        지역공동체의 진화에 따른 이해관계자 간 역할변화 분석

        This thesis starts with the needs of empirical research concerning evolutionary perspective about local communities. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to analyze changing roles among stakeholder with the evolution of local communities, which might be identified through conflict and cooperation amongst them. It divided the evolution process of local communities into four stages such as embryonic stage, formative stage, development stage and embedment stage, and it methodologically used the case study including three local communities. Analysis of the empirical study reveals significant findings: firstly, the relationships among stakeholders of local communities depended on early path, for instance, the initiative group in the embryonic stage lasted to embedment stage. Secondly, the cooperative relations among the communities became gradually stable over time, but the increasing stability also became the cause of path dependency on the activities and the relationships among stakeholders in local communities.

        지역 테크노파크 기업지원서비스의 수요 충족성에 대한 탐색적 연구

        The purpose of this research is to identify the demand satisfaction of local firms with relation to the enterprise support services of local Technology Parks. It tries to explore the demand of local firms in terms of the enterprise support services rather than the function of enterprise support. The empirical fieldwork was completed in Daegu and Gyeongbuk Technology Parks. The methodology of this research was mainly qualitative interview with staff of the two Technology Parks, academics and firms managers, and comparative method between tenant firms and non-tenant firms of Technology Parks. Analysis of the empirical study reveals significant findings: generally local firms including tenants and non-tenants are satisfied with the enterprise support services of local Technology Parks. In particular, local firms took positive views: making informal network, intermediary’s role and active interest in supporting firms of Technology Parks. However, local firms took negative views: messy paperwork to apply project, piecemeal support, discrimination between tenants and non-tenant firms.

        인지처리특성이 유사한 성향의 반편성이 고등학생들의 또래관계적응, 학교생활만족도, 학업성적에 미치는 영향

        Currently, Schools have been making several efforts to reducing school violence, be a good school to student. As part of these purposes, in this study, want to investigate impacts of the class configuration in the relationships and the academic achievement. For this, conducted the APL personality test to 403 students in Y high school in G location. The class configurations are made by students with 9 the same type personality and 1 the different type personality. After 8 months, assessed again the high school student`s relationships and the academic strategy. The research result, in same type personality group showed significant improvement on the relationships and the academic strategy. But, The academic achievement level showed significant rise on Some subjects.

        한국행정의 주민참여 정책과정 연구

        이 연구는 한국 행정현장에서 관찰되는 주민참여의 정도와 내용을 살펴보기 위한 경험적 연구로서, 179개(중앙부처 38개, 광역자치단체 13개, 기초자치단체 128개) 행정기관에서 수집한 631개의 주민참여 정책사례를 분석하였다. 분석결과 다음과 같은 세 가지 사실이 관찰되었다. 첫째, 3개 수준의 행정기관 모두에게서 주민참여에 대한 공무원의 인식과 실제 주민참여 수준 사이에 차이가 존재하였다. 둘째, 이들 3개 수준에서 관찰되는 주민참여의 수준이 모두 다르다는 사실이다. 셋째, 주민참여의 내용은 중앙부처와 지자체 사이에서는 다르지만, 지자체와 지자체 사이에선 매우 유사한 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 이러한 관찰을 토대로 다음과 같은 세 가지 정책적 시사점을 제안한다. 첫째, 전통적인 관료제적 관점에서 주민참여를 비효율의 근원으로 보는 공무원의 인식을 지속적으로 개선해 나감으로써 행정의 효과성을 높일 수 있도록 해야 한다. 둘째, 각급 행정기관은 기관 고유의 정체성 뿐만 아닐 정책대상집단과 정책환경의 특성을 종합적으로 고려하여 주민참여 정책을 설계할 필요가 있다. 마지막으로, 참여의 유형화 방식은 여러 가지가 있지만 그 가운데 주로 내용에 따라 유형화하는 방식이 공무원들에게는 가장 유용한 방식인 것으로 판단된다. This research is an empirical study aimed at shedding light on the degree and contents of public participation currently in South Korea. In total, 631 cases of public participation are analyzed from 179 public institutions (38 central governments, 13 upper-level local governments, and 128 lower-level local governments). Empirical analysis of the cases reveals significant findings: Firstly, gaps between officers’ cognition and the actual participation of citizens are commonly found in all three types of institution. Secondly, there are differences in the degree of public participation amongst the various institutions. Lastly, there are differences in the contents of citizen participation between central and local governments, but more similarities when the analysis is limited to local government institutions. Some policy implications can be drawn out from the findings. Firstly, there is a need for continuous efforts to change the cognition of public officials in regard to citizen participation: from a bureaucratic to a citizen oriented outlook. Secondly, each institution should design its participation policy to reflect not only its own identify but also the characteristics of target citizens and the policy environment. Thirdly, categorizing citizen participation primarily according to contents (i.e., the type of contributions to the public sector) may be useful to public officials.
