product was taken or not, the analytical method in urine using GC/MS was established. The extraction recoveries of cyclofenil and its metabolites were higher in the range of pH 5-9. Because the parent drug (cyclofenil) was not excreted in urine, metabolites were detected and theses were used as a criteria of cyclofenil dose. Therefore the metabolites were hydrolyzed, extracted at pH 9.6, derivatized with MSTFA and analyzed by GC/MS.
자동화된 LPME(Liquid Phase Microextraction)장치를이용한 다성분 농약분석

In this study, the optimum conditions for the LPME (liquid phase microextraction) were investigated to overcome several shortcomings of traditional liquid-liquid extraction method. The LPME, which is automatic and dynamic, was used to analyze the five pesticides (dementon-S-methyl, diazinon, parathion, fenitrothion, EPN) extracted from vegetable, and HP 6890 GC/NPD was used as an analytic instrument. It was possible to optimize the extraction condition using the automatic LPME. The optimum extraction rate was obtained at pH 3.0 and 100g/mL of salt concentration and standard curve showed linearity with over r2=0.9921 in the range of 0.2~10g/g. The relative standard deviations were 7.7%, 9.8%, 7.8%, 9.7% and 8.2% in the 5.0g/g concentration of dementon-S-methyl, diazinon, parathion, fenitrothion and EPN, respectively. The acquired accuracies were satisfactory showing 12.7%, 7.8%, 10.4%, -6.7% and -0.7% for dementon-S-methyl, diazinon, parathion, fenitrothion and EPN respectively.
Capillary Electrophoresis에 의한 Carvedilol 및 그 대사체의 거울상이성질체 분리

A capillary electrophoresis method for the separation of carvedilol and its metabolites enantiomersconcentration and capillary temperature for enantiomer resolution were investigated. Best results were obtainedby 15 mM carboxymethyl-β-cyclodextrin in the run bufer. Also the effect of capillary temperature on efficiencywas assessed. The optimized method was applied for separation of chiral carvedilol and its three metabolites.
GC/MS에 의한 식품 포장재에 사용되는 접착제의 Toluene diisocyanate분석

A method for determination of toluene diisocyanates (TDI) in toluene diisocynate (TDI)-based polyurethane (PUR) packing material was investigated, and also the migration of TDI to food was studied. TDI was extracted using food simulants such as n-haptane and 4% aqueous acetic acid. The determinations were performed using gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS). One of major components for polyurethane, toluene diisocyanates, were detected in ten samples among twenty six food contact materials with the concentration range of 0.51~60.88 μg/ml. However the highest extracted amount was just 0.7% of 60.88 μg/ml if the contact surface of food packing for extracting liquid was limited to the outer layer without exposure of the cutting edge of food packing multi-layers. The result of this study and the analysis method for TDI diisocyanate will be very useful for further study about food contact material, and the monitoring result could be used for evaluating the safety of food contact material before it is to be used for food, preservation.
