The biological wastewater treatment system is known to have an important role in reducing the quantify of enteric virus in water environments. To clarify the roles of activated sludge microbes in decreasing the virus infectivity, the behavior of the virus in bacteria, protozoa, and metazoa was examined by pure or mixed culture system using poliovirus type 1(Lsc, 2ab strain). In the bacterial culture systems, the virus infectivity in the liquid phase decreased by a reversible adsorption of the virus to the bacteria or bacterial flocs. On the other hand, in the protozoa and the metazoa culture systems using T. pyriformis and P. erythrophthalma, respectively, with a variety of bacterial strains as prey, the main virus decrease mechanism of reversible adsorption in early stage was changed to irreversible predation, which was not eluted in this study. The virus decrease was more effective in the P. erythrophthalma culture system, which had high predation and floc forming abilities. However, in the mixed culture system of Z. ramigera and P. erythrophthalma, the more rapid reversible adsorption of virus to Z. ramigera flocs preceded the irreversible predation of P. erythrophthalma.

유아의 유치원 적응에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 독립변수인 유아의 유치원적응에 유아들을 담당하고 있는 교사의 지지가 어떠한 영향요인으로 작용하고 있는지 파악하기 위한 연구이다. 연구는 수도권에 위치하고 있는 유치원에 있는 177명의 유아를 설문대상으로 실시하였다. 설문이 실시되기 이전에 예비조사를 진행하였고, 2015년 8월부터 교사의 도움을 받아 본 조사가 실행되었다. 분석결과, 가족스트레스는 유치원 적응에 부적 요인으로 작용하고 있으나, 교사의 지지가 높을수록(β=.614, p<0.01), 유치원에서의 생활에 잘 적응하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 이에 교사는 유치원 내에서 유아에게 적응을 잘할 수 있도록 적극적인 지지를 제공할 필요성이 있다. 교사 지지의 하위변인은 네 가지로 구분되는데 우선 정서적 지지로서, 긍정적인 정서적 표현을 많이 하는 것이 필요하다. 긍정적 표현은 유아로 하여금 교사와의 따뜻한 정서적 관계를 맺게 되어 유치원 적응에 긍정적으로 작용될 수 있다. 둘째는 정보적 지지로서 교사는 유아로 하여금 적절한 정보를 제공함으로서 유치원에 적응하도록 해야 할 것이다. 세 번째 하위변인은 물질적 지지인데 교사들은 기본적인 욕구인 식사나 간식에 대한 적절한 제공이나 선호하는 장난감을 지원함으로써 유치원에서의 적응이 잘 이루어지도록 유도해야할 것이다. 또한 유아를 대상으로 하는 교사의 칭찬과 인정, 또래 유아와의 갈등관계에서 공정한 평가 등도 유치원적응에 영향을 주는 변인이므로 이를 제공해줌으로써 유아로 하여금 유치원에 긍정적으로 적응할 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of teachers" support on kindergarteners. The participants in this study are 177 children attending a kindergarten in Gyeonggi Province. Before the survey was conducted a pilot study was carried out beginning in August 2015 with the help of teachers. The study results show that although children experiencing stress because of their family have a hard time adapting in kindergarten, if the teacher is supportive, those children are able to adapt to kindergarten well(β=.614, p<0.01). Kindergarten teachers need to provide active support to help children adjust well to kindergarten. A teacher"s support is divided into four types of support. First, a teacher’s emotional support and positivity can be effective. Positive expression, which can lead to a child’s warm emotional relationship with their kindergarten teacher, can be positive for the child’s adjustment. Second, teachers, can give support by providing appropriate information on adapting to kindergarten. Third, material support entails providing appropriate meals and snacks as well as toys after considering students’ needs and preferences. Teachers also encourages their students by supporting praise, recognition, fair evaluation so he or she can adapt to kindergarten.

