宇治十帖の方途-薫の道心と恋の構造

本稿では、第三部の物語のはじめの部分といえる「匂宮三帖」における薫の道心と恋のあり方について考察した。第三部の最初の巻「匂兵部卿」には、薫が初めて登場し、彼の道心の由来が述べられている。「匂兵部卿」巻の表現構造では、光源氏と薫を比較対照しつつ、薫のみではなくその道心をも相対化している語りの構造が見られる。薫の道心は彼の幼い時に聞いた自らの出生に関する疑惑に根ざしている。薫は自分の実父が柏木であることを知っているが、以後の物語において、柏木の罪が薫の内面において深く問い直されることはなく、薫の出生の秘密が外化する方向にも物語は展開しない。薫における柏木の「罪」の行方は、第三部の三番目の巻「竹河」と「匂兵部卿」巻との比較を通じて明らかになる。竹河巻は、匂兵部卿巻に語られていたことを「ひが事」と否定することにより、薫の出生の秘事を表面上払拭し、薫の恋における姿を語り出すことができたと考えられる。また、竹河巻では、表面上は薫の秘事について語らない形式を取りつつも、語りや表現のレベルにおいて薫における柏木の「影」を暗示していく〈物語の方法〉が用いられており、こうした〈語りの方法〉は「宇治十帖」において一貫して見られている。竹河巻は、まさしく「宇治十帖」の序として、主人公薫の生のあり方、薫をめぐる語りの方法を象徴的に示している巻であると思われる。 In 「Niobyeongbukyeong」 which is the first volume of 『Genji Monogatari』 composed of three parts, the main character, Kaoru appears for the first time, and the origin of his Buddhist doctrines is described. In the analysis on the representation structure of the relevant volume, it takes the structure of katari that relativizes not only Kaoru, but also his Buddhist doctrines by comparing and contrasting Hikaru Genji and Kaoru. Kaoru’s Buddhist doctrines is rooted in his doubt about his own birth that was told in his childhood. Even though Kaoru knows that his real father is Kashiwagi, the following monogatari does not describe the scenes in which Kaoru agonizes over Kashiwagi’s sin, and does not even reveal the secret of Kaoru’s birth. The monogatari in the third part does not show the method to explore the meanings of < sin > in the character’s inner side just as the second part. The third volume 「Takegawa」 of the third part is very remarkable in the aspect of issues like gatari and character set-up. The volume 「Takegawa」 denies what has been told in the volume 「Niobyeongbugyeong」 as a 「wrong story」, which is to superficially dispel the secret of Kaoru’s birth, and also to start talking about Kaoru’s look of love.

LOD기반의 재난안전 정보서비스 확장에 관한 연구

본 연구는 재난안전정보의 효율적인 관리와 제공을 위해 LOD기반의 재난안전정보 서비스 모형을 제안하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 온라인 조사 및 오프라인 인터뷰를 수행하여 재난안전정보 제공 현황을 분석하였으며, 재난안전정보를 6가지 영역으로 구분하였다. 재난안전정보 영역과 함께 도출된 재난안전정보 LOD 구축 시 고려해야 할 사항들을 기반으로 본 연구는 재난안전정보 LOD의 구축 과정을 상세하게 제시하였다. LOD 구축 과정은 한국정보화진흥원에서 발간한 링크드 데이터 구축 공정 가이드를 적용하였다. 특히, 재난안전정보 6가지 영역을 토대로 표준용어집 및 모델링 도구를 활용하여 온톨로지 개념 모델을 정의하였으며, 이를 기반으로 클래스와 속성을 제시하였다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 재난안전정보의 활용성이 극대화될 수 있을 것이라 기대할 수 있다. This study aims to propose disaster safety information service model based on LOD for effective management and dissemination of the information. To achieve the aim of this study, current state of disaster safety information was analyzed through online search and face-to-face interviews, and then the information was divided into 6 types. Finally, this study proposed specific process of building disaster safety information LOD service with considerations reflecting the information characteristics. The process for building LOD was based on Guidelines for Building Linked Data written by National Information Society Agency. Especially, ontology concept model was defined by using standard lexical resources and modeling tools based on 6 types of disaster safety information, and classes and properties were proposed. The results of this study will make disaster safety information more useful for common people.

TiAlN 코팅드릴의 구멍가공특성에 관한 연구

An experimental study on drilling of stainless steel is conducted using TiAlN coated drills and HSS twist drills with several cutting conditions; feed rate, spindle rotational speed, and dry/wet cutting. The effects of number of hole on the thrust force are examined by cutting force measurement. The flank wear of the drills and the change of hole diameter are quantitatively observed using a vision system. It is found that the thrust force in drilling with TiAlN coated drills decrease under dry and wet machining, whereas the flank wear resistance is improved.

Arare case of primary malignant melanoma of central nervous system in 12-month-old infant with neuro-cutaneous melanosis is presented. Primary malignant melanomas in central nervous system are very rare in children, however, it is known that leptomeningeal melanosis is malignant in 40-50% with neurocutaneous melanosis. Spinal MRI, brain CT and MRI showed diffuse intradural extramedullary mass of entire spinal cord and enhancing mass in brain stem. CSF cytology revealed abnormal cells. Biopsy from leptomeninges of posterior fossa was compatible with malignant melanoma.

