…기업통합은 하나의 제품을 완성하는데 관여하는 모든 기업의 조직과 기능들을 수평적으로 연결하여 프로세스 상에서 단절되지 않도록 하나의 흐름으로 정의하고, 이들 프로세스를 효율적으로 통합하고자 한다. 본 연구는 ICEIMT 워킹그룹에서 제시한 참조모델을 바탕으로 기업 통합환경의 프로세스를 기술하고 모델링할 수 있는 도구를 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 모델러는 비즈니스 시나리오 에디터, 기능 모델러, 프로세스 모델러의 세부분으로 구성되어 있으며 MDA의 EDOC을 지원하고 있다. 이 모델러를 이용하여 기업간 프로세스를 기술하고, 정의함으로써 프로세스에 참여하는 기업들간의 공통의 정의를 통하여 상호 운용성을 확보하는 동시에 프로세스 상에서의 흐름을 유지할 수 있다.
펠티어 소자를 사용한 Low Drift Flux Meter의 기초연구

Fluxmeter is a measuring instrument the magnetic flux intensity by means of an integration of the voltage induced to a search coil to unit time. It also is required to a precise integrator since the voltage induced to a search coil has a differential value of the flux ${\Phi}$ to unit time. In this study, a bias current which is a main problem of the integrator in a drift troublesome depending on the temperature of a FET is investigated. We have confirmed that the temperature dependence of both the bias current of a integrator using the FET and the reversal saturated current of the minor carrier in a P-N junction of a semiconductor were the same. The property of a commercial integrator goes rapidly down with increasing temperature. The bias current of a FET is increased twice as much with 10$^{\circ}C$ increment. As a result, the low drift integrator could be developed by setting the lower temperature up with a pottier device.
다층용접배관의 용접부 잔류음력분포에 대한 기하학적형상과 용접후처리의 영향

In this study, the residual stress fields of multi-pass welded were analyzed by FEA under various geometrical conditions. In order to estimate the effects of pipe geometries on residual stress distribution, welding processes of each model were performed under the same heat cycles. And then, the influence of cutting off the weld bead on the residual stress redistribution was also estimated. From the results, in the range of t/D=0.05, axial residual stresses on the outer surface of the welded pipe were linearly decreased with pipe diameter increase. On the other hand, hoop residual stresses were not influenced by them. And both axial and hoop residual stresses on the outer surface of the welded pipe were increased with pipe diameter increase. But, when t/D was smaller than 0.05, they were converged in the nearly same value. The maximum residual stresses were generated at around HAZ. It in therefore necessary to consider them in welding design, strength evaluation, and analysis of fracture characteristics.

We investigated the effects of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) on wound healing using a three-dimensional (3D) collagen gel scaffold. Three circular full-thickness skin defects were created on the back of Sprague-Dawley rats. One site was covered with a 3D collagen gel containing 2 × 10^6 MSCs (MSCs+/3D collagen+). Another site was replaced with a 3D collagen gel without MSCs and the third site was left empty. The wound size was significantly reduced in the MSCs+/3D collagen+ sites. MSCs+/3D collagen+ sites exhibited the most neovascularization. FISH showed that Y-chromosome possessing cells were found within the dermis of MSCs+/3D collagen+ sites. Gelatin zymography revealed that the most intense expression of MMP-9 was detected early in the MSCs+/3D collagen+ sites. Our results indicate that MSCs upregulate the early expression of MMP-9 which induces the early mobilization of VEGF. Thus, MSCs appear to accelerate significantly wound healing via early activation of MMP-9 and VEGF.