강원도 스포츠ICT 발전을 위한 정책적 접근

본 연구는 강원도 스포츠산업의 중심이라 할 수 있는 기존의 스포츠이벤트산업을 넘어 광의의 스포츠 활동을 매개로 하여 비스포츠분야인 ICT와 융합할 수 있는 방안을 모색함으로써 강원도 주력산업으로서의 위상을 확립할 수 있는 정책을 제언하는 것이 목적이다. 강원도 스포츠ICT 육성을 위한 정책방향에서는 산업 현황 분석을 통해 제시된 시사점을 토대로 다음과 같은 정책 방향을 제시하였다. 첫째, 스포츠 ICT 전문 인력 양성을 위해 융합 기본교재 개발과 창조경제혁신센터와 연계한 위원회 설치, 특화된 창업보육센터 운영, 해외연수 프로그램 추진이다. 둘째, 네트워크 지원체계 구축 및 R&D 활성화 추진을 위해 창조경제혁신센터 인프라 연계, 민간 네트워크 구성 및 추진, 창업 관련 R&D 활성화를 통한 스포츠콘텐츠 개발이다. 셋째, 마케팅 고도화를 위해 컨설팅팀제의 도입과 책임 멘토제 운영, 기업 컨설팅 기관과의 MOU 체결, 마케팅 지원서비스 체계 구축이다. The purpose of this study is to search for methods to integrate the broader scope of sports activities with information and communication technologies (ICT), going beyond the existing sports event industry--which is currently the center of Gangwon Province’s sports industry--and propose policies to establish the field of sports ICT as the major industry of Gangwon Province. This study proposed the following policy directions based on the issues suggested from the industrial status analysis from a policy-wise perspective for the development of sports ICT in Gangwon Province. First, in order to foster sports ICT professionals, the development of text material on the integration between sports and ICT, establishment of a committee that is connected to the Center for Creative Economy and Innovation, operation of a specialized center for venture start-ups, and overseas study programs. Second is the connection with the Center for Creative Economy and Innovation’s infrastructure in order to establish a network supporting system and to promote R&D, the creation and implementation of private networks, and the development of sports contents thru the vitalization of R&D regarding business start-up. Third is the adoption of a consulting team system and operation of a mentoring program to enhance the level of marketing, concluding memorandums of understanding with business consulting entities, and establishing a marketing support service system.

