        국내외 비정형 건축물 외피시스템 사례 분석을 통한 설계 및 시공시 고려사항 도출

        Recently, architectural design has been changing from formal design to freeform design due to the digitalization of construction industry. Especially, the formal design has been accepted as a design trend recently and applied many times as a design concept in the architectural design competitions such as turn-key. However, various deflects such as water leak and cracks have been occurred because the traditional construction methods had been applied without any revision or adaptation of the formal construction method for the freeform building construction. Design and construction of freeform building has been developed as an new method in order to solve the problems and minimize the construction duration and cost for the freeform building. Therefore this research deduced the positive implications for developing freefrom envelope by analyzing the domestic and abroad cases and proposed the considerations during design and construction of the freeform envelope as follows. First, the freeform design should consider the constructability for the freeform envelope. Second, manufacturing technology for the two-way curvature of the unit panel should be developed. Third, exposed concrete form method should be developed for the freeform envelope of concrete. Forth, material characteristics, construction method and facility management should be considered in order to manage precipitation and keep water-proof according to the classification of the freeform envelope area. 최근 건설 산업의 디지털화로 인하여 건축 디자인이 정형에서 자유로운 비정형 형태로 변화하고 있다. 특히, 국내에서는 최근 비정형이 디자인 경향으로 도입되어 현상설계, 턴키 등에서 설계 당선을 위한 디자인 요소로 많이 적용되고 있다. 그러나 기존의 정형 건축물의 외벽공법을 비정형 건축물의 외피에 그대로 적용함으로써 누수 및 크랙 등 다양한 하자가 발생하고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 개선하고 공사기간과 공사비를 최소화할 수 있는 비정형 건축물의 설계와 시공이 새로운 기술로 도입되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 비정형 외피시스템 구현을 위한 공법을 국내외 비정형 건축물의 외피시스템 사례 분석을 통하여 실증적으로 시사점을 도출하고 비정형 건축물 외피시스템의 설계와 시공시 고려해야 할 사항을 다음과 같이 제시하였다. 첫째, 시공성을 고려한 비정형 형태의 설계가 되도록 하여야 한다. 둘째, 2방향 곡면을 정확히 구현할 수 있는 단위 패널 생산 기술의 개발이 필요하다. 셋째, 비정형 콘크리트 외피용 노출 콘크리트 거푸집을 개발하여야 한다. 넷째, 외피 시스템을 부위별로 구분하여 우수처리와 방수를 위한 재료와 공법 특성과 유지관리 방안을 고려하여야 한다.

        다중 상응 분석을 통한 아파트 건설현장 업무상 재해 유형 분석

        In this study, we analyzed the safety accidents that occurred in the apartment construction site and the correlations between the victims according to the type of work accidents through multiple correspondence analysis. There is a lack of disaster-related studies on apartment construction sites, the third most frequent building type in Korea, and most of them have used survey techniques. Therefore, the exploratory data analysis was conducted in industrial accident cause data, and derived the correlation analysis between each disaster victim through multiple correspondence analysis. The results of the study are summarized in two as follows. First, as the number of heights increased due to the high rise and complexity of apartments, the fall rate and mortality rate were high. In addition, deaths are mostly caused by very few experienced workers or those with more than 10 years of experience, resulting from safety training, lack of experience, and insensitivity to safety. Second, multi-correspondence analysis showed that most safety accidents can be prevented by wearing safety equipment, and following proper work process and its safety action. The key factors derived from this study can be used for safety education, supervision, and management in apartment construction sites.

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the vocabulary related to safety accidents based on the reports recorded on the violation of safety rules at the construction sites. We used Word2Vec and Topic Model as natural language processing techniques to analyze the safety accidents presented in the reports of the large enterprise. The words that appeared based on the occupational accident types such as the fall, falling objects, and others were derived and visualized. We derive the frequency and similarity of the words and topics of the accident that occur at the construction site. In future studies, we will be able to proceed with the generation of texts from pictures based on images and this reports.

