In this paper, we propose a new approach to design and control a smart gripper of robot system. A control method for flexible grasping a object in partially unknown environment was proposed, where a proximate sensor detecting the distance between the fingertip and object was used. Based on the proximate sensor signal the finger motion controller could plan the grasping process divided in three phases. The first step is scanning process which two first joints were moved to mid-position of the detected range by a state-variable feedback position controller, after the scanning was finished. The contact force of fingertip was then controlled using the detection sensor of the servo controller for finger joint control. The proposed grasping planning was tested on rectangular bar.

This study developed a growth model for Larix leptolepis based on the WLS model to examine the effects of climate change on them. The site index was chosen as the dependent variable and location, weather, and edaphic factor were chosen as independent variables. Simulations were performed under three A1B climate change scenarios with the temperature ranging from -3.3oC to +3.3oC. The simulation results showed that the site index decreased with peak at -0.8oC. The decrease level of the site index by region was also analyzed. Each scenario, site index has decreased mostly but some region was increased. When the temperature increased up to 3oC, site index was decreased to everywhere.

본 논문에서는 Wii-Remote 방식의 터치스크린과 사용자 편의 제공을 위한 슬라이드 센서 기반의 IR-remote를 제안한다. 기존의 Wii-Remote 기반의 IR-pen은 터치 기능만을 제공하기 때문에 Wii-mote를 보다 유연하게 사용 할 수 없었다. 이에 우리는 Arduino를 기반으로 작동하는 슬라이드 센서를 추가하여 다기능 IR-pen을 구현하고자 한다. 결과적으로 본 논문에서는 Arduino BT와 slide sensor를 연동하여 추가한 IR-pen을 통해 확대 및 축소, 음향조절, 스크롤 바 등 마우스의 휠 기능을 제공함으로써 flexible한 IR-remote를 구현한다. In this paper, we propose Wii-Remote and Touch features by IR-remote based on slide sensor for convenience of user. In former days, we could'nt be used flexibly Wii-mote because past IR-pen offer only touch function. We suppose IR-pen having many function by adding slide sensor. Consequently, in this paper, we implement flexible IR-remote added Arduino BT and slide sensor by offering wheel function of mouse(zoom in/out, voluming, scroll bar, etc).
한국인 남성에서 자폐스펙트럼장애와 DLX6 유전자 단일염기다형성간 연관성 연구

Objectives:Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a neurodevelopmental disorder that is characterized by abnormalities of social functioning, communication and behavior. The association of the 7q21-34 region with ASD has been reported. The DLX6 gene, which is located at the 7q22 region, is one of the positional and functional candidate genes for ASD. We found that there is no association between DLX6 polymorphisms and ASD in the Korean male population. Methods:We selected three single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) that might be implicated in the change of the DLX6 gene expression. The genomic DNA was collected from the venous blood of 147 male controls and 179 male patients with ASD. The genotypes of the selected SNPs were determined using the Illumina GoldenGate assay, and the statistical analyses were performed using HapAnalyzer software and SAS Enterprise. Results:We found no association of the three SNPs in the DLX6 gene with ASD in the Korean male population. Conclusion:Our study suggests that the three SNPs in the DLX6 gene are not associated with ASD, and we need to analyze the previously reported regions for their associations with ASD.
