The environmental management corporation regularly performs technical diagnosis at live-year intervals according to the sewerage act of korea. However this is based on a simple technique and does not contribute to the improvement of the processes of public sewage treatment plant. This study was intended to public sewage treatment plants to analyze and supplement the existing technical diagnosis technique in order to derive improvement factors for each process and thereby contribute to the improvement of the efficiency of the entire process. In the aeration tank sector, the problems of dead spaces and high DO in the tank had to be solved by improving the process. In addition, considering the actual media of microorganisms attached to the operating SRT is sufficient to achieve the nitrification process, somewhat longer reduces the phosphorus removal process. So needs to be improved, such as sludge return control and SRT reduction operating. Effluent quality was analyzed and COD fraction was tested to identify any necessary additional process to be introduced. The test revealed a high colloidal COD. Test results showed that the introduction of the filtering process would add remove. According to the GPS-X modeling, the simulation revealed that the internal recycling of 1.49Q and sludge return of 0.47Q were the optimal operating parameters.

본 연구의 목적은 현 정부 국정과제로 추진 중인 ‘능력중심사회 구현’ 관련 정책 성과를 분석하고 개선방향을 도출하기 위해 실제 정책 적용 대상인 청년층을 중심으로 능력중심사회에 대한 인식을 조사하였다. 이를 위해 대학생(2년제, 4년제), 취업준비생, 재직자 등 정책 대상별로 층화하여 설문을 실시했으며, 능력중심사회 인지도 및 체감도, 능력중심사회 구현 필요성 및 정책과제 등을 도출하였다. 주요 분석결과, 능력중심사회에 대한 의미를 이해하고 있는 청년은 35.8%이며, 능력중심사회로 전환될 필요성에 긍정적인 답변은 65.3% 이나 실제 우리사회가 능력중심사회로 변화하고 있는가에 대한 긍정적 답변은 29.4%에 불과하였다. 향후 능력중심사회 실현을 위해 청년들의 니즈에 부합한 정책 개발 및 보급에 노력하고, 정책의 적극적인 홍보가 요구된다. 진정한 능력중심사회 구현을 위해서는 정책적 노력뿐만 아니라 정치・사회・경제 모든 당사자들의 노력 및 인식 전환이 필요하며, 이를 통해 새로운 사회적 패러다임 전환이 요구되는 시점이다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the performance of policies related to implementation of a capacity-oriented society under the current government s national agenda and to investigate the awareness of the ability-based society among young people who are actually subject to the policy application in order to derive improvement directions. To this end, the survey was conducted in layers of policies, such as college students (2-year, four-year), job seekers, and employees, and the recognition and sensitivity of a capacity-oriented society, the need to implement a capacity-oriented society, and policy tasks were drawn. As a result of the main analysis, 35.8% of the young people understood the meaning of the Competency Review Board, 65.3% answered the need to be converted into a capacity-based society, but only 29.4% answered the question of whether our society is actually changing into a capability-based society. In order to realize a future competency-oriented society, efforts are made to develop and distribute policies that meet the needs of young people, and active promotion of policies is required. In order to realize a truly capacity-oriented society, it is necessary not only to make policy efforts but also to change the efforts and perceptions of all parties to politics, society and economy, and this is the time when a new social paradigm.
다이알데히드 셀룰로오스 나노크리스탈에 의해 가교된 Alkylated Graphene Oxides/Poly(vinyl alcohol) 복합필름의 배리어 특성

Poly(vinyl alcohol)(PVA)는 강한 분자간력으로 인해 기체 차단성이 우수하여 기체 차단 필름으로 널리 사용되고 있지만, 분자 내 고유의 친수성기로 인해 수분 차단성이 낮다는 한계가 있다. 본 연구에서는 수분 차단성을 높이기 위해 소수성 첨가제인 alkylated graphene oxide(AGO)와 친환경 가교제인 dialdehyde cellulose nanocrystal(DCNC)를 도입하여 수분 차단성이 보완된 배리어 필름을 제조하였다. 사용된 DCNC는 cellulose nanocrystal의 부분 산화를 통해 제조되었으며, 적외선 분광분석 및 X선 회절분석을 통해 다이알데히드기의 존재가 확인되었다. 열중량분석을 통해 PVA/AGO/DCNC 복합 필름의 열안정성을 측정한 결과, PVA의 수산기와 DCNC의 알데히드기간의 가교 결합을 통해 생성된 에테르 결합으로 인해 열안정성이 증가하였음을 확인하였다. Poly(ethylene terephthalate) 기재 필름 위에 코팅 후 가교된 복합 배리어 필름의 경우 550 nm에서 87.9%의 광투과도를 나타내었으며, PVA 수용액을 단독 코팅한 배리어 필름에 비해 산소 투과도는 90%, 수분 투과도는 15% 감소하였음을 확인하였다. Poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) has an excellent gas barrier property but its moisture barrier property is poor due to its own abundant hydroxyl groups. In this study, alkylated graphene oxide (AGO) as a hydrophobic filler and dialdehyde cellulose nanocrystal (DCNC) as a crosslinking agent, were incorporated to improve the moisture barrier property of PVA composite barrier films. DCNC was prepared through partial oxidation of cellulose nanocrystals and the presence of its dialdehyde groups was confirmed through FTIR spectroscopy and XRD analysis. The crosslinking linkage between the hydroxyl group of PVA and the aldehyde group of DCNC was confirmed through FTIR spectroscopy. The increase in thermal stability due to ether bonding was observed with TGA. The dispersion stability of the PVA/AGO/DCNC solution was also checked from the Turbiscan analysis before coating on the poly(ethylene terephthalate) substrate film. The composite barrier film decreased oxygen transmission rate by 90% and water vapor transmission rate by 15% compared to PVA barrier film.
