This study is to learn whether Reality Therapy couple therapy enhances the marital satisfaction of domestic violent couple. The Study subject is a couple for counseling via court. They received a total of 9 therapy sessions, which last 90minutes. Used Measuring tools are both pre-test and post-test of measuring marital satisfaction for a couple, pretest of Basic need & MBTI and qualitative analysis for the progress of therapy sessions. The results are that Reality Therapy couple therapy can enhance the marital satisfaction of domestic violent couple.

어머니의 자아분화가 불안과 자녀와의 관계 및 유아의 적응행동에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effects of mothers’ anxiety and their relationships with their children by associating the mothers’ self-differentiation with their children’s adaptive behaviors. The data was gathered from 389 mothers with 3-5-year-old children from eight different childcare centers and kindergartens. Models were analyzed by an analysis of correlation matrix in the AMOS 18.0 software package. The results of this study were as follows; first, mothers self-differentiation including emotional fusion, emotional reaction, emotional hypersensitivity, and emotional cutoff had direct effects on their anxiety, i.e., the higher the levels of emotional fusion, emotional reaction, emotional hypersensitivity, and emotional cutoff in mothers, the more anxious they were. Second, mothers self-differentiation had a direct impact on their positive relationships with their children, i.e., higher the levels of emotional fusion, emotional reaction, emotional hypersensitivity, and emotional cutoff in mothers, the less likely they were to have positive relationships with their children. Third, mothers anxiety had direct effects on positive relationships with their children, i.e., mothers with higher levels of anxiety were less likely to have positive relationships with their children. Fourth, mothers positive relationships with their children had a direct influence on their children s adaptive behavior. Finally, the findings of this research support that the mediating effects on mothers’ anxiety and their relationships with their children due to mothers self-differentiation are associated with their children s adaptive behavior.

부모의 양육태도와 청소년의 스마트폰 과의존의 관계: 그릿과 우울의 매개효과

본 연구는 부모의 긍정적, 부정적 양육태도가 청소년의 스마트폰 과의존에 미치는 영향에서 그릿과 우울의 매개효과를 구조적 관계로 검증하여 청소년의 스마트폰 과의존을 낮출 수 있는 방안을 탐색하고, 교육 및 상담현장에 활용할 수 있는 기초자료를 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 한국아동청소년정책연구원에서 구축한 아동·청소년패널조사 2018(Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey: KCYPS 2018)의 2차년도(2019) 데이터 중학교 2학년 2,404명이다. 자료는 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 구조방정식 모형(Structural Equation Modeling)으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 부모의 양육태도(긍정적/부정적)는 청소년의 그릿과 우울, 스마트폰 과의존에 직접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 그릿이 높을수록 우울과 스마트폰 과의존이 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 부모의 양육태도(긍정적/부정적)가 스마트폰 과의존에 미치는 영향에 그릿과 우울은 부분 매개효과를 보여주었다. 본 연구는 부모의 긍정적 양육태도, 부정적 양육태도와 청소년의 스마트폰 과의존의 관계를 규명하고, 양육태도가 스마트폰 과의존에 미치는 영향에서 청소년의 심리변인인 그릿과 우울의 매개효과를 확인하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship between grit and depression in the effects of parental positive and negative parenting attitudes on adolescents’ smartphone overdependence, explore ways to reduce adolescents’ smartphone overdependence, and present basic data that can be used in education and counseling. The subjects of this study were 2,404 middle school second graders sampled from the second year (2019) data of the Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey 2018 (KCYPS 2018) which was established by the Korea Institute for Children and Youth Policy. The data were analyzed by using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 21.0 programs. First, the parenting attitude(positive/negative) of parents had a direct effect on the adolescents’ grit, depression and smartphone overdependence. Second, the higher grit is, the lower depression and smartphone overdependence are. Third, the effect of parents’ parenting attitude (positive/negative) on smartphone overdependence was partially mediated by grit and depression. This study is meaningful in that it examined the relationship between parents’ positive and negative parenting attitudes and adolescents’ smartphone overdependence, and confirmed the mediating effect of adolescents’ psychosocial variables, grit and depression in the influence of parenting attitudes on smartphone overdependence.

Today's environment of enterprise is changing. They have to face customers' demands with the right product, the right service and supply them at the right time. And also cut down logistics and inventory cost and bring up the profit as much as they can. This means the change of petting enterprise first in importance to putting customer first in importance. therefore to correspond to customer's demand, shorting lead time is becoming a essential condition. The answer to this changes of environment is supply chain management. In this study, we use Goldratt's drum-buffer-rope scheduling in between manufacturer and supplier. And when shortage of inventory occur, search for the supply chain's CCR. Pressing CCR leer more production, and supply inventory from logistic center to guide for inventory buffing. using logistic warehouse between manufacturer and supplier, can execute function of buffer.

This paper reviewed the father's influence on his children's social ability. Traditional fathers were firm and demanding, authoritarian, and possessed the bulk of the power in their families. Recently, father's role on his family has been changed in that more fathers get involved in their children's bringing up. Fathers' instrumental role has negative effects on the emotional lives of fathers and their children, while when fathers show more affective and acceptive in fathering, their children develop highly in their social and intellectual ability. In order to increase paternal involvement, social supports is needed such as more flexible work schedule.