일반연구논문 ; 국제스포츠법에 관한 소고

현재의 국제스포츠법은 그 존재나 기본적인 원칙에 관한 내용은 어느 정도 확인할 수 있으나, 구체적인 규율 내용과 제도는 아직 제정 중에 있으며, 실정법으로서는 미완의 단계에 있다. 이러한 현상을 감안하면 국제스포츠법을 논하는 때에는 우선 이에 대한 사례와 법적 해결방안을 살펴볼 필요가 있다고 생각한다. 개별적인 사례에서 적용된 법리를 통하여 국제스포츠법의 수요, 법으로서의 활동을 확인하고, 존재해야 할 국제스포츠법을 인식할 수 있기 때문이다. 이에 국제스포츠법에 관한 사례분석을 통해 국제스포츠 현장에서 어떠한 법규제가 시도되어 왔는지, 어떠한 사실이 법의 적용대상이 되었는지를 살펴보고, 존재해야 할 국제스포츠법의 모습을 제시하고자 한다. 국제스포츠 법은 기본적인 실정법을 원칙으로 하면서 판례법을 중심으로 그 실효성을 추구하고 있다. 판례법이 국제스포츠법의 활동을 촉진시켜 법의 활동과 판례의 축적을 가속화 하고 있으며 이는 국제스포츠법의 성문화에 커다란 영향을 미치고 있다. 또한 CAS는 공평하고 신속하게 국제스포츠 분야의 분쟁해결을 도모하고 있다. CAS의 이러한 기능을 진전시키기 위해서는 CAS 자신의 스포츠와 법에 대한 전문성을 강화함과 동시에, 국내의 사법기관과 제휴하여 공동으로 분쟁해결을 도모하는 것이 필요하다. 특히 국제경기대회의 개최지에서는 이러한 필요성이 더욱 클 것이다. 그리고 CAS를 보다 광범하게 인식시키기 위해서 CAS에 대한 홍보를 더욱 강화할 필요가 있다. 더불어 국제스포츠법의 적용과 발전을 진행시킴과 동시에 국제스포츠분쟁의 해결은 사법회피를 염두에 두고 국제 및 국내기관의 행정관리에 맡길 필요도 있다. 국제스포츠분쟁의 해결을 공평하고 신속하게 이루기 위해서는 행정기관의 행정 처리에 따른 조력이 불가결하다. CAS의 중재판단에 국내법을 적용하는 것처럼 국제스포츠분쟁의 해결에 국내의 관련 기관을 이용할 필요가 있는 것으로 생각한다. This article observes that legal regulation of international sports competition has become extremely complex and has entered a new era, which provides fertile ground for the creation and evolution of broader legal jurisprudence with potentially widespread influence and application. Principal aim of this paper is to draw these developments to the attention of legal scholars and attorneys not necessarily familiar with sports law. Specifically, the evolving law of sports is having a significant influence on the development of international and national laws, is establishing a body of substantive legal doctrine ripe for analysis from a comparative law perspective, and has important implications for global dispute resolution. For example, the global processes used to establish an international sports anti-doping code and to resolve a broad range of Olympic and international sports disputes (which is rapidly creating a body of private international law) provide paradigms of international cooperation and global law-making. In addition, judicial resolution of sports-related cases may develop jurisprudence with new applications and influence. Our objective is to generate greater awareness of the importance of sports, not only as a worldwide cultural phenomenon and a significant part of the 21st century global economy, but as a rich source of international and national public and private laws that provide models for establishing, implementing, and enforcing global legal norms. It has proved to be a very popular and effective body for settling a wide range of sports disputes fairly, effectively, quickly and relatively inexpensively ‘ithin the family of sport’rather than in the often hostile and costly environment of the ordinary courts. Its procedures are user friendly and flexible and most cases referred to it are settled within months rather than years. Its cases are varied and come from all over the sporting world, including the commercial side. As such, as the CAS tends to follow its previous decisions, it is contributing to and building up, if not a lex sportiva, then at least a lex specialis. In doing so, it is serving the needs of sport, which continues to be an ever-expanding global social and business phenomenon.

강원FC 발전방안에 관한 연구

본 연구는 강원FC의 과거와 현재에 기반한 반성적 고찰을 통해 미래에 대한 발전방안 제시를 목적으로 문헌연구 방법에 의해 기술하였다. 연구결과의 요약은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 강원FC 활성화를 위한 지역밀착형 마케팅 강화가 요청된다. 둘째, 강원FC 활성화를 위한수익구조 다변화 추진이 요청된다. 셋째, 강원FC 활성화를 위한 경영환경 개선 및 재정 건전성 강화 방안 모색이 요청된다. 아울러 구단운영과 지배구조 문제 해결을 위한 스포츠 관련 전문 행정 및 경영인 발탁 기용과 함께 나아가서 강원FC는 도민구단 성격을 넘어 발전적인 새로운 모델 창출을 위한 독립구단 성격의 인사ㆍ행정이 보장되는 자립형 및 독립형 구단 모델 제시가 요청된다. This study is designed to explore a plan for the Gangwon FC development through an analysis of its status. For this purpose, my research has been conducted through an analysis of the status of Gangwon FC and a survey of local and international cases. As regards a plan for the Gangwon FC development , I work based on the suggestions from the analysis of the current status of Gangwon FC and the case analysis, to set basic directions as ‘creating a rapport with provincial people’. ‘seeking diversification of profit sources’, and ‘stable operation of the football club’ and proposed the following suggestions. First, it is about reinforcing regionally-grounded marketing. And I have suggested promotion of GE-project as a way to put it into action. The specifics of GE-project include organizing a regional base, diversifying promotional channels, Second, with regard to diversifying profit sources, I have suggested that Gangwon Province recruit sponsorships from companies that rack up a minimum turnover of 10 billion won among the ones that produce and sell products designated by the province as its strategic items, recruiting sponsorship from the provincial municipalities, diversifying ticket sales into regional season tickets (respectively for Gangneung, Chuncheon, and Wonju) and family tickets, and creating upscale home stadium by creating take-out cafes, spa facilities, shopping facilities, movie places, and lodging facilities. developing regionally grounded products, and strengthening relational marketing. Third, in terms of improving managerial environment and strengthening the financial soundness for the football club, I have suggested forming and operating tentatively named ‘Gangwon FC Management Innovation Committee’ that will perform the role of a control tower that draws up and implements plans to development Gangwon FC and ‘reinforcing the function of the board of directors’ through recruiting financial and public relations directors, while pointing out that financial support is needed for a certain period of time to ensure its continuation from the large framework of ‘grand reconciliation of provincial people’ and that it is desirable for the football club to establish an autarkic plan to secure finance.

