In this paper, we have proposed an integrated aircraft development environment which can support virtual design and development for Systems Engineering and IPPD(Integrated Product and Process Development). We have also proposed the ViMS(Virtual Mockup System) which can perform a system design review on an integrated aircraft development environment. The ViMS is an integrated virtual design support system with immersive design review functionality to make a virtual mockup instead of a physical mockup through the virtual reality technology. The functionality of the ViMS consists design data management, design technology, design verification, and design assessment. We have described the detailed development artifact, case studies and conclusions of using the ViMS functionality.

본 연구는 관계적 접근으로 대중문화흐름 속의 청소년문화를 탐구하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 대중문화의 흐름속에서 청소년문화의 관계를 파악하였다. 이를 통하여 청소년문화의 의미와 실천과제가 확인되었는데, 그것의 주요내용은 청소년문화가 가능성을 갖는 문화적 의미를 갖는다는 사실이다. 수동적인 문화나 수신자 문화, 소비자의 문화가 아니라 능동적인 문화와 발신자의 문화, 생산자의 문화적 성격을 갖는 문화라는 점이다. 아울러 대중문화의 흐름 속에서 새로운 가능성을 갖는 문화로서의 청소년문화의 실천과제는 인식적 실천과제와 제도적 실천과제 속에서 접근되어야 함이 발견되었다. 청소년문화의 인식적 실천의 중요성은 대중문화의 접근시각의 중요성으로 드러난다. 청소년문화가 배제적 관점 속에서 접근되는 것은 닫힌 청소년문화의 한계성을 가져오는 반면, 수렴적 관점 속에서 접근될 수 있어야 열린 청소년문화의 가능성이 수반될 수 있다. 따라서 청소년문화의 열린 가능성은 열린 관점에 의한 열린 문화의 개념 속에서 새로운 가능성을 가질 것이다. 그것은 작은 협의의 문화개념이 아닌 큰 광의의 문화개념 속에서 열려진다. This study aims to investigate Youth Culture in the Stream of Popular Culture by 'The Relation-Approach'. For this, the relations between the two were reviewed, through which the meaning and practical actions were identified as main finding of the fact that youth culture has cultural meaning with possibility. Namely, youth culture is not the culture of passive culture, addressee culture and consumer culture but the culture of active culture, addresser culture and producer culture. Further more, the practical actions as the culture of having new possibility in the stream of popular culture were found to be approached by epistemological and institutional practical actions. The importance of epistemological practice of youth culture is revealed as the importance of perspective. As far as youth culture is approached in the view of exclusive standpoint, there will be accompanied of limitation of closed youth culture. Thus, the possibility of open youth culture could be obtained by taking of the inclusive standpoint. Accordingly, the open possibility of youth culture will have the new possibility in the concept of open culture with open standpoint. That will be realized by the grand broad culture concept, not by the small narrow culture concept.

Intergovernmental cooperative relations is presented as a very important issue in the age of local autonomy. This study aims to establish logic of relationships and a model which would increase cooperative relations among governments in dealing with external functions requiring intergovernmental cooperation. Drawing upon the analysis of concepts, approaches and existing models of IGR, Intergovernmental Cooperation Model(ICM) suggested in this study consists of three sub-models: cooperative function, cooperative capacity and cooperative apparatus model. The model contains methods to transform fragmented functions among governments into cooperative ones and to induce the governmental agencies to share the costs. It also involves procedures for the governments to choose cooperative function and cooperative capacity and to link them by constitutional choice. The model presented in this study is useful in terms of converting the ineffectively fragmented functions presented as Win/Lose, Lose/Win, Lose/Lose to Win/Win type of agreement of cooperation as well as of cost-sharing among the governments by using mechanism of mutual benefits and mutual costs based on the logic of relationships. The merits of this model lies in the fact that it leads to desirable cooperative relations covering the entire governmental functions. By searching the model for the intergovernmental relations, this study provides a step to a solution to the conflicting interests among the governments with both theoretical and practical purposes.

본 연구는 관계적 접근으로 문화관리의 새로운 방향성을 탐구하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 문화관리의 8가지 방향을 찾아 율곡제의 문화관리 가능성을 타진하였다. 그 결과 문화관리의 방향성의 중요성을 발견하고, 관리 방향을 제시하는 동시에 그것의 유용성을 확인하였다. This study aims to investigate a new directionality of culture management by ``The Relation-Approach``. For this, I probed the possibility of culture management of ``Yulgok Festival`` through traveling 8 directions of culture management. So, I found the importance of directionality of culture management, also suggested and identified the usefulness of management directions.

본 연구는 관계적 접근으로 문화관리와 문화현상인식의 관계를 탐구하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 문화현상인식의 접근틀을 통해 율곡제의 문화관리 가능성과 비교하여 문화현상 인식가능성을 타진하였다. 그 결과 문화관리와 문화현상인 식 사이에 밀접한 관계가 있음을 발견하였고, 총체적 문화현상인식을 제시하는 동시에 그것의 유용성을 확인하였다. This study aims to investigate relations between culture management and perception of culture phenomenon by ``The Relation-Approach``. For this, I probed the possibility of perception of culture phenomenon in ``Yulgok Festival`` through logic framework of perception of culture phenomenon in comparison with the possibility of culture management. So, I found the tact that there are close relations between culture management and perception of culture phenomenon, also suggested ``Holistic Perception of Culture`` and identified its usefulness.

This study aims to suggest logical base for sustainable national even development through policy orientation of local decentralization and national even development in Rho’s participatory government. For this, investigating logic of local government and national even development, relations of local government and national even development are established in forms of concept relation, objective relation, operation relation. With these criteria, error possibilities of Rho’s policy orientation of local decentralization and national even development are reviewed centered around conceptual confusion, objective confusion, operational confusion, and some lessons are suggested Accordingly, sustainable national even development must be practiced through local decentralization in the framework of intergovernmental relations.

The topic of Intergovernmental external cooperation relations is significant one. It is a topic that will receive considerable attention from the outside management of local government. Because the reformative role of local government has shifted from the inside management to the outside management in these days. The impact on local government as a result of these shifts has increased. Another important aspect of these changes has been the greatly increased role of private providers. Many nonprofit providers have dominant positions in their locales. In relation to the base of these changes, the necessity of interdependence on intergovernmental relations has affected a way of problem-solving to cope with internal management. Thus, this study aims to suggest reformative approach and guidelines solving external cooperation on the basis of IGR methodology. Major finding is that intergovernmental external cooperation relations should be perceived in view of relationship approach, not individual approach.
