This study aimed to analyze the distribution characteristics of the production and consumption Spaces of power energy of which the consumption is growing in energy consumption, and to Identify the relationship to urban density, which is an urban character. With this aim, the study Analyzed spatial characteristics by taking the gross power generation of power plant sat the municipal,county,anddistrictlevel,asproductionandthesaleofpoweroftheKoreaElectrical Power Corporation as consumption spaces. Also, the study conducted a correlation analysis between power energy and urban density. As a result, first, the distribution of power energy production and consumption spaces appeared to be concentrated in specific regions, and regarding the concentration, theupper30 regionstookup98.2% in terms of production spaces, where as the concentration of consumption was 44.3%. Second, regarding the relationship between power consumption and local characteristics, power consumption increased in a region of large households, companies, but urban density is not significant. This study would be meaningful in that it analyzed power Energy for the first time ever in the urban planning field, and there by proposed spatial, political Implications which may be used to regulate the imbalance between power energy production and consumption.

As part of an effort to activate community building, some local governments have been actively promoting the enactment of local ordinance and implementation of community contest projects. on this process, a lot of actror have participated this projects as actors, citizen, member of related organization. until now actors have been not takened academic concern. actor is a very important sector of community building, they are making plan, meeting people, coordinating, carrying out each project, monitoring and testing. so The purpose of this study is to present types of actors for community building projects. this study is first step on function and role, characteristics of actors to investigate community building actors. With interview of eight actors who have variety region, job, education, major, this paper will be answer who is actors in community building project .

The main function of valve stem seal is to supply engine oil to valve stem and valve guide inner diameter surface for valve stem lubrication. The oil amount is controlled by stem seal mainly. In case oil flow is insufficient, valve guide inner diameter surface could be worn. And excessive oil supply, on the other hand, can make high carbon deposit in combustion chamber, which can cause engine misfire when carbon deposit particles were trapped on valve seat face. Oil leak rate is controlled by valve stem seal design features. This study is to find control factor for more robustness without regard to environment. These features such as spring off-set, spring force, lip radius and α angle are defined as control factors in the P Diagram. Pressure, thermal aging effect and oil cleanness are defined as noise factor. After finding the effects of control factors on leak rate using DFSS process, optimized control factors which are get more robustness are defined.

Power generated from renewable energy has continuously increased recently. As the distributed generation begins to interconnect in the distribution system, an accurate generation forecasting has become important in efficient distribution planning. This paper explained method and current state of distributed power generation forecasting models. This paper presented selecting input and output variables for the forecasting model. In addition, this paper analyzed input variables and forecasting models that can use as mid-to long-term distributed power generation forecasting.
