The biological wastewater treatment system is known to have an important role in reducing the quantify of enteric virus in water environments. To clarify the roles of activated sludge microbes in decreasing the virus infectivity, the behavior of the virus in bacteria, protozoa, and metazoa was examined by pure or mixed culture system using poliovirus type 1(Lsc, 2ab strain). In the bacterial culture systems, the virus infectivity in the liquid phase decreased by a reversible adsorption of the virus to the bacteria or bacterial flocs. On the other hand, in the protozoa and the metazoa culture systems using T. pyriformis and P. erythrophthalma, respectively, with a variety of bacterial strains as prey, the main virus decrease mechanism of reversible adsorption in early stage was changed to irreversible predation, which was not eluted in this study. The virus decrease was more effective in the P. erythrophthalma culture system, which had high predation and floc forming abilities. However, in the mixed culture system of Z. ramigera and P. erythrophthalma, the more rapid reversible adsorption of virus to Z. ramigera flocs preceded the irreversible predation of P. erythrophthalma.

본 연구는 심리적반발이론에 근거하여, 온라인 학습서비스의 동영상 강의시청맥락에서 사용자의 시스템 통제권을 제약하는 역발상적인 시스템 요인을 제시하였다. 이를 통해 사용자로 하여금 통제성의 상실감에 대한 인지(인지된 비통제성)가 강의 시청에서의 집중을 유도할 수 있음을 기존 연구에 대한 탐색을 통해 이론적 근거를 들어 가설화 하였고, 실험과 설문을 통해 가설 검증을 위한 데이터를 수집하였으며, 이를 분석, 설정된 가설이 통계적으로 유의미함을 검증하였다. Based on Psychological reactance theory, we presented a creative system feature which could restrict the user`s perceived control. Through this, we had set hypotheses insisting perception of user`s deprived freedom could cause user`s concentration on lecture, also collected data to confirm our hypotheses. Finally, we analyzed the data, so that investigated they are all statistically signified.

도시재생사업의 주민만족도에 대한 창원과 청주 사례 비교분석

This study selected two representative urban-regeneration projects in Changwon-city (Chang-dong, Odong-dong, and Nosan-dong) and Cheongju-city (Jungang-dong, Sajik-2dong). Changwon-city regeneration project is a representative project led by the national government, and Cheongju-city project became famous nationwide because residents started the project voluntarily. This study intended to identify what factors affect urban-regeneration project and how much these factors influenced residents satisfaction on such projects. As the results of the analysis, in both cities, Changwon and Cheongju, urban-regeneration participation process and its participant leader influenced urban-regenerations effects and the residents satisfaction level in urban-regeneration project. But, residents acknowledgment in need of urban-regeneration had no influence on both urban-regeneration projects effect and the residents satisfaction level.

Background/Aims: Pancreatic cancer is fatal with a dismal 6-month median survival from diagnosis. Diabetes mellitus is reported to be present up to 33.3 percent of patients with pancreatic cancer. The reason for the high frequency of diabetes is unknown. We studied the prevalence and duration of diabetes in patients with pancreatic cancer and the relationship between the two diseases. Methods: A total of 152 patients with pancreatic cancer diagnosed at Yeungnam University Hospital from January 1999 to December 2001 were enrolled in this study. Clinical features, family history, smoking history, and characteristics of the tumor were compared between diabetic and non-diabetic groups. Results: Among 152 patients with pancreatic cancer, 43 patients (28.3%) had diabetes. In diabetic group, mean age of diagnosis was significantly younger than non- diabetic group (62.0±7.2 vs. 65.0±8.8, p<0.05). Most of the patients with diabetes had non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) and did not have family history. Diabetes was diagnosed within 2 years after the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer in 35 patients (74.3%) of the diabetic group. There were no differences in the location and stage of tumor, chief complaints, presence of weight loss, and body mass index between the two groups. Conclusions: Diabetes mellitus occurs frequently in patients with pancreatic cancer and does not influence clinical features of pancreatic cancer. Pancreatic cancer should be suspected in patients with recent onset diabetes, especially in patients without family history of diabetes and with type of NIDDM. (Korean J Gastroenterol 2004;43:35-40)

선행학습을 적용한 학교스포츠클럽 참여 청소년의 자기결정성 동기와 운동몰입 및 운동지속의도의 관계

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relation ship between self-determination motivation, exercise flow and exercise adherence intention of adolescents participating in school sports club through the prior learning. In order to achieve these purposes, a questionnaire survey was conducted with 157 middle and high school students participating in school sports club in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do areas. For data analysis, SPSS 18.0 program was operated, and analyzed such as EFA, Cronbach α, t-Test, oneway ANOVA, correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis were implemented to achieve the study aims. The following conclusions were obtained. 1. Self-determination motivation. In the exercise experience, the higher players appeared high level than other players in the intrinsic motivation and intrinsic regulation. 2. Exercise flow. In the exercises experience, the higher players appeared high level than other players in the cognitive commitment and behavior commitment. 3. Exercise adherence intention. In the exercise experience, the higher players appeared high level than other players in the predisposing and enabling. 4. The correlation between self-determination motivation, exercise flow and exercise adherence intention showed a significant level between each sub-factor. 5. The influence that self-determination motivation and exercise flow types have on exercise adherence intention are intrinsic motivation, intrinsic regulation and behavior commitment.

