In a study on the serologic and histopathologic changes of the chronic hepatitis (5 cases of chronic active hepatitis, 1 case of chronic persistent hepatitis & 1 case of alcoholic hepatitis), results were made from the comparisons of the liver function test, serologic markers, histopathological findings of seven patients of chronic hepatitis who admitted into Ewha Womans University hospital during the period of February, 1988 and August, 1989. The results were as follows; 1) In the chronic active, chronic persistent and alcoholic hepatitis, all results from the chemical liver function tests, AST, ALT, ALD, r-GT were increased than normal value. 2) As to the findings of serologic markers tests, both findings of CAH and CPH were positive HBsAg and negative Anti-HBs. 3) As to the findings of histopathological tests, findings of CAH were mild to severe periportal fibrosis and periportal chronic inflammation. Piecemeal necrosis and Councilman bodies were also found. But, in the findings of the CPH, fibrosis and inflammation were mild, and piecemeal necrosis was not found. In the findings of alcoholic hepatitis, periportal fibrosis and inflammation were mild, and fatty change, bile stasis and Mallory bodies were found.
아들러의 ‘논리적 결과’를 활용한 학급운영이 초등학생의 문제행동개선에 미치는 효과

This study intends to confirm if it is effective in improving the problem behaviors by applying "Logical Consequence" suggested by Adler to the class management. The researcher who is in charge of the 4th grade class of elementary school in G city applied Adlerian logical consequence to her children, observed and examined the effectiveness of reducing the problem behaviors by the qualitative study method of in-depth interview from March to October. The problem behaviors treated in this study includes irrelevant remarks and gossip in school time, no preparation for taking lessons in time, no preparation of a textbook and a supply, no involvement in doing homework, scribbling and poor handwriting on a textbook, teasing a friend (abusive language, joking, violence), indoor running, no involvement in doing a task, being late and no arrangement of indoor shoes. In conclusion, this study indicated that the use of Logical Consequence was relatively effective in improving the problem behaviors and more effective in individual behaviors rather than group's behaviors. While the problem behaviors conducted in a class in the daily routine were effective at the point of the occurred problems, the problem behaviors occurred at the point of time related to a home or the finish of daily routine were ineffective.
시뮬레이션기반 한국전문소생술 교육이 신규 간호사의 응급상황관리 지식, 임상수행능력, 수행 자신감 및 학습만족도에 미치는 효과

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of simulation-based Korea advanced life support training on new nurses' knowledge, clinical performance ability, performer confidence, and learning satisfaction. Methods: This is a non-equivalent controlled pre-post quasi-experimental study. A simulation-based CPR training program was applied to 37 new nurses. Results: The experimental group scored lower on emergency management knowledge (83.65±7.61) than the control group (84.55±9.22), which was not significant (t=-4.46, p=.657). However, the clinical performance ability score was significantly higher in the experimental group (109.59±9.98) than in the control group (100.24±11.87) (t=3.581, p <.001). Performer confidence was significantly higher in the experimental group (23.43±3.29) than in the control group (19.90±3.85) (t=3.69, p〈.001). In addition, the learning satisfaction score of the experimental group (96.16±5.64) was significantly higher than the control group (88.42±11.13) (t=3.72, p< .001). Conclusion: This study confirmed that simulation training is an efficient way to improve new nurses' clinical performance ability, and performer confidence. Therefore, applying simulation training in scenarios can improve new nurses' work competence and contribute to improving the quality of patient care.
