In this study, for the establishment of the performance evaluation methods of repair material and method for reinforced concrete structure and the quality control standards of durability recovery method, the quantitative exposure data by exposure experiment under the coastal and normal atmosphere environment is accumulated and analyzed. Investigating and evaluating the result of exposure experiment during 30 months of exposure age under the coastal and normal atmosphere environment, carbonation depth and chloride-ion penetration depth very little penetrated than cover depth. It seems reasonable to conclude that main cause of corrosion of reinforcing bar are inner chloride-ion and macro cell from the result of corrosion area and corrosion velocity. Accordingly, it is considered that fundamental data on the performance evaluation and quality control standards of repair material and method could be presented thorough continuous exposure test in the future.
콘크리트의 수축균열에 미치는 판상-링형 구속시험방법의 시험체 치수영향 검토

In this study, to present the fundamental data for quantitative evaluation of shrinkage crack, effects of specimen size of plat-ring type restrained test were examined. To examine suitable size of specimen of plat-ring type restrained test method, restrained shrinkage crack properties such as restrained drying shrinkage stress, crack area and crack point were investigated. As conditions of specimen size, inside ring diameter of specimen were l00㎜, l50㎜ and 200㎜, and outside ring diameter of specimen in 400㎜, 600㎜ and 800㎜. These conditions were investigated by real experiment and by numerical analysis of 3D solid element using the MIDAS program. As a result, it was concluded that, as suitable specimen size for plat-ring type restrained test, inside ring diameter was more than 150㎜ and outside ring diameter was 400㎜ in this experimental conditions. Hereafter, it is considered that the study concerning environmental condition and mixing factor in plat-ring type restrained test method are need.
연료성상에 따른 디젤엔진의 질소산화물 및 스모크 배출특성에 관한 연구

The main objective of this research is to develop a system which will provide a more efficient fuel saving measure for the current marine products industry situation caused by the increased cost of oil. For that function, the developed system has been verified using the medium of blending oil known as the MF 30 class. As a result, MF 30 was confirmed meeting the International Standard for NOx emissions and content of Sulfur. Oil composition and soot level analysis showed that it is acceptable to use MF 30 class in condition of proper engine running operation and pre-refinery treatment.
잔골재 종류 및 섬유혼입에 따른 콘크리트의 초기수축특성 평가에 관한 실험적 연구

Recently the amount of crushed sand and recycled fine aggregate have been increasing due to difficulty of supplying natural fine aggregate, but the concrete used crushed sand and recycled fine aggregate has the problem which is increasing of the crack because of plastic shrinkage and drying shrinkage. To solve this problem, the study is proceeded actively for purpose of reducing crack by fiber reinforcement which has been developed diversity about early shrinkage property of concrete, but in case of existing study, it is insufficiency to apply to construction site due to unsatisfactory of quantitative estimation about early shrinkage property. Therefore, this study presents a foundational data of fiber reinforced concrete according to sort of fine aggregate for reducing shrinkage crack by comparing and examination experimentally about early shrinkage property of fiber reinforced concrete based on kind of fine aggregates.
