        Understanding the Customer Activity in Omni-channel Commerce: An Exploratory Analysis

        With the proliferation of mobile internet and social media, the simultaneous use of online and offline channels by customers is facilitating the emergence of new shopping behaviors. Omni-channel retailing has been given a considerable attention in recent literature. Although lots of research was devoted to understanding consumers' omni-channel adoption, few studies have discussed the customer's online behaviors and offline behaviors simultaneously in an omni-channel context. By applying activity theory(AT) perspective, this study aims to create insight into omni-channel customers’ service on customers’ behavior in online/offline context. Activity theory has emerged as a new philosophical framework for conceptualizing human activities. Since AT paradigm provides useful supplement to human information processing, AT could provide guide to understand consumer's activity. Drawing upon AT, this study adopts AT to compare consumer activity in online and offline context and to apply it to practical research. From online customer’s point of view, contradictions between object to save costs and rules related to concern about delivery costs can be generated in the process of making a decision about where they will purchase. Meanwhile, from offline customer’s perspective, contradictions between object to save efforts and rules related to less variety can be generated in the process of shopping offline.

        인정투쟁이론시각에서 본 SNS 사용자의 과의존 행동 결정요인 연구

        As the usage of SNS has considered as a normal modern behavior, there are downfalls alike behavioral addictions which related to excessive and compulsive behavior in SNS usage. In line with this situation, this study tends to examine the relationships among propensity for conspicuous consumption on SNS, conspicuous consumption on SNS and SNS overdependence. In this study, we attempted to undermine the determinants of users' overdependence toward SNS from the nature of human, we have also considered both propensity for conspicuous consumption on SNS and conspicuous consumption on SNS as major determinants. We developed the model with three research hypotheses and test it by using partial least squares approach after collecting 430 data from SNS users. According to our results, this study found that the propensity for conspicuous consumption on SNS affected both conspicuous consumption on SNS and SNS overdependence. We also found that the relationship between conspicuous consumption on SNS and SNS overdependence was positively significant. Based upon the empirical findings, this study has theoretical implications on explaining overdependence to SNS from the human nature. We also have practical implications for preparing some precaution policies to decrease overdependence on SNS.

        We are threatened by arousing unbounded desires in modem society. And we attached importance to the analysis and disintegration of all things in the last 20th. On the contrary, Toegye’'s view of the world emphasizes the attitude of the synthetic thought of the universe. The important problem for us to solve is to read the existing myself. Only the inner spirit can overcome the external conditions. We strongly need the essential self-reflection of the remedy for the global. crisis of modem civilization. As the balance among the social factors is maintained, the moral life in conformity with natural laws produces satisfactory results. And in spite of several kinds of internal limits of Toegye’'s thought, It suggests the important points in exploring the existent values of civilizaton in the 21st.

        SNS 피로증후군의 선행요인에 관한 연구: 베블런의 유한계급론 관점

        In hyper-connected communication environment, users of social networking services (SNSs) often consume highly conspicuous SNSs in order to advertise their SNSs, thereby achieving greater social status. SNSs users have a willingness to pay a higher time and effort for making social relationships and then engage in conspicuous consumption of SNSs by overpaying for conspicuous social relationships. These overpayment for conspicuous consumption of SNSs may cause SNSs fatigue. As SNSs have rapidly grown, there has been little attempts to examine why individuals continue to overuse SNSs even though they have felt regret on using it. Using Veblen’s conspicuous consumption theory as the overarching theory, this study regards both conspicuous consumption tendency and competitiveness as antecedents of conspicuous SNSs consumption. This study also regards conspicuous SNSs consumption as an determinant SNSs fatigue. The data used in this study were collected from 342 individuals through online surveys. The results show that conspicuous consumption tendency has significant impacts on conspicuous SNSs consumption. Competitiveness also significantly influenced conspicuous SNSs consumption. Then, conspicuous SNSs consumption was a significant predictor of SNSs fatigue. The contribution for research is that it develops and tests a integrative model of understanding conspicuous SNSs use by employing Veblen’s conspicuous consumption theory.

      • 한글 워드프로세싱 시스템의 표준화 설계

        본 논문은 지금까지 연구되고 실용화되고 있는 한글 워드 프로세싱 시스템의 설계 이론과 이용 방법을 집대성하여, 분산 처리 시스템 하에서 단말기로 이용되는 마이크로 컴퓨터를 효율적으로 이용할 수 있도록 한글 워드 프로세싱 시스템의 표준화 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 Text Editor와 Formatter를 원칙적으로 구분 설계하되 소량의 문서처리에도 적합하도록 Edit 기능에 Formater 기능을 추가시키고, 특히 기종 별로 다양하게 사용하고 있는 Function Key의 종류와 역할을 분석, 표준 Function을 정의하고 이를 기종에 관련없이 사용할 수 있도록 Menu Driven 방식을 채택하였으며, 마이크로 컴퓨터의 처리 능력의 향상에 따른 대량 문서 처리를 위한 Formatter 기능을 정의하고 설계하고자 하였다.

        소셜커머스의 유희성 및 보완성이 지속적 사용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        As social commerce has rapidly grown, a number of studies have been conducted to investigate into an individual’s intention to use social commerce. Considering the benefits related to the social commerce, there still remain opportunities for identifying some key variables that may help explain the continuous usage intention in social commerce. In particular, there has been little empirical work in this area to understand why people continuously use the social commerce. In this study, drawing on the main variables such as hedonic need fulfillment of social commerce and complementarities of social commerce, we develop and test a model of an individual's continuous usage intention in social commerce. Our model posits that both hedonic need fulfillment and complementarities of social commerce affect continuous intention by mediating both expected confirmation and satisfaction. Survey data collected from social commerce consumers were used to test the model by using PLS (partial least squares) analysis. According to our results, hedonic need fulfillment and complementarities of social commerce affected both expected confirmation and satisfaction, respectively. We also found that expected confirmation has a positive effect on satisfaction, which leads to the individuals’’ continuous usage intention. Based on our empirical findings, the implications for both research and practice are discussed.

        IT아웃소싱에서 고객기업의 서비스기업에 대한 의존성과 전환비용에 관한 연구

        A strategic decision to discontinue an existing IT outsourcing contract could incur substantial switching costs whenterminating the relationship with an IT service vendor and securing an alternative. The purpose of this research is toinvestigate the impact of a client's dependence on a vendor, uncertainty, and a client's vendor management capability on IToutsourcing switching costs in IT outsourcing context. A total of 210 data collected from field survey were analyzed forthis study. The results indicate that both a client's dependence on a vendor and uncertainty positively influence IToutsourcing switching costs, but a client's vendor management capability negatively influences IT outsourcing switching costs. And the results indicate that a client's vendor management capability has moderating effect on the relationship between aclient's dependence on a vendor and IT outsourcing switching costs.
