도로 비산먼지는 전국 배출량에서 가장 높은 비율을 차지하고 있으며, 특히 수도권지역 미세먼지 중 비산먼지가 대다수를 차지하고 있다. 또한 도심부에서는 다양한 영향에 의해 도로 위에 미세먼지가 잔여해있어 고농도의 대기 미세먼지가 나타날 수 있으며 건설분야에서도 비산먼지를 제거하기 위한 다양한 노력을 진행 중에 있다. 비산먼지를 제거하기 위해서는 국내에 서는 미세먼지 청소차량을 이용하여 도로 위에 있는 먼지를 제거하고 있으며, 국내 도심부 도로청소 계획 수립 시 각 지역에 맞는 청소방법 및 주기를 설정하기 위해 다양한 요소를 고려해야한다. 따라서 도로에서 발생하는 미세먼지인 비산먼지를 제거하기 위해서는 비산먼지에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요소를 결합하여 관측소에서 제시하는 미세먼지 농도를 기반으로 비산 먼지의 심각도를 제시하고자 한다.
도로의 미끄럼저항을 고려한 고속도로 사고 심각도 요인 분석

In this study, risk factors affecting the severity of accidents by accident type were derived based on highway traffic accident data collected from 2011 to 2013. Furthermore, this study uses an ordinal logistic model to identify the influencing factors that increase the severity of accidents when combined with skid number (SN). In the analysis of factors that influence the severity of highway accidents according to the set analysis model scenario, it was found that variables corresponding to weather, slippery road conditions, and human factors were rain, wetness, SN normal, on-ramp, and drowsiness. By presenting a model for predicting the severity of highway traffic accidents by considering SN conditions, it is believed that a more systematic plan can be established by applying appropriate safety management measures for each road slide level and the efficiency of safety and road maintenance.
Enalapril 경구 투여가 혈중 Angiotensin 전환효소 활성도에 미치는 영향

Enalapril, a angiotensin converting enzyme(ACE) inhibitor, was given in a single oral dose of 10mg to 13 patients with essential hypertension and to 10 control patients with normal blood pressure. Blood pressure, plasma renin activity, aldosteron, and SCE activity were measured before and after enalapril administration. The results were as follow : 1. At 3 hours. after administration of enalapril, plasma ACE activity decreased in both groups of patients(p<0.05) but more decreased in patients with essential hypertension from 19.4±8.8 to 9.7±5.7 nmole/min/ml(p<0.05). 2. Decresed levels of plasma ACE activity were accompanied by reduction of blood pressure in response to enalapril, especially systolic blood pressure in patients with hypertension. Blood pressure also decreased in both groups of patients including those with normal or low renin levels(p<0.05), but there was not a significant correlation between the magnitude of blood pressure reduction and baseline plasma renin activity. 3. After 10mg of enalapril administration, mean plasma renin activity rose(p<0.05), while plasma aldosterone concentration fell in both groups of patients. It suggest that enalapril is an effective ACE inhibitor and the measurement of plasma ACE activity is useful for monitoring the efficacy of ACE inhibitor and compliance to treatment with enalapril.
