Usually, bacterial spores are hundreds or thousands of times more resistant to chemical sanitizers than are vegetable bacteria. Consequently, it is hard to assess whether a commercial sterilant, containing hydrogen peroxide and peracetic acid as ingredients, has or does not have sporicidal activity under certain conditions using the National Standard Test Method for assessing bactericidal activity against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. Hence we established alternative the standard test method and requirements to determine whether they are effective in showing at least reduction of 103 in the number of Bacillus subtilis ATCC 6633 spores under the required test condition for evaluation of sporicidal activity including verification methodology. This standardized method has proved to be suitable for evaluating effectiveness of commercial sterilants and could be used as Standardization Test Method for assessing sporicidal activity.

위치 기반 서비스에서 도로 네트워크의 거리 정보를 이용한 사용자 정보 은닉 기법

Recent development in wireless communication technology like GPS as well as mobile equipments like PDA and cellular phone makes location-based services (LBSs) popular. However, because users request a query to LBS servers by using their exact locations while moving on the road network, users' privacy may not be protected in the LBSs. Therefore, a mechanism for users' privacy protection is required for the safe and comfortable use of LBSs by mobile users. For this, we, in this paper, propose a road network distance based cloaking scheme supporting user privacy protection in location-based services. The proposed scheme creates a cloaking area by considering road network distance, in order to support the efficient and safe LBSs on the road network. Finally, we show from our performance analysis that our cloaking scheme outperforms the existing cloaking scheme in terms of cloaking area and service time. 최근 PDA, 휴대폰과 같은 모바일 기기 및 GPS와 같은 무선 통신 기술의 발달로 인하여 위치 기반 서비스의 이용이 확산되었다. 하지만 이러한 서비스는 사용자가 도로 네트워크에서 이동하면서 자신의 위치정보를 통해 LBS 서버에 질의를 요청하기 때문에, 심각한 개인 정보 누출의 위협이 될 수 있다. 따라서 모바일 사용자의 안전하고 편리한 위치기반 서비스 사용을 위한 개인 정보 보호 기법이 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 위치 기반 서비스에서 사용자 정보 보호를 지원하는 도로 네트워크 거리 기반 클로킹 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법은 도로 네트워크에서 효율적이고 안전한 위치기반 서비스를 지원하기 위하여, 도로 네트워크의 거리를 고려하여 클로킹 영역을 설정한다. 아울러, 성능평가를 통해서 제안하는 기법이 클로킹 영역 및 서비스 시간 측면에서 기존 연구보다 우수함을 보인다.

비정형 초고층 빌딩의 Parametric Design을 위한 BIM 활용에 관한 연구

The Purpose of this study is to develop a design process of free-formed super tall buildings with parametric design approach using BIM. Before BIM tools like Revit was developed, it is considered as very time consuming process and requires extensive efforts and costs for making free-formed super tall building modeling. Current trends of free-formed super tall building are for proofing city's economic strength and symbol. New digital tools have been developed and used for pursuing many design methods for building design. In this study, BIM based Parametric design approach is studied to seek for possibility of generating free-formed super tall building fast, easily, and accurately.

간질의 외과적 치료 : 외측두엽 수술방법 Extratemporal Operative Methods

The extratemporal operative approaches for intractable epilepsy are reviewed. Intracranial recordings are often necessary for extratemporal epilepsy to define the lateratization as well as the localization of epileptogenic regions and tailor the resection. The operative procedures include cortical resections, corpus callosotomy, and functional hemispherectomy. The author presents an overview of indications for surgery, operative methods, and risks in the medically intractable epileptic patient with extratemporal focus.

이 연구에서는 초등부 발달장애아(정신지체, 지체, 정서장애)의 사회적 능력 특성에 관한 하위 영역별 특성을 분석 하였다. 이를 위해 일선 특수교사들에 의한 Walker-McConnell의 관찰 점수를 활용하였다. 연구 결과에서 초등부 발달장애아의 사회적 특성은 또래집단에 비해 전체적으로 사회적 능력이 낮은 것으로 나타났고, 장애영역별로 정서장애아가 지체장애아보다 하위영역에서 낮은 사회적 적응 능력을 보였다. 그리고 정서장애아가 연령에 따른 발달상에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결국 발달장애아의 사회적 적응력과 학교생활의 성공을 위해 학령기 초에서부터 사회적 능력과 학교적응력을 높이기 위한 지원 전략이 마련되어야 하며, 장애유형에 따른 차별화한 적절한 지원 전략을 제공하여야 함을 시사하는 것이다. This study is to analysis the characteristics of social competencies of elementary students with developmental disabilities(students with mental retardation, physical disabilities and emotional and behavior disorders). Because it provide meaning to find the cue about a information of intervention. The major feature is that, as whole, when compared with peer with without disabilities, the social competencies of elementary students with developmental disabilities were low in average to the three sub-categorical characteristics. In category of disabilities, the social competencies of the students with emotional and behavior disorders were lower than physical disabilities. The students with emotional and behavior disorders were showed difference according to the ages. Therefore, the training for the social competencies should be provided from early school age and different methods according to the category of disabilities to improve abilities of social and school adaptation.

합창 커뮤니케이션에 영향을 미치는 유사언어의 활용에 관한 연구 - 한국어 합창 딕션을 중심으로 -

이 연구는 합창에 영향을 미치는 비언어 커뮤니케이션 가운데 가사의 의미 형성에 핵심적인 요소인 유사언어의 효율적 활용 방안을 모색하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 커뮤니케이션에서 유사언어는 언어가 가진 의미를 더욱 풍부하게 표현할 수 있게 해주는 비언어적 요소로, 합창에서는 가사의 발성과 딕션이 대표적인 유사언어이다. 그런데 그동안은 합창의 음악적 표현을 강조하면서 발성을 중시한 나머지 딕션은 상대적으로 소홀히 함으로써 합창에서 표현하고자 하는 가사의 의미가 청중에게 효과적으로 전달되지 못하는 경우가 많았다. 그러나 합창에서 발성은 딕션과 별개의 것이 아니라 서로 조화를 이루어야 음악적인 차원에서뿐 아니라 커뮤니케이션 차원에서도 완성도가 높은 합창연주가 가능하다. 이 연구는 합창 지휘자로서의 활동 경험과 커뮤니케이션에 대한 이론적 지식을 토대로 한국어 합창에서 활용할 수 있는 효과적인 딕션 방법을 제시하고 있다. The study was aimed at finding an effective use of para-languages, which are important to communicate the meaning of the korean choral music. Para-language is a nonverbal communication that contributes to the delivery of a more expressive language. In choral music, vocalization and diction are important para-languages. Until now, the conductors emphasized vocalization rathe than diction while focusing musical expression in chorus. However, vocalization and diction are not distinct. This study suggested effective choral vocalization and diction technique through the convergence of experience as conductor and knowledge of communication theory.