극초단파 레이저를 이용한 PI 필름 가공 기술개발

Ultra short pulse laser processing with the PI (polyimide) substrate is conducted to increase flexibility and radius of curvatures. A femtosecond laser is used to perform micro machining by minimizing the heat effect in PI substrate. The laser processing according to the parameters, such as fabricated line width, depth, laser power, distance between lines, is carried out to understand the characteristics of fabricated lines. A bending test is carried out to evaluate bending shapes and the radius of curvature after bending and spreading it 1000 times. The results demonstrates that the radius of curvature decreases in deepen lines and increases with the augment of the number of the fabricated lines, and distance between lines.

2018 평창동계올림픽의 로컬스폰서 참여 방안

본 연구는 기업들에게 경쟁력을 강화하는 매력적인 마케팅 플랫폼으로 인식되고 있는 2018 평창동계올림픽 스폰서로 참여할 수 있는 방안을 마련하는 데 있다. 특히 올림픽 개최지인 강원도내 소재된 기업들의 로컬 스폰서 참여를 확대하기 위한 정책을 제언하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국제올림픽위원회(IOC)가 직접 협상권을 갖는 TOP(The Olympic)와 IOC의 감독 하에 대회조직위원회(OCOG)가 운영하는 개최국 내 로컬스폰서에 대한 개념을 정리하였다. 로컬 스폰서 구조 및 권리, 강원도 로컬 스폰서 잠재자원을 분석하여 다음과 같은 방향을 제시하였다. 첫째, 올림픽 로컬 스폰서 참여 지원서비스 실시이다. 둘째, 올림픽 로컬 스폰서 참여 활성화를 위한 협력체계 구축, 셋째 올림픽 로컬 스폰서와 사회적 경제와의 연계 추진, 넷째 강원도 올림픽마케팅 기본계획 수립이다. 하지만 이런 올림픽 로컬 스폰서로 지정되기 위해서는 IOC, 평창동계올림픽 조직위원회, 강원도간의 긴밀한 협조체계가 절실하다. 따라서 이에 대한 좀 더 많은 연구가 진행되어야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to make plans that corporations can participate in the 2018 PyeongChang Olympic Winter Games sponsorship recognized as an attractive marketing platform to raise competitiveness. In particular, policy which raise the participation of corporations located in Kwangwonddo, the venue for the 2018 Olympic Winter Games in the Olympic local sponsor will be showed. For this, the concept of TOP(The Olympic Partner) which the IOC has a direct negotiation right and Local partner which the OCOG has a direct negotiation right are arranged. The propel direction based on analyzing the right, structure, potential power of Local partner are as follow: First, to implement for the Olympic local partner support service. Second, to build cooperation systems for activating participation in the Olympic partner. Third, to promote the relationship between local economic and Olympic partner. Fourth, to set the Kwangwondo Olympic marketing basic plan. However, close cooperation among IOC, the Pyeongchang organizing committee, and Kwangwondo should be formed. Thus, in response, more studies should be prompted.
