장기 임대 주택 공급 확대와 주택 시장 안정

정부가 지난 1월 31일 부동산 대책을 또 내놨다. 장기 임대 주택을 지속적으로 확대 공급하겠다는 게 골자다. 또한 새롭게 펀드형 임대주택이라는 방식까지 제안하고 있다. 임대 주택의 실효성 여부와 이것이 주택 시장 전반에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보자.

빠르게 진행하는 망막하 농양을 동반한 내인성 세균성 안내염

Purpose: To report a case of a rapidly progressive endogenous endophthalmitis with subretinal abscess that involved the macula and was treated with early vitrectomy. Case summary: A 42-year-old man with liver cirrhosis, hepatic cellular carcinoma and diabetes, who underwent regular fundus checkup for diabetic retinopathy presented with reduced vision, ocular pain in the left eye and headache. Indirect ophthalmoscopy showed subretinal abscess approximately five times the optic disc size and surrounding retinal hemorrhage in the nasal upper quadrant. A provisional diagnosis of bacterial endophthalmitis was made based on systemic disease and funduscopic findings. Treatment with topical and systemic empirical antibiotics was initiated along with intravitreal vancomycin and ceftazidime injection. Despite the treatment, after 24 hours the abscess size increased to approximately 10 times the optic disc size and began to involve the macula. The patient underwent diagnostic and therapeutic pars plana vitrectomy as well as vitreous and abscess content cultures. MRSA was found in a blood culture test. Five days postoperatively, the patient’s vision and symptoms improved significantly and the residual lesion was cleared, with retinal scars. Conclusions: In a patient with endogenous endophthalmitis with subretinal abscess, presence of macular invasion and rate of progression is important in determining the time and method of operation. In this case, early vitrectomy was a good choice to preserve macular structure and the patient’s visual acuity. J Korean Ophthalmol Soc 2013;54(11):1794-1799

스포츠 의류용 투습직물의 역학특성과 의류형성성능 특성

This study investigated garment formability of the 73 breathable fabrics for sports-wear garment and their fabric mechanical properties were measured using KES-FB and FAST systems. Predicted garment formability from the mechanical properties measured using KES-FB and FAST systems was compared and discussed with fabric structural parameters. In addition, virtual 3D simulation silhouette by I-designer CAD system wear appearance by simulation using 3D CAD system. And compared with FAST finger chart by mechanical properties of FAST system. The correlation coefficients of extensibility and shear modulus between KES-FB and FAST systems were high, however, bending rigidity and compressibility showed relatively low correlation coefficients. The correlation coefficient of garment formability of breathable fabrics between KES-FB and FAST systems was 0.82. It revealed that garment formability can be predicted from fabric mechanical properties by KES-FB and FAST systems. The garment formability of nylon breathable fabric was higher than that of PET one, and the garment formability of laminated breathable fabric showed the highest value compared to coated, dot and hot melt laminated breathable fabrics. It revealed that garment formability of breathable fabrics for sports-wear can be predicted from fabric mechanical properties and garment formability was dependent on the materials, finishing method and fabric structural parameters.

미분양으로 인한 건설사들의 경영난-빠른 대책없으면 심각한 내수 침체 가능성

노인성치매(老人性痴呆)에 대(對)한 문헌적(文獻的) 고찰(考察)

The study has been carried out to investigate of the senile dementia by referring to 35 literratures. The results were as follows ; 1. In oriental medical science, senile dementia is belong to the category of dullness(매病), insanity(癲狂證), weak(虛勞), amnesia(健忘), etc. 2. The cause of senile dementia summarize the phlegm preventid-heart hole(痰迷心竅), marrow lack(髓海不足), aged follow weaking of body and disfunction of the internal organs(年老體弱과 臟腑機能 失調), the bad blood with vatal block(氣滯血瘀), feeling inharmony, etc in the view of oriental medical science and make the vanishment of the cerebral atrophy and the cerebral cell but havn't indicated the remarkable cause in that of western medical science. The diseases with cause make a point of Alzheimer's dementia, frequent infarction dementia, etc and psychological and environmental factor too. The marrow lack is related to Alzheimer's dementia, the feeling inharmony, psychologic and environmental factor, the phlegm prevented-heart hole and bad blood with vatal block, frequent infarction dementia. 3. The senile dementia is related cleary to the function of the internal organs in oriental medical sciences respect Especially in relation to kidney and marrow, it is presented new cause view to solve the cure problem of western medical science is studying its cause only the anatomic pathology with cerebrum and is thinking to solve cure possibility. 4. The symptom of senile dementia is as follows. The obstacle of a aspect of the Language, Emotion, Behavior. mute, speech inversion, sometimes a laugh sometimes a cry, behavior strange, failure of memory etc. 5. The treatment of senile dementia is follows. The methodes of cure apply phlegm changed-mud(豁痰化濁), self-kidney and added marrow(補腎益髓), self-energy and nutritive blood(益氣補血), vital blood(祛瘀活血), peace of mind and relief(安神情志). The medicines of cure make the most of (sesimtang, jwagui-hwan, tonggwuhwalhuel tang) add and subtract, daeboweonjeon, guibitang, and so on.

