The purpose of this study is to explore the experiences and challenges of public guardianship services project for the mental disabled as a system of supporting the decision-making and the rights advocacy. For this purpose, interviews with 11 social workers who act as public guardians were conducted and a model of practice was suggested through analysis using the grounded theory of Strauss and Corbin(1998). As a results, the possibility of rights advocacy through public guardian services for the mentally disabled, the positive change of attitude of the facilities and the establishment of direction for the restoration of rights for the mentally disabled were derived. Public guardians experienced excessive empowerment of their guardians or difficulties in the process of their duties, but were also able to defend the rights of the mental disabled and support self-determination right. Through this study, expansion of budgets and expansion of beneficiaries for public guardianship services, establishment of infrastructure for integration in the community, set-up a support organization for public guardian services and Raising awareness of the mental disabled and public guardian services were suggested.
사회 네트워크 분석을 이용한 중등 인성 교육의 세부요인에 관한 실증 연구

The advancements in scientific technology and information network in the 21st century allow us to easily acquire a desired knowledge. In the midst of today's informatization, globalization, and cultural diversification, adolescents experience emotional confusion while accommodating diverse cultures and information. This study aimed at examining three aspects of character suggested by the Ministry of Education, which are ethics, sociality, and emotion, and the actual sub-factors required for character education. To that end, a survey was conducted with adolescents who were at a character-building age, and social network analysis (SNA) was performed to determine the effect of character education on the sub-factors. The statistics program SPSS was used to investigate the general traits of the subjects and the validity of the research variables. The 2-mode data that were finally selected were converted to 2-mode data using NetMinder 4, which is a network analysis tool. Furthermore, a data network was established based on a quasi-network that represents the relationships between ethics, sociality, and emotion. The results of this study showed that the subjects considered honesty and justice to be the sub-domains of the ethics domain. In addition, they identified sympathy, communication, consideration for others, and cooperation as the sub-domains of the sociality domain. Finally, they believed that self-understanding and self-control were the sub-domains of the emotion domain.
SW산업 종사자들의 개인적 특성이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향 - 내재적 보상과 외재적 보상 조절효과 -

This study analyzed the personal characteristics of the SW industry workers and investigated how these individual characteristics affect the satisfaction of job satisfaction. In addition, we examined how satisfaction with these jobs varies according to satisfaction with internal control and external compensation. This study surveyed the employees of SW industry in Seoul and Daegu from September 15 to October 15, 2017. The results of this study are as follows. First, personal characteristics have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Second, extroversion, openness, friendliness and integrity have a significant effect on job satisfaction. This is consistent with the previous study (Park and Song, 2005), which suggests that people with extroversion are more likely to feel positive emotions such as joy. In addition, it is believed that open empathy has a tendency to share with others in work, and positive emotions in work have a significant influence because they show high achievement in work. A friendly person places great importance on a comfortable and harmonious relationship with others, so he builds and maintains good relationships with the members of the organization by trusting others in the organization. Third, nervousness showed no significant effect on job satisfaction. This is consistent with the previous study (Yoo, 1987) in which the more nervousness is, the more unpleasant emotions work and the more negative emotions and negative experiences occur. Fourth, personal characteristics have positive effects on job satisfaction in the moderating effects of intrinsic compensation and external compensation. There is a difference in job satisfaction due to intrinsic compensation and external compensation.

Resorgimento generally refers to the historical period from 1815 to 1871. The term “risorgimento” means the process of cultural, political and social innovation that characterizes the birth, development and achievement of the political unity of the Italian state. In the early 19th century, Italy was divided into several small countries, and the general public’s awareness of independence and unification was absent. Ugo Foscolo’s Ultime lettere di Jacopo Ortis, published in the final version in 1817, speaks of the birth of Italy, and the reason why Italy has been ruled by foreign powers for hundreds of years is understood as division and lack of national consciousness. Silvio Pellico, who was arrested by the Austrian police for suspicion of being a member of the Carboneria, published Le mie prigioni which tells the story of 10 years of imprisonment. This work speaks of the comfort of Christianity and the humanity of simple people in a painful situation.

