This study analyzed betting action for baseball elite-player and general student. For this purpose, baseball elite-player and genaral student were selected to analyze and compare baseball betting action. The results are as follows. In the first operation, the right shoulder is fully opened and the right elbow is bent sufficiently to reduce unnecessary compensatory action. The left wrist angle keeps up to E2 and gradually spreads from E3, while the right wrist keeps up to E2, then bends at E3 and eases at E4.
PECVD SiON 절연막을 이용한 4H-SiC MOS 소자 특성 연구

본 논문에서는 플라즈마 화학기상증착 (plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition, PECVD) 방식을 이용한 산질화규소(Silicon oxynitride, SiON) 절연체를 이용하여 4H-SiC metal-oxide-semiconductor (MOS) 소자를 제작하고 특성 분석을 수행하였다. 제작된 소자는 금속 증착 후 열처리 과정 (post metallization annealing, PMA)을 통하여 트랩 밀도가 크게 감소하는 것을 확인하였으며, 특히 $500^{\circ}C$의 forming gas 분위기에서 열처리 된 소자의 경우 매우 뛰어난 MOS 특성을 나타내었다. 본 연구를 통하여 4H-SiC MOS 구조를 위한 대체 게이트 절연체로써 PECVD SiON의 활용 가능성을 확인 할 수 있었다. In this work, we have investigated the characteristics of 4H-SiC metal-oxide-semiconductor (MOS) devices with silicon oxynitride (SiON) insulator using plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD). After post metallization annealing, the trap densities of the fabricated devices decreased significantly. In particular, the device annealed at $500^{\circ}C$ in forming gas ambient exhibited excellent MOS characteristics along with negligible hysteresis, which proved the potential of PECVD SiON as an alternative gate insulator for use in 4H-SiC MOS device.
단결정 β-Ga<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> 반도체를 이용한 쇼트키 배리어 다이오드 제작

In this study, we have fabricated Schottky barrier diodes (SBD) on single-crystal ${\beta}-Ga_2O_3$ semiconductor that has received much attention for use in next-generation power devices. The SBD had a Pt/Ti/Au Schottky contact on a $2{\mu}m$ Sn-doped low concentration N-type epitaxial layer. The fabricated device exhibited a breakdown voltage of > 180 V, a specific on-resistance of $1.26m{\Omega}{\cdot}cm^2$, and forward current densities of $77A/cm^2$ at 1 V and $473A/cm^2$ at 1.5 V, which proved the potential for use in power device fabrication. 본 연구에서는 최근 차세대 전력 반도체로 관심을 받고 있는 단결정 ${\beta}-Ga_2O_3$를 이용한 쇼트키 배리어 다이오드 제작 및 특성 분석을 수행하였다. 쇼트키 배리어 다이오드는 Sn으로 도핑된 $2{\mu}m$ 두께의 저농도 N 타입 에피층 상에 Pt/Ti/Au 쇼트키 접합으로 제작되었으며 측정된 특성은 > 180 V의 항복전압, $1.26m{\Omega}{\cdot}cm^2$의 온 저항, 그리고 1 V의 순 방향 전압에서 $77A/cm^2$, 1.5 V에서 $473A/cm^2$의 순방향 전류 특성을 나타내었다. 본 연구를 통하여 단결정 ${\beta}-Ga_2O_3$의 전력반도체 활용 가능성을 확인 할 수 있었다.

The purpose of the this study was to research the interrelationship of periodontal status and patient's age between diabetic group and non-diabetic group and compare that of periodontal status according to the blood sugar level and duration of diabetics. The participants of this study were 52 diabetic patients and 51 non-diabetic patients. The diabetic group and non-diabetic group were further divided into four subgroups according to the age(under 35 years old, 36 - 45 years old, 46 - 55 years old, over 56 years old) and the diabetic group was further divided into three subgroups according to the duration of diabetics (under 5 years, 6 - 10 years, over 11 years) and blood sugar level(under 140mg/100ml, 140-200mg/100ml, over 200mg /100ml), respectively. Author evaluated such periodontal status as plaque index and calculus index, gingival lndex, loss of attachment, papillary bleeding index, tooth mobility and missing teeth, and then data was statistically analyzed by SPSS/PC+ using ANOVA, respectively. The results were as follows: 1. The mean value of plaque index, gingival index, loss of attachment, papillary bleeding index, tooth mobility and missing teeth of diabetic patients were significantly higher than that of non-diabetic patients, respectively(p <0.01, p<0.01, p<0.01, p<0.01, p<0.001, p<0.001), but there was no significant difference between diabetic group and non-diabetic group in calculus index(P>0.05). 2. According to the increase of age, loss of attachment and missing teeth were increased in both group, and correlation of each subgroup was statistically significant, respectively(p<0.05, p<0.001). 3. According to the elevation of blood sugar level of diabetics, plaque index, gingival index, loss of attachment, papillary bleeding index, tooth mobility and missing teeth were increased in diabetic group, and correlation of each subgroup was statistically significant, respectively (p<0.05, p<0.05, p<0.05, p<0.05, p<0.001, p<0.001). 4. According to the duration of diabetics, plaque index, gingival index, loss of attachment, papillary bleeding index, tooth mobility and missing teeth were increased in diabetic group, and correlation of each subgroup was statistically significant, respectively(p<0.05, p<0.05, p<0.05, p<0.05, p<0.001, p<0.001).
중·고등학교 생물분야 학습을 위한 멀티미디어 데이터베이스 개발 연구 1 : 중학교 생물분야

This study was performed for the purpose of the development of multimedia database for biology instruction of middle school. This database was made of HTML record for each middle unit according to the biology curriculum, and was included a variety of letter, graph, Picture, drawing, animation, and other moving image materials. And it was composed of six coursewares(learning context, inquiry activity, practical science, image material, test item, and terminology dictionary). The coursewares are as follows: 1. Learning context: The main learning context of each middle unit was summarized and explained by the analysis of eight types of science textbooks authorized through the Board of Education. 2. Inquiry activity: This section was contained the explanation for experiment, experimental process, analytic method, and discussion and conclusion. It also offered helpful information to facilitate data analysis and discussion. This section eras included the all inquiry activity sources of eight types of textbooks. That is, there was included 23 types of the lst grade, 36 types of the 2nd grade, and 23 types of the 3rd grade books in this section. 3. Practical science: This section was provided to the form of reading materials for examples of real life, and science history. Special attention was given to the areas of science, technology, and society. This section was included 15 types of the lst grade, 15 types of the 2nd grade, 18 types of the 3rd grade books. 4. Image material: This image material was included calor picture; stop image, and moving image, and 22 types of the 1st grade, 28 types of the 2nd grade, 47 types of the 3rd grade. 5. Test item: This section is the database to test the result of learning activity, and there was included 18 items of the lst grade, 18 items of the 2nd grade, and 57 item of the 3rd grade. 6. Terminology dictionary: A terminology dictionary was provided with the explanation to assist the understanding of student and teacher for difficult terminology concept in the unit. This section was included 124 items of the 1st grade, 147 items of the 2nd grade and 159 items of the 3rd grade. This database is uploaded an Internet website under Science Education Research Institute of Kongju National University, and also is provided to a CD-ROM title. We think that this database may be very useful to practical inquiry instruction because of including a variety of the multimedia instruction materials for the biology field of middle school.
