A fluidized bed reactor made of quartz with 0.055m I.D. and 1.0m in height was employed for the thermocatalytic decomposition of propane to produce CO₂-free hydrogen. The fluidized bed was proposed for the continuous withdraw of product carbons from the reactor The propane decomposition rate used carbon black DCC-N330, Hi-900L as a catalyst. The propane decomposition reaction was carried out at the temperature range of 600-800?C, propane gas velocity of 1.0U_{mf} and the operating pressure of 1.0 atm. Effect of operating parameters such as reaction temperature on the reaction rates was investigated. Resulting production in our experiment were not only hydrogen but also several by products such as methane, ethylene, ethane, and propylene.

Since the global financial crisis, funding for startups or ventures has been diminished seriously. In this situation, crowd-funding has attracted worldwide attention as a viable means to financing startups/ventures. After reviewing existing laws in other countries, this study investigated the current status of crowd-funding legalization in Korea and surveyed requirements from three groups of participants to crowd-funding. Investors already recognized the high risk of crowd-funding into startups and asked for the protection of their investment. But, their priorities were on the enlargement of tax benefits and the establishment of a trading market for selling their equity. In addition, investors wanted to shorten the compulsory holding period. Issuers as fund raisers hoped fast legalization, convenient process of crowd-funding, and expansion of government support. Crowd-funding platform operators requested policies for establishing paths to become new growth companies from startups, tax benefits, and the setup of separate fund for startups. Currently, the National Assembly in Korea is holding the discussion on the submitted law. For desirable outcomes to all participants, it would be better to proceed in the following sequence. First, legalize the crowd-funding with clauses protecting investors; Second, encourage investment through tax benefits; Third, develop communities among participants for reducing information asymmetry; And fourth, establish diverse trading markets for selling equities of startups.

글로벌 금융위기로 인하여 신생·벤처기업 등에 민간부분의 자금이 크게 위축되고 있는 상황에서 국가경제 전체의 중장기적 관점에서 볼 때 신생·벤처기업등의 생태계의 부실은 곧 미래 성장 동력과 일자리 창출의 부실화를 초래하고 있다. 이런 상황에서 신생·벤처기업의 자금조달의 수단으로 크라우드펀딩이 전 세계적으로 관심을 받고 있으며 2012년 4월 오바마 미국대통령은 신생기업의 창업 및 초기단계에서의 자금조달을 돕기 위하여“창업지원법(Jumpstart Our Bunsiness Startup Act : JOBS Act)”을 공포하였는데, 이 창업지원법의 주요내용 중에 크라우드 펀딩(Crowdfunding)의 허용이 들어 있다. 우리나라 또한 2012년 5월 “기업투자 활성화 방안“에서 투자방식 크라우드 펀딩의 도입이 포함되었으며 이는 현재 박근혜정부에서 창조경제를 추진하기 위한 자금조달의 한 방법으로 제시되고 있다. 이에 해외 입법 현황과 미국의 JOBS법의 세부 내용을 분석하여 국내 크라우드펀딩(Crowdfunding)의 법제화의 진행과정에서 시장의 자율적인 방향으로의 입법적 제언을 통하여 신생·벤처기업의 자금조달의 활성화와 성장동력을 확보하기 위한 방향을 모색하고자 한다. 이를 통해 많은 일자리가 창출될 수 있도록 크라우드펀딩(Crowdfunding)의 발전 방향과 투자자 보호를 위한 입법이 필요하며 신생·벤처기업이 성장할 수 있는 방향으로 추진되어야 한다.

Effect of operating parameters such as reaction temperature, gas velocity on the reaction rates was investigated. The carbon which was by-product of methane decomposition reaction was deposited on the catalyst surface that was observed by SEM. Resulting production in our experiment were not only hydrogen but also several by products such as methane, ethylene, ethane, and propylene.

The fluidized bed was proposed for the continuous withdraw of product carbons from the reactor. The methane decomposition rate with the carbon black N330 catalyst was quickly reached a quasi-steady state rate and remained for several hour. The methane decomposition reaction was carried out at the temperature range of 850-925?C, methane gas velocity of 1.0U_{mf};3.0U_{mf} and the operating pressure of 1.0 atm. Effect of operating parameters such as reaction temperature, gas velocity on the reaction rates was investigated. The produced carbon by the methane decomposition was deposited on the surfaces of carbon catalysts and the morphology was observed by SEM image.

Steam reforming of methane using Xe-arc solar simulator was studied for converting solar radiation into energy foam that one can readily utilize. The Xe-arc lamp produce a spectrum similar to that of the sun. SiC ceramic foam, resist high temp.(>900?C), is used to catalytically active foam absorber, and to support of reforming catalyst. The catalyst on the surface of foam were directly irradiated with solar simulated xe-light in order to carry out the steam reforming of methane. The reactor was made of stainless steel and quartz window was located on a place of the xe-light irradiation and temperature was controlled using K-type thermocouple in contact with catalyst located inside the reactor. The result show that a possibility of solar reforming using catalytically active foam absorber is exist.
