This study aims to numerically analyze the internal flow characteristics according to the impeller rotation speed of the bioreactor. The rotational speed of the impeller is an important parameter to enhance the cell culture performance of the bioreactor, which is significantly affected by the internal flow and dissolved oxygen. The commercial code ANSYS Fluent (2020 R2) is used to investigate the flow characteristics of the bioreactor with the standard k-ε model. The multiple reference frame(MRF) model is adopted to simulate the rotation of the impeller, and the Eulerian-Eulerian model is applied to consider the mixture of water and air. From the numerical results, a high velocity region appears at the periphery of the impeller with a maximum speed of 0.5 m/s at the end of the impeller. The liquid mass transfer coefficient is the highest(2.4 m/h) at the tip of the impeller blade which means that the dissolved oxygen would be higher in this region. Moreover, the internal flow speed and the liquid mass transfer coefficient increase with the increase of the rotation speed of the impeller.

현행 대학수학능력시험 직업탐구영역 정보·컴퓨터 관련 교과들의 `탐구` 영역의 평가준거는 4개로 제시되어 있으며 구체성이 떨어져 `탐구` 영역에 적합한 문항 개발이 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 직업탐구영역의 정보·컴퓨터 관련 교과들의 `탐구` 영역에 대한 평가준거를 개발하고자 하였다. 국내외의 정보·컴퓨터 관련 교과들의 대학입시 문항과 대학의 정보·컴퓨터 관련 학과의 교육과정 이수를 위한 수행능력을 분석하여 평가준거를 설계하였고, 전문가 집단의 타당도를 이용해 수정하였다. `탐구` 영역의 평가 준거를 `분석`, `종합`, `평가` 영역으로 구분하였다. `분석` 영역에 적합한 평가준거는 3개, `종합` 영역은 6개, `평가` 영역은 2개로 선정하고, 이에 적합한 예시 평가 도구를 함께 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to develope evaluation criteria of `Inquiry` for subjects related to information and computer in vocational education section. To design evaluation criteria of `Inquiry`, this paper analyzed college entrance tests and performance capabilities of computing graduating. This paper investigated the validity of the contents as judged by a panel of experts. `Inquiry` was classified `Analysis`, `Synthesis` and `Evaluation`. This paper developed three evaluation criteria for `Analysis`, six evaluation criteria for `Synthesis` and two evaluation criteria for `Evaluation` with sample evaluation tool.

Cisplatin is commonly used as chemotherapy for solid tumors. Its most important side effect is nephrotoxicity, which typically produces a gradual decline in renal function. Acute tubular necrosis is the usual pathological finding, while other findings are rare. A 75-year-old man presented to the emergency department (ED) with diarrhea and hypoglycemia. He was on 5-fluorouracil (5-FU)/cisplatin chemotherapy after a radical total gastrectomy for gastric cancer. Ten days earlier, he had been discharged after the third cycle of chemotherapy with normal renal function. When he arrived in the ED, he had azotemia (creatinine = 9.2 mg/dL) necessitating emergency hemodialysis. His renal function did not recover despite hydration and conservative treatment. Since he could not receive further chemotherapy due to the renal failure, he died 4 months later due to cancer progression. A renal biopsy performed 3 months after the renal failure showed acute tubular necrosis and severe interstitial fibrosis with normal glomeruli suggesting tubulointerstitial nephritis.
