Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect Jukryuk and Saengkang-juice's on Cerebral vascular ischemia(CVI) of the Middle cerebral artery(MCA).Method : By administration Jukryuk and Saengkang-juice's, we compared treated groups with not treated groups, in view of five points as follows ① cerebral damage ② damaged area of ischemia ③ cerebral edema ④ the number of neuronal cells adjacent to the areas damaged by ischemia ⑤ the number of neuronal cells adjacent to the areas damaged by ischemiaResults : In this experiment, Jukryuk and Saengkang-juice's obtained by inducing cerebral vascular ischemia after occluding the middle cerebral artery (MCA) in mice, and making observations and comparisons such as alterations in damaged areas and neuronal cellular changes in the brain.Conclusions : According to the above results, Jukryuk and Saengkang-juice's can protect the cerebral vascular ischemia.

본 연구에서는 실제 화재 현장에서 연기로 인해 시야가 제한된 환경조건에서 소방대원들이 요구조자를 탐색하고 구조하는 데 활용되는 장비(연기투과 라이다, 열화상 카메라, 화점/요구조자 탐지 SW 등)의 성능 효과 검증을 위한 실화재 환경 조성 연 구를 하였다. 테스트베드 내부의 실화재 환경(연기 및 열) 조성을 위해 목재 및 중합재료(PMMA)를 연소시켜 발생되는 연기로 인한 시인성을 측정하고 열(온도)를 측정하여 안전성을 고려한 테스트베드 환경을 평가하였다.
산불 특수진화대의 업무 만족 실태 분석 및 개선방안 연구

최근 전 세계적으로 산불의 대형화 및 장기화에 따른 산불 진화대원의 업무 기피와 이직률 증가로인한 인력 수급의 어려움이 심화되고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 미국 내무부와 산림청은 진화대원의업무 및 복지 개선을 위한 실태 조사 및 연구를 통해 업무 만족에 관한 실태 조사 분석과 업무 만족도평가 활발히 이루어지고 있고, 산불 관리 예산 증액을 통해 진화 업무의 전문화, 임금 증액, 건강 증진프로그램 등을 확대하고 있다. 하지만 국내에서는 산불 진화대원의 업무 만족 및 조직편성의 적정성등에 대한 실태 조사와 연구가 미흡하다. 본 연구에서는 국내 산불 진화대원에 대한 설문 조사를 통해업무 만족도를 분석(상관관계분석, 일원변량분산분석, 독립변수 t검정, 회귀분석 등)하고 문제점 해결을위한 방안으로 미국의 산불 관리 정책 사례를 참고하여, 국내 산불 진화대원의 처우개선 및 업무 만족도개선에 관해 제언하였다. In recent years, the global escalation and prolonged nature of wildfires have exacerbated challenges in recruiting and retaining wildland firefighters, leading to increased job aversion and turnover rates. To address this issue, the U.S. Department of the Interior and the Forest Service have actively conducted surveys and research to improve the duties and well-being of wildland firefighters, expanding specialized training, increasing wages, and implementing health promotion programs through additional budget allocation for wildfire management. However, domestically, there is a lack of comprehensive research on the job satisfaction and appropriateness of organizational structures for wildland firefighters. This study analyzes job satisfaction among domestic wildland firefighters through a survey (correlation analysis, one-way ANOVA, independent sample t-tests, regression analysis, etc.) and proposes solutions for identified issues by referencing U.S. wildfire management policies. Recommendations focus on enhancing the treatment and job satisfaction of domestic wildland firefighters.
산불예방교육 실태와 학습지도 방안 - 초등 및 중등 학생 교육을 중심으로 -

Worldwidely most of the causes of forest fires are caused by human unintentional mistakes and negligence. As the forest fire prevention education, interest in forest fire risk prevention activities can be strengthened, and social costs related to forest fire risks can be reduced by the regular education and learning. In this study, the actual state of forest fire prevention education in domestic elementary and secondary schools was investigated and a learning guide plan for education that could be implemented. As the result, it is necessary to carry out regular forest fire prevention education in regular curriculum to raise awareness about the importance of forests and to protect them from forest fires. In addition, by preventing the causative behavior that threatens forest fires in advance, it is considered that it will contribute to reducing the risk of forest fires caused by unintentional mistakes and carelessness in future generations.

There is no domestic safety performance evaluation standard for fire hoods, which are personal safety protective equipment to prevent heat damage to exposed skin such as the head and neck of firefighters due to continuous radiant heat and direct flame during forest fire fighting. Based on the standards of firefighting hoods for firefighter of the Korea Fire Institute, a comparative analysis of foreign standards(NFPA, ISO) was conducted, and domestic forest fire fighters and experts' opinions were collected to present domestic safety performance evaluation standards. In preparation for sudden fires that may occur at forest fire sites, supplementary items were derived according to the work of forest fire extinguishers through experiments on heat damage to the human body. It is thought that it will contribute to securing safety and efficiency of firefighting work due to heat damage by presenting fire hood performance evaluation standards for forest firefighters.
