Research on the Influence of the Expansion of Traditional Film Aesthetics on Alleviating the Psychological Anxiety of the Audience in the Era of Digital Technology

In recent years, due to the spread of COVID-19, various problems caused by college students' anxiety are common, which has attracted the attention of many researchers. Research shows that the anxiety level of social groups is getting higher and higher, and the mental health status is also decreasing year by year. It can be seen that anxiety has become one of the important obstacles to people's mental health. At present, the intervention research on anxiety focuses on medical psychological nursing, and the intervention research specifically aimed at film audiences is relatively few. Tibetan Buddhist teacher Jongsa Chiang Yangkhin Chol Rinpoche said: film is the modern thangka. It is like a smart clown, opened the bathrobe of civilization, mouth hanging a strange smile, it is like an elegant wise man, insight into the secret of life, eyes full of compassion. Touching films are like realistic psychological cases, which are the analysis, disclosure and treatment of human nature, but also the guidance, inspiration and encouragement of the soul. Movies show us the rich and unique personality and complex and subtle emotions in three dimensions. Through movies, we examine the changes in our hearts and find the scale for self-revelation. Through movies, we travel in our own spiritual world and thus obtain the observation of our mind. This is the secret of movie healing.The development of high-tech film, especially the application of digital technology in film production, is the new trend of film technology development and the result of the concept change of the combination of science and art under the condition of post industrial revolution. In the digital technology era, the expansion of traditional film aesthetics can become a new means of psychological counseling and treatment, which has its unique advantages.

공론장으로서 지역방송의 토론 프로그램에 대한 연구

This study, focusing on television debates, explores the way in which local television constructs the space of debate by analysing the forms and contents of television debates. To do this, I analyze two debate programs of local television in Busan using content analysis: format construction and communication structure including roles of chairman and panels, ways of presenting opinions, participation of audience and so on. The result shows that debate programs of local television do not play a role properly as a public sphere of local place, despite its potentials of forming social opinions. In order to activate local democracy through debate programs of local television, it should be an open and balanced public sphere in which active and two-way communication between diverse social groups is constructed. 지역방송의 토론 프로그램을 분석하려고 했을 때, 기대했던 것은 전국 단위의 토론 프로그램에 비해 지역 토론 프로그램에서 더욱 활발한 참여와 상호작용이 있을 거라는 것이었다. 전국 단위의 공론장에 비해 상대적으로 작은 크기의 지역 공론장에서 공중의 활발한 참여와 상호작용이 가능할 것이라는 기존 연구결과에 바탕한 기대였다. 그러나 기대와는 다르게 실제 연구 결과 지역민의 참여는 활발하지 못했고, 상호작용도 거의 없었다. 치열한 찬반 토론도 없었고, 대신 소수의 지역 유력인사들이 정책 결정과정을 설명하고, 자신의 활동을 홍보하는 좌담회 방식의 토론만이 있었다. 지역방송의 토론 프로그램이 지역의 민주적 공론장으로서 지역성을 구현하기 위해서는 어떻게 해야 할까? 분석결과를 토대로 몇 가지 제언을 덧붙이면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 찬반 구도의 토론이 가능하도록 주제를 선택해야 할 것이다. 둘째, 주제 선정의 영역 폭을 좀 더 넓혀나가야 될 것 같다. 지역민들의 다양한 관심사를 충족시킬 수 있는 다양한 영역의 주제를 선택할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 지역에 사는 일반 시청자의 참여를 높이기 위한 방안을 적극적으로 마련해 나가야 할 것이다. 앞으로 지역방송이 과감한 실험정신을 발휘해 지금의 토론 프로그램이 갖고 있는 문제를 개선해 나가길 기대한다. 그랬을 때 토론 프로그램은 지역민들의 주목을 받는 프로그램이 되고, 지역의 민주적 공론장으로서 역할을 할 수 있을 것이다.