본 연구는 모자가족의 아버지부재를 문제 삼고 아버지 역할을 강조하며 양부모와의 관계를 유지하는 것이 자녀의 복리라는 인식이 존재하는 맥락에서, 가해자와의 분리 과정 혹은 분리 이후에 가정폭력피해여성이 어떻게 가해자의 아버지 역할에 대해 인식하고, 어떠한 모순과 갈등을 경험하며, 어떻게 대처하고 협상하는가에 답하기 위한 것이다. 16명의 피해여 성들의 심층면접 자료를 분석한 결과, 가해자의 아버지 역할에 대한 피해여성들의 기대는 부계혈연을 중시하는 가족관계와 가족 내 성별 역할 규범, 그리고 정상가족 이상에 기반한 아버지 역할을 수용하며 구성되고 있었다. 그러나 자녀에게 ‘좋은 아버지’가 되어주기를 바라는 피해여성들의 기대는 가정폭력이 자녀에게 미치는 부정적 영향이 가시화되면서 좌절되고, 가해자가 수행하는 아버지노릇과 분리되지 않는 가정폭력의 맥락이 드러난다. 피해여성들은 자녀의 아버지와 가정폭력 가해자의 위치를 분리시킴으로써 부모로서 자녀에 대한 책임을 다하고, 아버지와의 관계에 대한 자녀의 자율성을 존중하면서, 폭력적 상황이 변화될 가능성을 남겨두고 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 가정폭력가해자의 아버지 역할에 관한 학술적 논의를 확장 하고, 가해자의 아버지노릇 수행에 관한 사회적 개입의 필요성을 제안하였다. 탈 폭력의 맥락에서 피해여성과 자녀의 안전을 보장하면서 부모노릇의 수행을 독려하고 그 의미에 질문하는 다양한 사회적 방안의 모색은 피해여성들에게는 자녀로 인해 가정폭력 상황에서의 탈출을 주저하지 않게 하고, 가해자에게는 자녀를 무기로 피해여성을 조종하려는 시도가 정당화될 수 없음을 깨닫게 하면서, 자녀의 안전과 복리를 도모할 수 있는 의미 있는 시도이다. Given prevalent ideas of co-parenting that imply that children should be able to maintain contact with a non-resident parent, usually the father, this study aims to examine how battered women perceive fathering by men who batter. In-depth interviews were conducted with sixteen battered women who have at least one child under 18 years of age at the time of abuse. Analyzing data using narrative inquiry, this study found that women’s expectations of fathering by men who batter are situated in the context of the ideology of the normal family that emphasizes the role of fathers as economic providers and masculine ideals within intact families. Yet the contradictory connection between a perpetrator of domestic violence and a caregiver for children created tensions, and these tensions became clearer as the negative influence of the batterers’ fathering on children emerged. By separating the perception of fathers as caregivers from perpetrators, battered women respect children’s opinions and feelings about their father and leave the possibility for batterers to be a good father. Implications and limitations of this study are discussed.
국제 전염성 질병에 대한 보건 협력 유형 연구: 에이즈, 사스, 에볼라, 코로나19를 중심으로

Emerging infectious diseases have been always a global concern in history. COVID-19 has completely changed our daily lives and increased the need for international health cooperation. This study aims to understand the aspect of international health cooperation, analyzing cases of infectious diseases including HIV/AIDS, SARS, Ebola, and COVID-19 that have occurred in recent years with a high mortality rate. HIV/AIDS and Ebora can be considered as successful cases of international health cooperation while SARS stays in the middle. COVID-19 is analyzed as a failure case. The success of international health cooperation might depend on the leading role of major powers, assistance based on humanitarian principles, and the attitude of countries with an epidemic. In this study, we also attempt to find a way to improve international health cooperation in the future.
코로나19로 인한 전면 원격 수업 시기의 대학 신입생의 자기효능감과 우울 및 분노가 학업지속의향에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 2020년 1학기 코로나19 유행 시기에 입학과 동시에 전면 비대면 수업으로 대학에서의학습을 시작한 대학 신입생 688명을 대상으로 자기효능감과 부정적 정서(우울, 분노)와 학업지속의향의구조적 관계를 고찰하였다. 2020년 6월과 7월에 실시한 설문조사를 회귀분석 방법을 적용하여 분석한결과 1)대학신입생의 자기효능감은 학업지속의향에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 자기효능감이 높은 학생은비대면 수업 상황에서도 학업지속의향을 나타낸다고 할 수 있다. 2) 분노는 학업지속의향에 직접적으로부정적인 영향을 준다. 우울은 학업지속의향에 직접적인 영향을 미치지는 않았으나 우울이 지속적일경우 분노에 영향을 미쳐서 학업지속의향을 낮추고 결과적으로 신입생의 학업중단 또는 중도이탈로이어질 가능성이 있다. 이번 연구는 향후 학업 중단으로 이어질 수 있는 자연재해 상황이나 심리적인위기 상황에서 대학생들의 중도이탈에 대한 대책을 세우고 학업 지속을 돕기 위한 정책 마련의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있다. In this study, 688 first year students from a four-year university in Daegu, all of whom had entered their schools during the COVID-19 pandemic in the first semester of 2020, studied the self-efficacy and the structural relationship of negative emotions (depression, anger), as well as learning persistence. According to an analysis of the survey conducted in June and July 2020, by applying the regression method we found that 1) the self-efficacy of first year students had a significant impact on their learning persistence. Students with high self-efficiency tended to continue their studies even in involuntary remote classes, 2) anger had a direct negative effect on their learning persistence. Depression did not directly affect academic achievement, but we found that if the depression continued, it affected anger, which has the adverse effect of lowering academic achievement orientation, and which can lead to the suspension or even expulsion of new students. The study was used as a basis for policy decisions to help college students continue their studies in the face of natural disasters or psychological crises, all of which could lead to their suspension and/or expulsion and to come up with measures to cope with their withdrawal from university.

