Human Factor를 고려한 최적관리모델의 탄력체계에 관한 연구

This thesis intends to design the Aggregate optimum management model through human factor which is main characteristic of cybernetics information system The present optimum management models are described for modeling tasks in diverse management spheres characterized by cost-oriented and one-point discrete target. The method has been used to elicit static problems of the general parts of production control and operation management. These subjects are inevitably faced with dynamic environments. The outcome of management activities is also at the mercy of these dynamic factors. There are three sourses of factor to consider in aggregate-optimum manegement for elastic systems:Human factor, productivity, and cost. Especially human factors as a independent variable are lacking in various situations but very important. Attributes of human factors in itself construct the elasticity which is explained by negative feedback. Most consequent human factors by the view point cybernetics are optimal feedback control, stability, equilibrium, steady-sate, isomorphism, homomorphism, syntality, homeostasis, reverberation, echolocation, learning, perturbation, and self-reproducing automata. These traits draw a conclusion to damped oscillation. The elastic system of optimum management model based on Human factors through the damped oscilation validate the new horizen of management strategy and generate the creative-valued productivity.

Reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation occurs oxidative stress to cells. It makes cell aging, disorder and death. Thus there are many studies to remove ROS using antioxidant agents. Researchers want to apply these agent in physiological environment. However, some of the antioxidant agents are unstable in a physiological environment (pH7.4) and easily destroyed during formulation. These problems should be solved for bio-application of antioxidant agents. To preserve their antioxidant ability, we used nanoparticle to formulate them. It makes more stable in pH 7.4 compare to unformulated antioxidant agents. Furthermore we tried another loading method, rather than passive loading. It comes 2-folded high loading efficiency of nanoparticle. Also, in release test, loaded antioxidant agents release slowly over 14 days. It means that antioxidant capacity maintain for a long time. Consequently, antioxidant agent loaded nanoparticle is effect on stability in physiological environment.

In recent years, Photo Dynamic Therapy (PDT) has been proposed their potentials to treat acne using Photosensitizer(PS) or PS-conjugated drugs. However, drug resistance and side-effects are acting as barriers in their bio-application. In this study, we solve these problems to fabricate nanoparticles which loaded polymer-conjugated PS for enhencing skin cell penetration. After irradiation of specific wave lengh, there are remarkable results in PS loaded nanoparticle group. Using Franz cell diffusion system, we compare the tissue penetration efficiency between free PS and PS loaded nanoparticles. As a result, PS loaded nanoparticles group has higher skin permeability than free PS group. In addition, PS loaded nanoparticles group exhibited the 2-fold, 1.5-fold higher toxicity of acnes than conventional antibiotics group and PS conjugated with cationic polymers group. Consequently, PDT with PS loaded nanoparticles is effective for the treatment of acnes.

In order to prevent harmful effects on humans and environment, carwash wastewaters have to treat before discharging into the surface water bodies because they contain various pollutants such as detergents, oil, grease, chemicals and road grime, and heavy metals, etc. In this study, the microbubbles were employed to separate for suspended particles include the oils, dusts, and detergents without any coagulants. During the flotation process, the small amounts of oxidation agent such as ozone gas was introduced with air for facilitate of pollutants disintegration. The disintegrated pollutants from oils and detergents were used as biodegradable carbon sources in soil covered oxidation process (SCOP). The experimental results demonstrated the efficiency of the flotation, ozonation, and SCOP in removing suspended solids and chemical contaminants from real carwash wastewater.
Integration Architecture for Virtualized Naval Shipboard Computing Systems

Various computing systems are used in naval ships. Since each system has a single purpose and its applications are tightly coupled with the physical machine, applications cannot share physical resources with each other. It is hard to utilize resources efficiently in conventional naval shipboard computing environment. In this paper, we present an integration architecture for virtualized naval shipboard computing systems based on open architecture. Our proposed architecture integrates individual computing resources into one single integrated hardware pool so that the OS and applications are encapsulated as a VM. We consider the issue of varying needs of all applications in a naval ship that have different purposes, priorities and requirements. We also present parallel VM migration algorithm that improves the process time of resource reallocation of given architecture. The evaluation results with the prototype system show that our algorithm performs better than conventional resource reallocation algorithm in process time.
Naesohwangryeon-tang Induced Apoptosis and Autophagy in A549 Human Lung Cancer Cells

Objectives: Naesohwangryeon-tang (NHT) is a type of traditional herbal formula, however, little is known about its antitumor activity. In this study, the antitumor properties of NHT was evaluated in human lung adenocarcinoma cells. Methods: To check the inhibitory effect of NHT, MTT assay was performed. Cell cycle analysis and detection of ROS production were conducted by flow cytometry. To evaluate the signaling pathway, Western blotting was conducted. Results: Our results showed that the decrease of cell proliferation by NHT stimulation occurred more significantly in A549 cells than in NCI-H460 cells. In addition, NHT-induced apoptosis was associated with the activation of caspases and production of reactive oxygen species (ROS). NHT-induced apoptosis was attenuated after pretreatments with z-VAD-fmk or N-acetylcysteine, suggesting that NHT-induced apoptosis was caspaseand ROS-dependent. Interestingly, NHT treatment led to the development of autophagic vesicular organelles and upregulation of several autophagy-related genes. The pretreatment of bafilomycin A1 decreased apoptosis slightly but increased cell viability in the presence of NHT. Conclusion: These findings indicated that NHT induces both apoptosis and cell-protective autophagy in human lung cancer cells. This data suggests that NHT might be a novel herbal drug for lung cancer.
