        특화산업전략구축을 위한 산업구조의 특성과 변화 비교연구

        This study focused on analysis of urban industrial characteristics and time series changes through 2003-2008 industrial statistical data that is, 55,000 companies, 16 categories, 22 cities and counties. The whole flow are 1) calculate LQ of each cities 2) factorial analysis, cluster analysis and urban categorization based on industry characteristics 3) analysis of urban industrial characteristics and time series changes through 2003-2008 industrial statistical data and then efficient industrial structure change. As a results the number of company in 2008 compared with 2003 show gain and loss within ±5% in cities and counties. The cities of Jinhae, Gimhae, Geoje, Haman show a sizeable increase and are gradually standardized in the aspect of specialization degree. Here are similar urban and country’s industrial structure, and we can infer statue in the process of urbanization. So this study suggests promotion of local industry and manufacturing industry, service and tourism in regard to broad economic area.

        AHP기법을 활용한 하이테크문화도시로서의 도시재생 도시창조 연구

        This study is for urban regeneration and city creation through the analysis of many elements influenced creation city. So city evaluation index and city creation index are elicited with total evaluation and then case studies are adopted with city of Busan. Sugestions about urban regeneration and city creation are purpose of this research. The target group of 16 Gu in Busan for creative city is studied. And this research investigate the factors and index system that affect the basis of the criteria that you can apply to Busan. Theories of creativity in the city organized by the definition of the index that corresponds to the part and the city of Busan, The determinants of creativity was determined. Considering by destination status by 2010, the standard deviation of the data collected using the standardized and weighted set by the mutual objectification levels. And more convincing and reliable results to derive the parameters for the job status by scaling the data (re-scaled) and the area of the creation of the index constituent parts in order to determine the relative importance of AHP method was performed. In this way, using selected indicators Busan through the creation of certain types derived indices, and analyze the contribution of specific determinants were also evaluated by the results by region, crystal analyzed the impact factor. The analysis of the results obtained previously for 16 gu, Busan.

        포털사이트 로드뷰 이미지를 활용한 도시재생 측면 가로경관 특성 분석

        This research aims to analyze a total of five places of streetscape such as Dongdaegu street of Daegu, Busan’s AG symbol street and BIFF square road and Seoul’s Yulgok road and Mok-dong’s Dong road among streets selected among ‘100 selections of Beautiful Roads in Korea’that is a book published by the Ministry of Construction and Transportation in 2006. Though materials of photos or video, etc. were much used for evaluation of streetscape in existing researches, this research gets to analyze landscape characteristics by using the road-view images that was provided by DAUM, NAVER and GOOGLE, etc. which are typical portal sites of our country which are much utilized as satellite photos and are easily contacted in usual life. The analysis method analyzes a difference between road-view images and actual photos by selecting one place among targeted streets, and carries out sequence analysis by street as well as analysis on the whole of each street by using the road-view images. And this research gets to assess streetscape by street through IPA analysis after analyzing importance and satisfaction by using the road-view images and carrying out a questionnaire survey. his research could raise national competitiveness as well as improvement of city images by discovering problems of our country’s streetscape through this analysis method and proposing streetscape images based on identity and endemism.

        도시재생과 활성화를 위한 구도심 쇠퇴분석연구

        The decline of the old downtown became the starting point of newtown and subcenter development. Today, this decline intensified, leading to unequal development within the city. Such decline of urban vitality has turned into a rising social problem. As a result, many cities are putting effort in laying down a policy regarding revitalization of urban areas. The following research came out a case study of Pohang regarding the revitalization of urban regeneration. The area was chosen under the 「special law support on the revitalization of urban regeneration」. The decline of urban center is generally due to public district absence of key facilities and reduction of young people. The result of decline in the area analyzed is follows: regarding the social side, the downtown hollowed out due to population decline and the aging phenomenon. Regarding the economic side, the center is weakened as the number of industry workers and businesses decreased. Regarding the physical environmental side, land price is dropping as no new construction is happening

        상권 업종별 분포 및 매출 영향요인 분석

        Commercial service facilities in proportion to the population is reasonable to apply urban planning? This study begins with this question. It was analyzed for the 31 si and gun of Gyeonggi-do. Sector establishments by that proportion of the population through the intensity correlation analysis. In addition, according to industry standards such intensity distribution by region or industry about whether the differences were analyzed. Classification of industries and sectors with high correlation between the population and the average sales for the region as a dependent variable was examined factors that influence sales. And out of the eight sectors of the industry, and to some extent that the distribution is proportional to the population tested. But almost proportional to the positive correlation relationship among si and gun, there is no correlation at all opposed to existing areas, respectively. Thus, by use of urban planning and development projects to estimate the scale, the local characteristics should be identified first. When estimating the land area by use of these correlations should be consulted. Regression for factors influencing sales analysis were as follows. On Restaurant, life services and sports industry, the biggest impact on the sales factor is apartment prices (income or asset level) in the area. In Restaurant and life services industries, the integrated effect occurred. On the other hand, sports industry is a competitive factor. Retail and tourism sectors are industry which sales are difficult to explain.