Micellization range and cmc for the dilute aqueous solution of sucrose monoesters, that is, sucrose monolaurate, sucrose monomyristate, sucrose monopalmitate, sucrose monostearate and sucrose monooleate were investigated by computer programming. The extreme of the curvature of σ(C) as a new suggested method to determine the cmc and the micellization range was accomplished with computer programming. The values of cmc and micellization range can be obtained by the extreme of the curve by direct processing of only a few experimental data. The values of cmc particulary was in good agreement with those deduced intuitively from the shape of experimental curves of σ(C).

해양바이오에너지 개발사업의 경제적 파급효과

We need to develop new renewable energy that could fundamentally replace fossil fuel, since the volume of economy and industry of our time becomes uncontrollably enormous. One of the alternative is to develop energy based on marine biomass, which would meet environment and energy needs at the same time. The marine bio-energy productions is supposed to occupy 50% to 500 million TOE in bio-energy production that is based on the Korean 3rd new renewable energy technology development, utilization, supply plan until 2030. This study attempts to apply input-output analysis to investigating the economic impacts of marine bio-energy development project in the Korean national economy. More specifically, this study shows what national economy effect of production-inducing effect, value-added inducing effect, employment-inducing effect, and R&D-inducing effect are explored with demand-driven model. Furthermore, this study attempts to define and classify the marine bio-energy development project sector from I-O table. Also, this study pays particular attention to marine bio-energy development project by taking the industry as exogenous specification and then investigating its economic impacts. The Marine bio-energy development project case 223 billion won, production-inducing effect, value-added inducing effect, and employment-inducing effect are 312 billion won, 87 billion won, 1,151 persons, and 5 billion won respectively. These quantitative information can be usefully utilized in the policy-making for the industrialization of marine bio-energy development project. 경제 발전과 산업의 발달로 화석연료를 대체할 신재생에너지 개발의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 환경과 에너지 문제를 동시에 해결할 수 있는 에너지 개발이 필수적이며, 그 대안으로 해양 미생물에 기초한 신재생에너지 개발이 해결방법으로 떠오르고 있다. 정부의 제3차 신 재생에너지 기술개발 및 이용 보급 계획에 근거하여, 2030년까지 바이오에너지 부분의 50%인 500만TOE를 해양 바이오에너지에서 생산하려 한다. 본 연구는 국가 경제에서 해양바이오에너지 개발사업이 국내 경제에 미치는 파급효과에 대하여 산업연관분석을 적용하여 분석하고자 한다. 생산유발, 부가가치 유발, 취업유발에 미치는 효과 및 연구개발 유발효과 4가지를 분석하되, 수요유도형 모형을 적용한 분석 결과를 제시한다. 한국은행 산업연관표 기본부문 기준 403부문 중에서 66개 부문을 해양 바이오에너지 관련 부문이라 정의한 후, 해양바이오에너지 관련 부문을 중심에 놓고 이를 외생화하여 분석한다. 해양바이오에너지 개발사업에 2,234억원의 예산이 투입되면, 생산유발효과 3,123억원, 부가가치 유발효과 865억원, 취업유발효과 1,151명, 연구개발 유발효과 47.8억원으로 분석되었다. 이러한 정량적 정보는 해양바이오에너지 개발사업의 상용화에 대한 정책 결정에 활용될 수 있다.

가미대강활탕(加味大羌活湯)이 Collagen II로 유발된 관절염 생쥐모델에 미치는 면역학적 연구

This study was carried out to know the immunological effect of GDGT on CIA(collagen induced arthritis) mice, a model of rheumatoid arthritis. For this purpose, GDGT was orally administerd to mice with arthritis induced by collagen II and then value of cytotoxicity on hFLSs and liver, the arthritis index, immunocyte in paw joint and DNL, rheumatoid factor (IgG and IgM), collagen II specific antibody in the serum were measured. The cytotoxicity were not shown on hFLSs and liver. The arthritis index decreased significantly after 3 week. In total cell counts of DLN and paw joint, there was a significant increase in DLN and significant decrease in paw joint. In DNL, $CD19^+$, $CD3^+$, $CD4^+$, $CD3^+/CD69^+$, $CD8^+$, $CD4^+/CD25^+$, $ CD3^+/CD49b^+$ cells increased significantly. In Paw joints, $CD3^+$, $ CD4^+$, $CD4^+/CD25^+$ cells decreased significantly. The level of serum IgG and IgM decreased significantly. The level of collagen II in the serum was decreased significantly. Marginal erosion, necrotic chodrocytes, cartilage and bone degradation were improved in histological section of paw joints. The results present significant immunological effect of GDGT on rats with arthritis induced by collgen II. So we expect that GDGT should be used as a effective drugs for not only rheumatoid arthritis but also another auto-immune disease.
