외국인직접투자의 부산경제 파급효과 분석 - 기업 재무자료를 활용한 패널분석 -

In this study, we test some hypotheses on whether foreign-invested companies in Busan have created jobs and spill-over effect on Busan local economy through backward and forward linkage with domestic firms. Panel regressions on both firm-level and macro data show that FDIs have directly increased jobs in the investing companies and also have indirectly increased sales in upstream and downstream companies. When the same regressions are run for two sub-samples, manufacturing vs. service industries, backward linkage effect turns out greater than forward linkage one in both cases.

발전소 간접배출량 산정분석으로 살펴본 탄소국경제도(CBAM) 의 통상편익

This study calculates and quantifies indirect emissions for six items of the EU CBAM (Carbon Border Adjustment System) scheduled to be implemented between 2026 and 2027 after a transition period of 2 to 2 years, and examines the impact these will have on Korea's trade. Most of the target items, such as steel, aluminum, fertilizer, cement, electricity, and hydrogen, do not appear to have a significant impact from the implementation of CBAM in terms of indirect emissions. However, since steel products production uses relatively more coal in the blast furnace process, direct emissions are expected to increase carbon emissions by more than three times compared to indirect emissions. In conclusion, it was identified that the indirect emissions of CBAM target items were mostly insignificantly affected by the power plant's energy mix. It is judged that the decarbonization efforts of power plants in the future will influence the competitiveness of companies that produce products. 대상품목인 철강, 알루미늄, 비료, 시멘트, 전기, 수소 중 대부분은 간접배출량 관점에서는 CBAM시행으로 큰 영향이 없는 것으로 나타난다. 그러나 철강제품생산은 상대적으로 고로공정에서 석탄을 이용하는 방식을 더 많이 사용하므로 직접배출이 간접배출에 비해 탄소발생이 3배이상 증가할 것으로 예견되었다. 결론적으로 CBAM 대상품목에 대한 간접배출량이 대부분 미미한 영향을 받는 것으로 나온 것은 발전소의 에너지믹스의 영향으로 파악되었다. 향후 발전소의 탈탄소 노력은 그것을 받아 상품을 생산하는 기업의 경쟁력을 좌우할 것으로 판단한다.

This study explores a dyeing method for recycled fabrics using natural leather. Currently, natural leather cutting wasteis rarely recycled. In this study, we investigated a selective dyeing method for leather yarn mixed with polymer after refiberingusing natural leather cutting waste. We examined pH changes and optimal temperatures for dyes and leathermaterials. The findings of this study will expand the industrial usability of new materials derived from natural leatherwaste.

본 연구는 고흥 남성리 갯벌양식장의 구조물 설치 및 양식장의 공간 배치를 위한 기초자료로 대상해역의 지형구조 및 해수 순환특성을 조사하였다. 관측결과 남성리 갯벌양식장의 경사도는 약 1도 미만으로 매우 평판한 것으로 나타났으며, 남성리 갯벌양식장 의 지형구조를 파악하기 위하여 비디오영상 자료를 이용하였다. 조사결과 남성리 양식장의 시설물은 굴패각 망태 또는 사석의 축제 형 식으로 총 5가지의 구조형식을 가지는 것으로 조사되었으며, 양식장은 지형구조상 노출 시간이 총 181분으로 약 3시간 동안 대기에 노 출되었으며, 침수된 시간은 약 434분으로 약 7시간에 해당되었다. 조사된 영상자료는 수치해도의 자료와 서로 보완하여 양식장의 지형 특성을 파악하는데 사용되었다. 대상해역은 나로도에 의하여 외해와 차폐된 해역으로 해수유동 수치실험을 통한 해수순환 특성은 북측 으로 정암면과 나로도 사이의 수로와 남측의 남성리와 나로도 사이의 좁은 수로를 따라 남-북방향의 주흐름을 가지는 것으로 조사되었 으며, 나로대교가 위치한 갯벌양식장 해역 전면의 수로에서 최대 1.5 m/s 의 흐름을 보이는 것으로 조사되었다. In this study, we were investigated topographic placement and fluid circulation of tidal flat farm for space installation in Namsung-ri, Goheung. A tilt of tidal flat farm is less than about 1°, and video measurement were used in order to understand the structure of tidal flat farm. The facility of tidal flat farm has 5 different types, the atmospheric exposed time is about 181 minute and flooding time is about 434 minutes. Video and surveyed data were used to identify the characteristics of the study area. In the results of numerical experiments, main stream direction is south-north direction along the narrow channel and maximum current speed is about 1.5 m/s in the front of tidal flat farm.

현행 경마제도 전환에 따른 유발효과 분석 - 개방형 마주제와 외부 마사제 도입을 중심으로 -

본 연구는 한국경마가 국민경제기여효과를 증대시키기 위한 제도전환을 제시하였다. 그 방안으로 현행 폐쇄형마주제와 내부마사제의 문제점을 지적하고 이를 개방형 마주제와 외부 마사제로 전환할 것을 제시한다. 이를 위한 근거로 제도전환 후 마주의 증가로 인한 경주마수요의 증가가 고용창출과 연계산업에 미치는 파급효과를 ‘레온티에프 역행렬 분석’을 통해 검증하였다. 무엇보다 기존 연구와 구별되는 점은. 첫째, 기존의 경마제도를 인정하면서 통상적인 산업연관표에 의지하여 경마산업의 일반적인 경제적 파급효과만을 분석하는 것과는 달리 경제적 효율성을 가장 높일 수 있는 제도의 전환을 제시하였다. 둘째, 경마의 사행성과 이로 인한 사회적 비용발생의 문제점을 파악하고 이를 방지하기 위한 대안을 제시하였다. 셋째, 실지로 제도전환으로 영향을 받는 산업군을 중심으로 산업연관표를 재구성하고, 이로 인한 생산유발효과, 부가가치유발효과, 취업유발효과 등 경제적 파급효과를 분석하였다. 넷째, 이러한 분석 결과 제도전환은 지역의 고용 및 연관 산업에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한국경마가 수익의 상당부분을 지방재정에 기여함을 부인할 수 없는 사실이다. 그러나 더 나아가 국영기업으로서 국민경제에 이바지 할 수 있는 방법의 모색은 한국경마와 마사회의 존재가치를 높이는 상당한 의미로 평가받을 수 있을 것이다. This study using Leontief inverse matrix tried to see whether system revision to Open Racing Horse Ownership and Outing Horse Barn System in Korea horse racing industry can make an economic spillover on employment and linkage industries. This study is distinctive from precedent studies in some respects, First, differ from other studies dealing with general economic effects using input-output table on the basis of existing horse racing system, this study estimate induced coefficient and figure of production, valued-added and employment as linkage effect from revised system. Second, for this, researcher rearrange input-output table to fit horse industry. Third, this study also detect side effect of speculation on horse racing and suggests alternative way to prevent. Our result showed that the system revision created a lot of jobs and spillover effects on national economy in Korea. The key contribution of this paper is to suggest the way Korea racing industry contribute not only local finance but national economy as revision existing system to Open Racing Horse Ownership and Outing Horse Barn System.
