The present study was performed to improve the Environmental Impact Assessment system by comparing and analysing EIA systems for Residential Developments in the light of the business practice. For the improvement of EIA system, future strategies from each of three part ; the organ of approval(Construction&Transportation Dept.) for residential developments, the organ of consultation(Environment Dept.) for EIA and a developer(Korea Nation Housing Corp.), were analysed, and EIA systems and the processes of Residential developments were analysed. Results from the analysis of problems have provided a proposal for improvement of the Environmental Impact Assessment.

고삼추출물이 치은섬유아세포의 세포주기 조절단백질 발현에 미치는 영향

Fibroblasts are major cellular components of gingiva and periodontal ligament. They regulate the healing process after surgery or injury. Recently, many natural medicines, whose advantages are less side effects and possibility of long-term use, have been studied for their capacity, their anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory effects and regenerative potential of periodontal tissues. Sophorae radix have been traditionally used as an anti-bacterial and antiinflammatory drug in oriental medicine. The purpose of present study was to investigate the effects of Sophorae radix extract on cell cycle progression and its molecular mechanism in human gingival fibroblasts. Sophorae radix extracts($100{\mu}g/ml$) notably increased cell proliferation and cell activity in the human gingival fibroblasts as compared to non-supplemented controls. There was an increase in the S phase and a decrease in the G1 phase in $100{\mu}g/ml$ of Sophorae radix extracts group as compared to non-supplemented controls. The level of cyclin E and cdk 2 protein in test group was higher than that of control groups. But that of cyclin D, cdk 4, and cdk 6 was not distinguished from controls. The level of p53 protein in test group was lower than that of controls, whereas that of p21 was not different. The level of pRB protein in test group was higher than that of controls, whereas that of p16 was lower. These results indicate that the increase of cell proliferation by Sophorae radix extracts may be due to the increased expression of cyclin E and cdk 2, and the decreased expression of p53 and p16 in human gingival fibroblasts.

새로운 차음성능 측정방법인 표면인텐시티법을 이용하여 실제 건축물의 현장에서 각부위별 차음성능 평가하고. 이를 종래의 음압측정방법과 은향인텐시티법 및 이론계산에 의한 결과 치 와 비교 . 검토하였다. 표면인텐시티법에 의한 건물부위의 차음성능 측정결과치는 음향인 텐시티법 및 이론계산에 의한 결과치와 잘 일치하였으며, 표면 인텐시티법은 음향인텐시티 법과 더불어 종래의 음압측정방법에 비해 측정시 주위 암소음 및 flanking transmission의 영향을 적게 받는 것으로 나타났다. This study is to propose more reliable test method in evaluating the sound insulation performance of building element in fields. This method involves the measurements of the incident acoustic intensity and transmitted surface intensity. The incident intensity is determined from measurements of the space averaged sound pressure level in source room. The transmitted surface intensity is measured directly using one microphone and one accelerometer. The results of experiments indicate that this new method makes it possible to give more reliable data than the conventional field test method. The values of trans-mission loss measured by this new method are compared favorably with those obtained using the sound intensity method and theoretical calculation(mass law).

갑자기 마주친 응급상황에 대해 대부분의 사람들은 당황하게 되고, 신고 시 정확한 메시지 전달이 되지 않는 경우가 많다. 최근 일상화된 스마트 소프트웨어 환경에서 개인의 응급상황을 정확하고 구조화된 형태로 전송하여 최적의 서비스를 받을 수 있도록 하거나, 주위의 여타 응급상황에 실시간으로 대처할 수 있도록 하는 효율적인 응급 의료 서비스 시스템을 제공하는 것이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 효율적이고 구조화된 응급의료 서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 빠르고 정확한 XML-기반 메시지 전송 기술에 대한 표준 프로토콜을 설계하고, 이를 이용하여 효율적이고도 신속하고, 정확한 처리를 할 수 있는 환경을 제공한다. For suddenly encountered emergencies, most people embarrass, and can not often deliver the correct message when they report. Recently in the commonplace smart software environment, it is important that they can transmit the correct individual emergency situation efficiently and can receive the best service, and can provide the efficient emergency medical services to real-time around the other emergencies. In this paper, we design a standard protocol for the rapid and accurate technology for transmitting XML-based structured messages to provide an efficient emergency medical services, and offers a emergency medical services protocol to make them available more efficiently.
