본 연구는 가정의 인터넷 안전교육에 대한 부모의 인식과 인터넷 안전교육 실태를 조사하여 유아의 올바른 인터넷 사용 및 안전한 인터넷 환경을 조성하는데 필요한 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 수행되었다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기도, 전라도, 경상도의 총 4개 유치원에 재학 중인 만 5세 유아의 부모 140명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 유아들의 인터넷 사용에 따른 문제에 대한 부모인식에 있어서 특히 개인정보의 오남용, 유해한 사이트접속’, ‘신체적 문제’, ‘스팸메일’, ‘바이러스 침해’ 등의 항목에서 높은 빈도를 나타내었다. 또한 가정에서 자녀의 인터넷 사용으로 발생한 문제 해결방안에 대한 조사 결과, ‘불건전 사이트 차단 소프트웨어 설치’를 비롯하여 ‘자녀의 인터넷 사용시간 및 내용 관리 시스템 구축’이나 ‘해킹 및 바이러스 침해 방지 시스템 구축’ 등 시스템을 구축하는 방법을 선호하는 것으로 조사되었다. 인터넷 안전교육에 대한 부모교육의 실태 및 필요성에 대하여 조사한 결과, 대부분의 부모가 인터넷 안전교육에 대한 부모교육을 받은 적이 없다고 응답하여 부모들이 경험한 인터넷 안전교육에 대한 부모교육이 매우 시급함을 알 수 있었다. 더불어 유아 대상 인터넷 안전교육은 가정과 유아교육현장의 교사가 연계하여 이루어질 필요가 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 주제어: 인터넷 안전교육, 부모

It is desirable that the management of human resources, as a strategy for the competition, should be the necessity for the hotel industries to survive in the rapid change and continuous development In other words, the management of enterprise provides the foundation to form human relationship, just as the hospitality industry operates with human relationship. Here by, all the problems out hotels have faced are that our hotels should look for a new human resources. The control of human resources in hotels means that if does not only satisfy hotels, employees, and guests but improves the personal ability. also it is important for the method of hotel operation as a management. Therefor, hotel managers have to get a good human resources, at the same time, improve the potential ability from them in order to get development for industries and a person. This study in the effective project for the human resources in hotels is relation to the organization of hotel sand he factor of human resources. This research if focused on the property of classification each factor in the control of human resources. according to the classification, the relationship and an effect are commonly made in groups of properties and are named respectively.

Recently, children internet addiction has been identified as a serious problem of the young children. Early prevention program plays an important role to formulate the healthy internet habit from early childhood. In this study we developed Internet Safety Education Program for Young Children(ISEP-YC). ISEP-YC consists of 6 sessions: opening phase(session 1), self-understanding phase(session 2), internet safety phase(sessions 3 to 5), and self-controlling phase(session 6). At the end of the program, the exhibition for other children and parents was suggested by children. Each session is composed of variety of activities including art, music, storytelling, physical activities, dramatic play and games.

음악적 요소를 기반으로 한 노래 부르기 활동이 유아의 음악적 표현능력에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 음악적 요소를 기반으로 한 노래 부르기 활동을 구성하고, 이것이 유아의 음악적 표현능력에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 문헌고찰과 전문가 협의를 통해 박자. 리듬, 음높이, 음길이, 빠르기, 음색, 셈여림이 포함된 음악 적 요소를 기반으로 한 노래 부르기 활동 20개를 구성하였다. 그리고 2018년 9월 18일부터 12월 8일까지 만 5세 유아 41명을 연구대상으로 선정하여 실험집단과 비교집단으로 분류하였다. 실험집단에는 음악적 요소를 기반으로 한 노래 부르기 활동을 총 20회 적용하였으며, 비교집단에는 생활주제 중심의 노래 부르기 활동을 실시하였다. 실험처치가 끝난 후, 두 집단의 음악적 표현 능력을 비교한 결과 실험집단의 유아가 비교집단의 유아보다 전체적인 음악적 표현 능력의 점수가 높게 나타났으며, 노래 부르기, 악기 활동, 신체로 표현하기, 음악 창작하기와 같은 음악적 표현 능력의 각 하위 영역에서도 점수가 높아진 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to design the singing activities based on musical elements, and to find how the activity influences young children’s musical expression ability. To achieve that, this study conducted literature analysis and expert discussion so as to design 20 singing activities based on such musical elements as rhythm, beats, pitch, sound field, tempo, tone, and dynamics. From Sep. 18 to Dec. 8, 2018, forty one young children aged 5 had been selected as study subjects, and had been divided into an experimental group and a comparative group. The singing activities based on musical elements were applied to the experimental group twenty times, and the singing activities based on living themes were applied to the comparative group. After the end of experimental treatment, the two groups’ musical expression abilities were compared. As a result, the experimental group scored higher overall musical expression ability than the comparative group, and had higher points in the sub categories of musical expression ability: singing, playing a musical instrument, expressing with the body, and creating music.
