접촉요소를 이용한 유한요소법에 의한 타이어 가류브레더 팽창거동에 관한 연구

In curing process of tire, contact and slip occurs between green tire and curing bladder. The curing process is a critical step in the manufacture of tires. In this investigation, curing bladder shaping is examined using a finite element method. Specifically, a finite element model between the inner part of green tire and the outer part of curing bladder is generated using contact element and curing bladder is generated using incompressible element. Numerical analysis are performed on two different bladder types, different overall outer diameters of curing bladder and different heights of curing bladder. Numerical results show that contact pressure is increased by using toroidal type of curing bladder, increasing overall diameter and increasing height of curing bladder. To obtain natural equilibrium carcass line, there is a requirement in increasing contact pressure of the section between side and bead.

차량의 동적특성, 즉 소음, 진동, 승차감 및 조종안정성능 등에 중요한 영향을 미치는 부품중에 하나로 차체의 중량을 지지하고 노면과 접촉하여 회전하면서 조타성을 지니는 타이어를 고려하지 않을 수 없다. 지금까지의 이러한 타이어 최적설계에 이용되어지고 있는 예측기법으로는 유한요소해석 방법이 널리 활용되어 지고 있으나, 이는 타이어에 공기압 주입 및 차량의 조종안정성능이 우수한 타이어 제품개발 및 개선을 위해 차량 주행시 타이어와 노면과의 접지면에 작용하는 힘과 모멘트를 예측할 수 있는 유한요소해석 적용기법을 개발하였으며,이러한 해석기법을 통한 결과와 실측치는 매우 유사한 관계를 지니고 있음을 알 수 있었다. It is known that tire plays an important role to the dynamic performances of a vehicle such as noise, vibration, ride and handling. Therefore, force and moment measurements have been a part of the traditional tire engineering process. In this paper, a computational analysis technique has been explored. A FE model is made to simulate inflation, vertical load due to the vehicle weight, and the slow rolling of a radial tire. A rigid surface with Coulomb friction is included in the model to simulate the slow rolling contact. The tire slip during the in-plane motion of the rigid surface is calculated. Results are presented for both lateral and vertical loads, as well as straight ahead free rolling. The calculated and measured tire slips are in good correlation. In this paper, we present, based on a systematic job analysis, the definition, flowchart and description of Ship Building & Ocean Engineering Technician’s job in Ship Building & Ocean Engineering Industry for developing an Ship Building & Ocean Engineering education and training program in the context of Korea situation. In addition, it is suggested that the courses be directed toward job site-centered reform through conducting job analysis with experts in the environmental industry. serving new courses demanded by industries in practice and providing training programs for industries.

In this paper, stability of ultra precision cutting unit is analyzed and this unit is the kernel unit in ultra precision processing machine. According to alteration of shape and material about hinge, stability investigation is performed. Through this stability investigation, trial and error is reduced in design and manufacture, at the same time, we are accumulated foundation data for unit control.