강원도 스포츠ICT 발전을 위한 정책적 접근

The purpose of this study is to search for methods to integrate the broader scope of sports activities with information and communication technologies (ICT), going beyond the existing sports event industry--which is currently the center of Gangwon Province’s sports industry--and propose policies to establish the field of sports ICT as the major industry of Gangwon Province. This study proposed the following policy directions based on the issues suggested from the industrial status analysis from a policy-wise perspective for the development of sports ICT in Gangwon Province. First, in order to foster sports ICT professionals, the development of text material on the integration between sports and ICT, establishment of a committee that is connected to the Center for Creative Economy and Innovation, operation of a specialized center for venture start-ups, and overseas study programs. Second is the connection with the Center for Creative Economy and Innovation’s infrastructure in order to establish a network supporting system and to promote R&D, the creation and implementation of private networks, and the development of sports contents thru the vitalization of R&D regarding business start-up. Third is the adoption of a consulting team system and operation of a mentoring program to enhance the level of marketing, concluding memorandums of understanding with business consulting entities, and establishing a marketing support service system.

The purpose of this study is to make plans that corporations can participate in the 2018 PyeongChang Olympic Winter Games sponsorship recognized as an attractive marketing platform to raise competitiveness. In particular, policy which raise the participation of corporations located in Kwangwonddo, the venue for the 2018 Olympic Winter Games in the Olympic local sponsor will be showed. For this, the concept of TOP(The Olympic Partner) which the IOC has a direct negotiation right and Local partner which the OCOG has a direct negotiation right are arranged. The propel direction based on analyzing the right, structure, potential power of Local partner are as follow: First, to implement for the Olympic local partner support service. Second, to build cooperation systems for activating participation in the Olympic partner. Third, to promote the relationship between local economic and Olympic partner. Fourth, to set the Kwangwondo Olympic marketing basic plan. However, close cooperation among IOC, the Pyeongchang organizing committee, and Kwangwondo should be formed. Thus, in response, more studies should be prompted.

강원FC 발전방안에 관한 연구

This study is designed to explore a plan for the Gangwon FC development through an analysis of its status. For this purpose, my research has been conducted through an analysis of the status of Gangwon FC and a survey of local and international cases. As regards a plan for the Gangwon FC development , I work based on the suggestions from the analysis of the current status of Gangwon FC and the case analysis, to set basic directions as ‘creating a rapport with provincial people’. ‘seeking diversification of profit sources’, and ‘stable operation of the football club’ and proposed the following suggestions. First, it is about reinforcing regionally-grounded marketing. And I have suggested promotion of GE-project as a way to put it into action. The specifics of GE-project include organizing a regional base, diversifying promotional channels, Second, with regard to diversifying profit sources, I have suggested that Gangwon Province recruit sponsorships from companies that rack up a minimum turnover of 10 billion won among the ones that produce and sell products designated by the province as its strategic items, recruiting sponsorship from the provincial municipalities, diversifying ticket sales into regional season tickets (respectively for Gangneung, Chuncheon, and Wonju) and family tickets, and creating upscale home stadium by creating take-out cafes, spa facilities, shopping facilities, movie places, and lodging facilities. developing regionally grounded products, and strengthening relational marketing. Third, in terms of improving managerial environment and strengthening the financial soundness for the football club, I have suggested forming and operating tentatively named ‘Gangwon FC Management Innovation Committee’ that will perform the role of a control tower that draws up and implements plans to development Gangwon FC and ‘reinforcing the function of the board of directors’ through recruiting financial and public relations directors, while pointing out that financial support is needed for a certain period of time to ensure its continuation from the large framework of ‘grand reconciliation of provincial people’ and that it is desirable for the football club to establish an autarkic plan to secure finance.