      • 랜덤 포레스트 기법을 이용한 건설현장 안전재해 예측 모형 기초 연구

        The purpose of this study is to predict and classify the accident types based on the KOSHA (Korea Occupational Safety & Health Agency) and weather data. We also have an effort to suggest an important management method according to accident types by deriving feature importance. We designed two models based on accident data and weather data (model(a)) and only weather data (model(b)). As a result of random forest method, the model(b) showed a lack of accuracy in prediction. However, the model(a) presented more accurate prediction results than the model(b). . Thus we presented safety management plan based on the results. In the future, this study will continue to carry out real time prediction to occurrence types to prevent safety accidents by supplementing the real time accident data and weather data.

      • 건설 장비의 안전사고 예방을 위한 알람시스템 기초 연구

        The number of deaths in the korean construction industry is more than three times the OECD average. Although safety management system should be improved to prevent the safety accidents, it is difficult to improve due to domestic safety conditions. Especially, in order to prevent accidents at construction sites, there is an increasing tendency to monitor the movement of workers and equipment in real time by introducing a location positioning system. Therefore, this study proposes a system that can monitor the position of workers and heavy equipments in real - time, detect danger and transmit alarms so that workers can pay attention to safety and keep safety. The system is expected to reduce safety accidents by transmitting alarms to workers so that they can pay attention.

        In order to reduce the risk of accidents, we proposed a construction safety management system combined with wearable device and LoRa (Low-Range Wireless Network) communication method to apply the usefulness of Internet (IoT) technology which means everything connected“. to construction safety management Management system. The proposed wearable safety device is a device that relays information exchange between wearable safety device and safety management server by LoRa wireless communication method. The safety management server can store workers bio-data and perform big data analysis. If a risk factor is determined from the analysis result, a warning is sent to the wearable safety device and the manager’s application. The goal of this system is to prevent construction workers from entering the dangerous area that is not suitable for work, and to prevent safety accidents caused by human cause by detecting abnormal condition during work.

      • 건설현장 안전사고의 작업 리스크 매트릭스 분석

        As the construction industry has been increasingly complex, aging workers, hard-working avoiding young generation, foreign workers having language problem for the past decades, delivering of construction qualified workers has been a rising problem. This misalignment between the complex jobs and the number of skilled workers will continue to be in issue that the construction industry will face for following decades. Construction field workers who are working outside in uncontrollable condition unlike manufacturing industry are exposed to easily construction safety accident. There are so many efforts to prevent and control the construction accident. However, the relationships between the construction works and construction safety accident has not been well dealt and investigated based on objective accident data except for the qualitative study through interview, delphi and so on. Therefore this study analyzes job risk matrix exposed to safety accidents based on statistic data for 20 years from Korean Occupational Safety & Health Agency in order to prevent the construction field accidents.

        건설 현장 CCTV 영상을 이용한 작업자와 중장비 추출 및 다중 객체 추적

        The construction industry has the highest occupational accidents/injuries and has experienced the most fatalities among entire industries. Korean government installed surveillance camera systems at construction sites to reduce occupational accident rates. Construction safety managers are monitoring potential hazards at the sites through surveillance system; however, the human capability of monitoring surveillance system with their own eyes has critical issues. A long-time monitoring surveillance system causes high physical fatigue and has limitations in grasping all accidents in real-time. Therefore, this study aims to build a deep learning-based safety monitoring system that can obtain information on the recognition, location, identification of workers and heavy equipment in the construction sites by applying multiple object tracking with instance segmentation. To evaluate the system's performance, we utilized the Microsoft common objects in context and the multiple object tracking challenge metrics. These results prove that it is optimal for efficiently automating monitoring surveillance system task at construction sites.

        The construction industry has the highest occupational fatality and injury rates related to accidents of any industry. Accordingly, safety managers closely monitor to prevent accidents in real-time by installing surveillance cameras at construction sites. However, due to human cognitive ability limitations, it is impossible to monitor many videos simultaneously, and the fatigue of the person monitoring surveillance cameras is also very high. Thus, to help safety managers monitor work and reduce the occupational accident rate, a study on object recognition in construction sites was conducted through surveillance cameras. In this study, we applied to the instance segmentation to identify the classification and location of objects and extract the size and shape of objects in construction sites. This research considers ways in which deep learning-based computer vision technology can be applied to safety management on a construction site.