A Critique of the Legal-Philosophical Approaches to the Basis for Human Rights from a Theological-Ethical Perspective

In legal philosophy, there are broadly two categories of theory as to the basis for human rights: legal positivism and natural law theory. According to legal positivism, human rights are given and thus can be deprived by the enacted law; thus the basis for human rights is “positive laws.” According to natural law theory, human rights are given supposedly by natural lawin sofar as they are human; thus the basis for human rights is “natural law”. However, words such as ‘human’ and ‘rights’ refer to humanity as subjects. Hence legal philosophy, which is always likely to be a phase of a philosophical anthropology, has limit. Moreover, legal positivists require the ultimate foundation of critical norm as anchors. We cannot agree upon even the method of assumption and presupposition in natural law theory. Although there are many ideas and theories of natural law having been put forth throughout history, persistent doubts about the intelligibility of the concepts of natural law have dogged these theories. Faith in natural law might not be affirmed by a considerable number of people around the world. Above all, the natural law theorists deify the mind by positing that the ultimate source of law is reason or conscience. The Bible in Christianity can provide the fullest meaning of human rights and the strongest motive to the demand for human rights. The image of God forms the basis for universal moral principles including human rights. In this respect, we can assert that human rights are derived from the inherent dignity and worth of the human being created in the image of God. As long as we continually try to find the higher law as an anchor of human rights, especially the ultimate higher law in theological area, we can anchor our hope on human rights.

LED 모듈의 광질 및 점멸주기에 따른 오이접목묘의 활착 및 생장 특성

This study was conducted to investigate the graft-taking and growth of grafted cucumber seedlings as affected by light quality and blink cycle of LED modules. Four light quality treatments, namely blue, red, blue+red, white LED and four blink cycle levels of 5s/5s, 7s/3s, 9s/1s and control were provided to investigate the effect of lighting quality and blink cycle on the graft-taking and growth of grafted cucumber seedlings. Photoperiod for the control was 12/12 h. Photosynthetic photon flux, air temperature, and relative humidity for healing were maintained at 100μmol·m-2·s-1, 25oC, and 90%, respectively. There was no significant difference in graft-taking of grafted cucumber seedlings according to light quality except the blue LED with the blink cycle of 5s/5s. Regardless of the blink cycle, there was no significant difference in graft-taking of cucumber seedlings healed under red, blue+red, and white LED modules. These results implied that the effects of light quality and blink cycle on the graft-taking were not significant. Differences in the leaf length, leaf area, and fresh weight of cucumber seedlings healed blue or red LED with the blink cycle of 9s/1s were found to be significant. There was no significant effect of the blink cycle on the growth of cucumber seedlings healed under white LED modules. The prices of white LED are gradually falling due to increased demand. Considering the manufacturing unit price of white LED modules, the cost savings of 10-15% are expected as compared to the conventional blue/red LED modules. Therefore, it was concluded that the use of white LED modules will be economical as an artificial lighting sources for healing of grafted seedlings. 본 연구는 활착실 내의 인공광원으로 사용되는 LED 모듈의 광질 및 점멸주기가 오이접목묘의 활착 및 생장특성에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해서 LED 모듈의 광질을 4수준(청색광, 적색광, 청색광/적색광 혼합, 백색광)으로 설정하였다. 또한 점멸주기를 4수준(5s/5s, 7s/3s, 9s/1s, control)으로 설정하였다. 대조구의명기와 암기는 12h 간격으로 반복되었다. 활착실 내의 광합성유효광양자속, 기온 및 습도를 각각 100μmol·m-2·s-1, 25oC, 90%로 조절하였다. 오이접목묘의 활착에 미치는광질의 효과는 5s/5s의 점멸주기를 지닌 청색광 처리구를 제외하면 유의차가 나타나지 않았다. 더구나, 점멸주기와 무관하게 적색LED, 청색/적색 혼합 LED, 백색LED 처리구에서의 활착율에 유의차가 없었다. 이러한결과는 접목묘의 활착에 미치는 광질 또는 점멸주기의영향이 없음을 의미하는 것이다. 오이접목묘의 엽장, 엽면적, 생체중에 미치는 광질과 점멸주기의 영향은 청색또는 적색LED의 9s/1s 주기에서 유의차가 인정될 만큼높게 나타났다. 백색LED하에서 활착된 오이접목묘의 생장에 미치는 점멸주기의 영향은 유의차가 없었다. 따라서 백색LED 모듈의 지속적인 수요 증가와 제조단가 등을 고려할 때 활착용 조명으로 백색LED의 활용이 경제적으로 유리할 것이다.