투습도 측정방법에 따른 스포츠웨어용 투습직물의 투습특성

This study investigated water vapor permeability of the 73 breathable fabrics for sports-wear according to the materials, finishing methods and fabric structural parameters. The water vapor permeability by KS K 0594 method of PET breathable fabric was superior than that of nylon one, in addition, water vapor permeability of coated or laminated breathable fabrics were higher than those of hot melt or dot laminated fabrics. The water vapor permeability of breathable fabric was dependent on the thickness, weight and density, which was consistent with measuring method. However, water vapor permeability according to materials and finishing method showed different results according to measuring method. The correlation coefficient of WVP of PET breathable fabrics between ISO and KS K measuring methods was -0.83 and the correlation coefficient of WVP of coated breathable fabrics was -0.72 and -0.71 for KS K and ASTM and -0.72 for KS K and ISO in hot melt laminated breathable fabrics. According to regression analysis, WVP of PET breathable fabric by both KSK and ISO measuring methods was highly dependent upon on the density and weight. In addition, WVP of hot melt laminated breathable fabric was highly dependent upon thickness, weight and density. Therefore, relevant measuring method for WVP of breathable fabrics has to be adopted to measure precise breathability.

실수요자 중심의 청약 제도 개편의 실과 득

9월부터 분양가 상한제와 청약 가점제가 도입된다. 이는 주택 구입 능력이 없는 계층에게 과도한 인센티브를 부여했다는 점과 상대적으로 실수요자가 많은 1주택자들, 핵가족 도시 근로자나 이혼 가구, 신혼부부에게는 불리할 수 밖에 없어 현실성이 떨어진다는 지적이다.

동복호 (同福湖) 유입하천의 조류증식능에 (藻類增植能) 관한 연구

On filtered and autoclaved water samples from the upper stream of Lake Tong-Bok, physico-chemical analysis and algal growth potential (AGP) test using Selenastrum capricornutum Printz were performed from October, 1991 to July, 1992 in order to assess fertility potential of the lake and to identify possible limiting nutrients. Water temperature of the lake was fluctuated from 3.8℃ to 30.7℃, the range of pH was 6.0 to 8.0, the level of dissolved oxygen ranged from 5.5㎎/ℓ to 14.4㎎/ℓ, biochemical oxygen demand varied from 0.3㎎/ℓ to 7.6㎎/ℓ, and suspended solides was fluctuated from 0.7 ㎎/ℓ to 24.5㎎/ℓ. Results of nutrient analysis were as followings. The level ammonia was from ND(<0.01㎎/ℓ) to 0.74㎎/ℓ, nitrite and nitrate were ND(<0.01㎎/ℓ) - 0.06 ㎎/ℓ, 0.09㎎/ℓ - 1.33㎎/ℓ respectively. The range of phosphate level varied from ND(<0. 01㎎/ℓ) -0.24㎎/ℓ, and total phosphorus was fluctuated 0.04㎎/ℓ - 0.63㎎/ℓ. Algal growth potentials of the filtered and filtered after autoclaved samples were 0.1 ㎎/ℓ - 21.0㎎/ℓ and 2.9㎎/ℓ - 13.9㎎/ℓ respectively during surveyed period. AGP of the filtered after autoclaved were higer than those of the filtered only except some specific sites. The points of maximum growth were measured after addition of N, P, Fe and EDTA each in comparison with unenriched (control) samples. Phosphate appeared to be the major limiting element in AGP test for a tested organism throuhgout the year, especially during spring and summer. According to trophic level by Sudo(1980), it was estimated that Tong-Bok stream was eutrophic, Nae-Puk stream was oligo-mesotrophic, and all other streams of Lake Tong-Bok were mesotropic.