        텍스트마이닝 기법을 활용한 도시설계 학술논문 연구 영역 시계열 변화 고찰

        본 연구는 빈도분석과 텍스트마이닝 기법을 활용하여 지난 10년간 『도시설계』 학술지에 투고 및 게재된 논문을 대상으로 연구영역 시계열 특성 변화 양상을 분석함으로써 관련 학계 전문가에게 연구동향 및 설계 측면에 참고자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 투고된 논문의 시계열 기초통계 분석과 게재된 논문의 키워드 분석을 종합한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 2015년 전후로 연평균 투고 건수가 급격히 감소하였는데 이는 학령인구 감소와 유관 학술지의 양적 증가를 반영하고 있다. 둘째, 게재수와 게재율의 경우 11개 영역별로 시계열 변화 양상에 차이를 보였다. 셋째, 저자 및 기관의 지역적 분포 특성을 분석한 결과, 수도권-비수도권역간 격차가 확인되어 비수도권 지역의 연구 활성화를 위한 지방정부, 연구기관, 지역대학의 상호 협력과 지원정책이 요구된다. 넷째, ‘도시’, ‘환경’, ‘재생’, ‘가로’, ‘주택’, ‘개발’, ‘주거’, ‘보행’, ‘경관’, ‘설계’ 순으로 핵심 키워드가 도출되었다. 향후 도시설계 학술논문의 다양성과 전문성 강화를 위하여 융복합 기반의 연구영역 확대를 위한 전략이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. Analyzing submitted or accepted research papers in the Journal of Urban Design over the last decade, this study informs academia of a long-term trend in research scopes and suggests the future direction for internal qualification and external extension of urban design articles. The findings from longitudinal frequency and keyword analysis on submitted or accepted papers are as follows. First of all, given the reduction in school-age population and the growth in the number of related journals, the annual number of submitted papers has rapidly decreased since 2015. Second, the number and rate of acceptance varies in longitudinal changes by 11 research areas. Third, the disparity between the Metropolitan and non-Metropolitan regions is found by the analysis of the locational distribution of authors and organizations. To invigorate urban design researches in the non-Metropolitan regions, mutual cooperation and policy framework among local governments, research institutes and universities are needed. Fourth, multi-frequency keywords related to ‘urban’ are ‘environment’, ‘regeneration’, ‘street’, ‘housing’, ‘development’, and ‘walking’. Hereafter, inter-disciplinary strategies for research collaboration should be requested to intensify the diversity and specialty in urban design journal articles.

        교육인프라 접근성이 공동주택 가격에 미치는 영향 - 중계동 은행사거리 학원밀집지역을 대상으로

        본 연구에서는 학교 · 학원밀집지역 · 상업지역 · 지하철역 · 버스정류장의 거리가 공동주택 매매가격에 미치는 영향을 중계동 은행사거리를 사례로 선정하여 살펴보았다. 선행연구 및 산포도 결과값을 활용하여 변수와 유효한 거래내역을 산출하였으며 중계동 은행사거리 학원밀집지역의 거리, 학교 거리, 지하철역 거리, 상업시설과의 거리, 단지 세대수, 경과년수, 상한가, 전용면적을 독립변수로 선정하였다. 회귀분석결과, 학교 거리와 중심 학원밀집지역의 거리는 하한가에 반비례하며 세대수와 하한가는 비례한다. 또한, 단지 세대수, 학교 거리, 학원 거리가 400여개의 학원밀집지역이 조성되어 있는 은행사거리 일대 공동주택 가격에 가장 큰 영향이 있고 학교와의 거리가 공동주택 거래가격 격차에 영향이 가장 큰 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 도시공학과 IT의 융합으로 학원밀집지역과 공동주택의 접근성이 갖는 가치를 설정하고 차후 주택재개발, 주택재건축 등 주택에 대한 가치 선정에 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다. This study examines the effect of distances between schools, academia-concentrated district, commercial areas, subway stations, and bus stops on the price of apartments, using the Junggye-dong Eunhaeng Sageori as an example. Valid transactions was calculated using variables and results from similar studies. The distance between schools, academia-concentrated district, commercial areas, subway stations, and bus stops was selected as an independent variable. As a result, the school and academic concentrated area had an inverse proportion to the lower limit while the number of households was proportional. Also, the results showed that the number of households, school streets, and academic streets had the greatest effect on apartment prices in the Eunhaeng Sageori. Through the convergence of urban engineering and IT, this study is expected to establish the value of accessibility of academic areas and apartments, and hope to be used in future housing redevelopment and construction.