국민체육진흥투표권 도입을 통한 동계스포츠 활성화 방안

The purpose of the study is to suggest a policy for exploring the introduction of sports promotion betting tickets for winter sports as a legacy for PyeongChang 2018 Winter Olympic through investigating and analyzing the introduction of sports promotion betting tickets which play a crucial part in creating the sports promotion fund. For this purpose, I have conducted my research through analyzing the current status of Korean sports promotion betting tickets, analyzing the actually introduced sports betting tickets, and analyzing similar cases of legislation for introducing betting tickets for winter sports. The details of the study is divided broadly into the four parts: the analysis of the current status of Korean sports promotion betting tickets, the analysis of the actually introduced sports betting tickets, the analysis of similar cases of legislation for introducing betting tickets for winter sports, and the analysis of policy proposals. To begin with, my theoretical review includes the analysis of the current status of Korean sports promotion betting tickets, which discusses the current status of gambling business in Korea, the background and progress if the introduction of national sports promotion betting tickets, the amount of sold national sports promotion betting tickets, and the size of the national sports promotion fund, and the distribution of revenue. The analysis of the actually introduced sports betting tickets review the overseas cases in Germany, Norway, Sweden etc., and the case in Jejudo which currently operate sports promotion betting tickets for winter sports, coming up with such suggestions as promoting the introduction of sports promotion betting tickets for winter sports which are popular, reducing the prices of betting tickets, and selecting exclusive business operators for winter sports with a view to issuing national sports promotion betting tickets that register less popularity than summer sports. The analysis of similar cases of legislation for introducing betting tickets for winter sports examines National Sports Promotion Act, Bicycle and Motorboat Racing Act, Korea Racing Authority Act, Traditional Bullfighting Match Act, thus verifying the possibility of increasing sports disciplines for national sports promotion betting tickets, and giving suggestions for the need to create Act for Issuing Sports Promotion Betting Tickets for Winter Sports. In policy proposals, based on the suggestions from the analysis of the actually introduced sports betting tickets and the analysis of similar cases of legislation for introducing betting tickets for winter sports.

한ㆍ중 역사에 나타난 마상재(馬上才)의 시대적 특징

본 연구는 인간 생활에 유용하게 사용된 말의 쓰임새 중 놀이적 측면에 해당되는 마상재(馬上才)가 사회변화의 발전에 따라 수용, 변화되어 전승될 수 있었던 시대적 특징을 밝히고자 함에 그 목적이 있다. 마상재는 고대 산악(散樂)ㆍ백희(百戱)의 하나로 인간 생활에 유희를 주던 전문적인 기예였으나 사회발전에 따라 전쟁에서 기병(騎兵)으로 활용되었고 무예의 속성을 갖게 되었다. 하지만 놀이와 무예의 속성을 다 갖고 있기에 무예로만 인식하게 될 경우 편향적인 시각을 가질 수 있다고 보았다. 그리하여 마상재의 어원적 개념, 실재(實在)적 개념, 동물조련술 등을 바탕으로 개념에 대한 재정의를 시도하고 이를 기준삼아 시대적 특징과 함께 연희양상을 살펴보았다. 이에 중국은 선진시대 마상재(馬上才)가 하나의 독립적인 기예로 발전하지 못한 상태였으나 통일왕조가 등장하고 멸망하는 것에 따른 태평성대와 분열ㆍ혼란의 시기가 반복되었지만 결국 문화의 교류의 기반이 되어 수준 높은 연희문화를 만들어냈다. 반면 한국은 고대 중국과의 마상재 연행의 유사성을 통해 교류가 있었음을 유추하였으며 통신사를 통한 일본과의 외교개선을 위해 기교적인 발전을 이루었다. 연희양상으로는 도구 없이 몸으로 연행하는 공수연행과 도구가 있는 도구 연행 그리고 이것들이 병합된 혼용연행의 형태를 띠게 되었다. 이러한 관계를 속에서도 한국의 마상재는 주변국과 보편적인 형태의 마상재 연행이 이루어졌고 부채, 안장, 삼혈총 같은 독특한 연행도구도 사용하는 한국만의 마상재 문화를 만들어 낼 수 있었다. The purpose of this study is to reveal the reasons that horseback circus performance (馬上才) which is for playing aspect among the uses of languages used for human life usefully was accepted, changed and transferred till now by the development and social changes. The horseback circus performance which is one of ancient Sanakbaekhui was a professional accomplishment giving amusement to human life, but it was applied as a cavalry in war and had characteristics of marital arts by social development. This study cannot recognize play’s properties that it had essentially if the horseback circus performance is recognized as only marital art. Therefore, it will be helpful to endure its defective sights. The horseback circus performance of advanced period couldn’t be developed to one independent accomplishment in China, but high-quality playing culture was made by interior/exterior cultural exchanges while the period of division and confusion caused by piece reign’s period and its fall were repeated because of the appearance of strong unification dynasty. In case of equipment playing, the number of equipments is very few. But, Korea’s own culture of horseback circus performance could be flowered by developing separate equipments such as fan, samhyul gun and saddle. Like that, Korean horseback circus performance developed as the separate form was spreaded to Japan and became an origin of Japanese circus (曲馬).
