식습관 개선을 위한 온라인 코칭프로그램의 개발 및 효과성 검증

본 연구의 목적은 습관행동 변화과정 모형(탁진국, 권혜란, 김혜영 등, 2019)을 기반으로 하여, 식습관 개선 성공 요인(최경화, 김혜영, 한석빈, 탁진국, 2020)과 선행 연구에서 습관 개선에 효과를 나타낸 방법들을 토대로 식습관 개선을 위한 온라인 코칭 프로그램을 개발하여실시하고, 그 효과를 검증하는 데 있다. 식습관 개선을 희망하며 수도권에 거주 중인 19세이상 성인 중 전화인터뷰를 통해 선정된 20명을 실험 및 통제집단으로 나누어 일대일 코칭을 진행하였다. 최종분석에는 17명의 자료가 사용되었으며, 프로그램 사전과 사후에 체중, 식습관, 식이행동, 식이효능감, 자기조절, 삶의 만족을 측정하여 분석하였다. 온라인 코칭프로그램의 효과성을 검증하기 위하여 프로그램 실시 사전, 사후의 시점과 집단 간의 상호작용효과를 분석한 결과, 자기조절과 삶의 만족을 제외한 체중, 식습관, 식이행동, 식이효능감에서 시점과 집단 간에 유의미한 결과가 나타나 프로그램 효과가 검증되었다. 즉, 통제집단에 비하여 실험집단에서 체중, 식습관, 식이행동, 식이효능감에서 유의미한 변화가 있었다. 이상의 연구 결과를 중심으로 본 연구의 의의 및 실무적 시사점, 제한점, 그리고 후속 연구를 위한 제언 등에 관해 논의하였다.

근대시기 중국 어문교육의 변화 고찰

This research aims to study the change of language education during the modern era. Chinese modern language education during this period accomplished transformation from traditional to modern, by adopting Western studies and system of education. Aspects of transition in language education of the times are sought through the following three components: educational system, textbook, and discourse on language education in educational journals printed at that time. In particular, examination will be focused on how the formation process of native language concept and Chinese language movements including Vernacular Movement have influenced education, and how Chinese grammar that started with the adoption of Western linguistics is reflected in education. Language education that traditionally centered around scriptures, started to be taught as subjects in the names of `Chinese`, or `Chinese language`, along with contemplation over the significance of language education. In the education field, necessity towards spoken language education was raised even before the initiation of Vernacular Movement. Education on language was prioritized although acquiring wordings was taken as the ultimate objective. Grammar, discussed in education, contains ambiguity in that it refers both to the Western `grammar` and traditional Chinese composition, which is held in great esteem for scientification of native language education.

As rural villages’ space became the center of the rural development projects and strategies to develop areas in 2000s, an axis of the government-sponsored rural development projects is green tourism village in rural area, the comprehensive rural village development projects and revitalizing projects. And it's another axis that alternative rural development projects are being done focusing on campaign to make villages that local society and residents become the main agents. Especially, since the policy of rural tourism was made in 2000s, the Ministry of Public Administration and Security, the Ministry for Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Rural Development Administration and Korea Forest Service have fostered green tourism village in rural area, rural traditional theme village,fishing village experience, mountain village experience and rural tourism educational farm emphasizing each institution's characteristics and each local government is promoting various types of policies to develop rural tourism. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of awareness of the effect about residents'education of the comprehensive rural village development projects for local residents who are the educational subjects in the area to promote the projects to develop rural tourism village, recognize the importance of residents’ education to build social capital and use it as the basic data which can present its direction and educational plan to promote the comprehensive rural village development projects and develop the rural areas.

가정전문간호사의 계속교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 교육요구 분석

Purpose: The study analyzed continuing educational needs with the aim of developing continuing education program for home healthcare nurse specialists. Methods: A convenience sample of 101 home healthcare nurse specialists affiliated with 89 home health care agencies in Seoul, Busan, Dae-gu, Inchon, Jeonnam, Keongnam was used. Data was collected with a self-report questionnaire from May 10-31, 2010, and analyzed with descriptive statistics using SAS 9.13 program. Results: Of the participants, 88.1% reported that continuing education was necessary and 58.2% reported that the education was needed for peak job performance. The participants also reported that it would be proper if continuing education is given on a Saturday(56.4%) by home healthcare institute(49.5%) or homecare nurses association (38.6%) for 1-3 months(56.4%). The participants scored more than 3.0 in the current performance at six of the seven home healthcare nurse specialist roles, and scored more than 3.5 in the necessity of continuing education for seven roles in 47 jobs. Conclusion: Various programs for continuing education have to be developed and need to focused on the jobs needed for home healthcare nurse specialist and the most frequent disease. For this purpose, every home healthcare organization has to select their unique area and develop their own educational program. Furthemore, home healthcare nurses association has to build an education operating system that incorporates all program aspects.

The purpose of this study is to build a framework of text analysis (TA) for students taking translation courses at the undergraduate level and to seek ways to identify an untapped component in the teaching of translation to be utilized. A brief background introduction is followed by an example taken from translations of published works and exercises done by students to justify the need for a TA component in translation education. The study showed that Halliday's (1991) concepts of field, mode, and tenor of discourse as text analysis criteria proved useful in helping students establish grounds for constructive critique and improve translation skills.

제빵업체의 HACCP 모델 적용을 위한 미생물학적 위해도 평가

빵류 제품의 HACCP적용을 용이하게 하기 위해서는 HACCP 일반 모델 개발이 필요하다. 제빵 공정이 소성과정 중 제품의 내부온도가 85℃ 이상 유지되어 호화되는 것을 감안하면 병원성 미생물의 사멸이 베이킹 중에 일어나므로 일반 위생관리가 안전성 확보를 위한 주된 타겟이 되며, 일반위생관리규정은 적정제조기준(GMP : Good manufacturing practice)과 함께 HACCP시스템을 적용하기 위한 보조 프로그램으로서 반드시 확립되고 관리되어야할 프로그램이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 빵류 제품을 생산, 가공, 포장하여 시판하는 제빵업체에 HACCP시스템을 적용시키고자 빵류 제품을 대상으로 하여 생산 제품의 안전성 및 위생 상태를 미생물학적 방법을 평가하고, 원료의 공정에 따른 위생분석을 행하여 CCP및 CL을 결정하여 빵류제품의 HACCP일반 모델을 제시하였다. 이러한 일반위생관리기준과 HACCP 일반모델은 빵류 제품의 안전성 확보 및 HACCP적용에 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다. Generic HACCP models for bakery products may help HACCP implementation at the wholesale bakery production lines easier. When baking, the internal temperature of bakery products went up to 85℃, which resulted in gelatinization of starch. Considering the characteristics of bakery products, general sanitation control procedures are the main target tool to keep bakery products safe. Monitoring of pathogenic microorganisms at bakery plant environment including production lines was carried out. At the wholesale bakery environment pathogenic microorganisms were detected. It gave a clue that general sanitation control procedures should be implemented for safe bakery products supply. Hazard analysis of raw materials and processing of bakery products, and determination of critical control points and critical limits at the wholesale bakeries lead to present generic model of bakery product HACCP plan. CCPs for the wholesale bakery products may be applied and modified for the implementation of HACCP plan at the wholesale bakery plant.