본 논문에서는 기존 연구의 정적이고 단단한 물체를 대상으로 한 프로젝션 맵핑이라는 한계를 넘어서서, 유동적인 움직임을 가진 단단하지 않은 물체에 프로젝션 맵핑을 시도한다. 선행 연구는 타깃이 단단한 물체의 표면에만 맵핑이 가능했고, 타깃의 빠른 움직임을 따라가는 속도가 느렸다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 한계를 극복한 방법을 제안하고, 단단하지 않은 물체에 실시간으로 프로젝션 맵핑을 해줌으로써 사용자로 하여금 타깃 물체와 투영된 이미지 사이의 불일치를 경험하지 않게 하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해 단단하지 않고, 유동적인 물체에 빠른 속도로 프로젝트 맵핑을 해줄 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문의 제안 방법은 크게 세 가지 장점이 있다. 먼저, 물체의 형태가 강하게 변형되어 있어도 감지 가능하다. 또한, 사용자가 직접 물체에 변형을 주는 과정에서 물체의 일부분을 차단하고 있어도 정확한 트래킹을 할 수 있다. 마지막으로 빠른 속도로 물체의 움직임을 감지할 수 있으므로 실시간으로 결과값을 물체에 투영할 수 있다.
국가의 양성평등 현황과 국제개발협력 사업 수요 분석- 필리핀 사례를 중심으로

According to the 2023 Global Gender Gap Index (GGGI), the Philippines ranks 16th globally in terms of progress toward gender equality. This study critically examines the ways and the extent to which this ranking reflects the current status of gender equality in the Philippines and cross-analyzes the current status of international development cooperation programs on gender and gender equality in the country. Although gender equality is important for implementing the UN SDGs, the mentioned ranking in a particular report may not fully capture the complexity of the situation in the country. Therefore, it is necessary to examine whether international development cooperation initiatives adequately address the need to achieve gender equality and mitigate gender disparities. Of particular importance is the assessment of whether the international community provides appropriate support to fragile or developing countries, where achieving gender equality solely through local capacity is challenging. Therefore, this study analyzes the current status of international development cooperation programs by OECD DAC member countries aimed at achieving gender equality. The analysis reveals that despite its high global ranking, the Philippines has a significantly low level of womens political representation, womens access to education, and womens participation in the job market. The current gender-based international development cooperation programs for the Philippines fail to adequately reflect this. Thus, this study recommends conducting a more in-depth examination of the countrys current situation to develop new initiatives instead of solely relying on internationally accepted national assessments.
기업의 ESG 실행과 평가의 괴리 가능성 연구: ESG 평가지표 분석을 중심으로

With the recent attention towards ESG management, many companies have been continuing to make efforts to improve ESG performance, and the system for evaluating the performance is also diversifying. However, in order to expand the ESG discussion, which has become the core of a company's sustainable management paradigm at an unprecedented pace, an analysis of whether ESG evaluation actually reflects ESG activities per se must be preceded. This is because evaluation system should accurately reflect the targeted performances for improving the quality of them via feedback generated by the estimation. In this regard, this study selected three cases of the ESG evaluation system currently being used and the evaluation results of domestic companies were compared with each other for categorization. Then it was analyzed whether ESG performance for each company type was related to the actual ESG evaluation result. As a result, it was proved that the possibility of a gap between the company's ESG performance and evaluation cannot be denied. Since the current ESG evaluation system has limitations in terms of objectivity for corporate-performance indicators and transparency in the evaluation process, it is necessary to establish standards for information disclosure at the international level, and Korea needs to actively participate in these international efforts.
