Many advanced countries including the U.S. consider defense standardization as a critical task for the efficient acquisition and effective operation of weapon systems and have implemented the appropriate standardization policy by synchronizing the defense acquisition strategies and nation standardization policy with defense standardization. It is required to develop the long-term defense standardization policy that can cope with the future domestic and international defense environmental changes. Therefore, it is an inevitable task to investigate the standardization trends and strategy in the domestic and international perspectives. The study aims to provide the vision of defense standardization policy, act/regulation, organization/personnel, education/training and information system.

라식 수술 후 압평안압계와 비접촉성 안압계 측정치간 큰 차이를 보인 1예

Purpose: To report the case of a glaucoma patient with a history of LASIK surgery who presented with a wide discrepancy in intraocular pressure between the Goldmann applanation tonometry and non-contact tonometry. Methods: A 20-year-old male glaucoma patient was referred to our clinic with a chief complaint of blurred vision in his right eye. The patient had a history of uneventful bilateral LASIK surgery. Upon our initial examination, his best-corrected visual acuity in the right eye was 0.04 and his right eye IOP was 14 mmHg by Goldmann applanation tonometry and 40 mmHg by non-contact tonometry. A slit lamp examination showed corneal epithelial edema with diffuse interface opacities. The central corneal thickness in the right eye was 587 ?m. An ultrabiomicroscopy demonstrated an interface fluid accumulation between the LASIK flap and the stromal bed. The patient was diagnosed with juvenile open-angle glaucoma and was scheduled for a trabeculectomy. Results: Seven days after trabeculectomy, the patient`s vision in the right eye improved to 0.7 and his IOP was 12 mmHg by Goldmann applanation tonometry and 14 mmHg by non-contact tonometry. In addition, the corneal epithelial edema, interface opacities, and fluids had all resolved and the central corneal thickness was reduced to 489 ?m. Conclusions: In eyes that have undergone LASIK surgery, the IOP measured by Goldmann applanation tonometry may underestimate the true pressure due to fluid accumulation under the LASIK flap. In such cases, non-contact tonometry can be a convenient and a reliable method for determining treatment plan.

The objective of this study is to investigate the inhibitor effects of an traditional oriental herb, Sophora flavescens on the pancreatic & cardiac side effects of chemotherapy were studied by using Bl6-BL6 melanoma-injected C57BL6 mouse tumor model. In this study, the effects of an traditional oriental herb, Sophora flavescens, on the side effects of chemotherapy were studied using B16 melanoma-injected C57BL6 mouse tumor model. Anticancer drugs widely used in clinical situation. Sophora flavescen has significant effect on the reduction of the side effects of chemotherapy. Water extract of Sophora flavescens significantly inhibited cisplatin-induced increase of amylase (AMY) which is a good indicator of pancreatic toxicity. Sophora flavescens extract does not decrease the anti-tumor activity of cisplatin showing that it can selectively inhibit side effects of anticancer drugs preserving beneficial effect. Theses results suggest a possibility that Sophora flavescens extract can be used for cancer patients for the reduction of the side effects and improving the quality of life during chemotherapy of cancer patients.

중간포도막염의 임상양상과 치료

Purpose: To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment of intermediate uveitis under new diagnostic standards. Methods: Medical records of patients diagnosed with pars planitis or intermediate uveitis were followed for more than 6 months, and retrospectively reviewed. Results: A total of 90 patients and 117 eyes were enrolled in the study. The mean age was 40.1 years, and the mean follow-up period was 43.0 months. Thirty percent of cases were bilateral. The most common initial symptom was decreased visual acuity. Snowbank was detected in 39.3%, snowballs in 15.4%, vitritis in 96.6%, and vasculitis in 56.4%. Common complications includedcystoid macular edema (57.3%), cataracts (43.6%), and epiretinal membrane (36.8%). Therapies included topical steroids (82.9% of cases), posterior sub-Tenon steroid injection (45.3% of cases), systemic steroid administration (67.8% of cases), and immunosuppressants (28.7% of cases). Vitrectomy was performed in 11.1% of patients due to complications such as epiretinal membrane and traction retinal detachment. The mean initial and final visual acuities were 0.67 and 0.74, respectively. Conclusions: The patients in this study experienced various courses of symptoms that required different treatment plans. Future investigations may corroborate these results.

재생골재 콘크리트의 강도 및 파괴특성 실험

The characteristics of concrete strength and fracture parameters of recycled aggregate concrete were investigated to apply to the concrete pavements. As the results, the early strength of recycled aggregate concrete showed to be lower than that of natural coarse aggregate concrete, whereas strength at 28 days showed to be similar. Young's modulus of recycled aggregate concrete was lower than that of natural coarse aggregate concrete due to the difference of aggregate strength. And recycled aggregate concrete contained with ground granulated blast furnace slag seemed to have an effect of strength increasing. The critical stress intensity factor of recycled aggregate concrete at the early age was increased, and converged to be similar, compared to natural aggregate concrete at later age. The reliability of two-parameter fracture model was identified by the good correlation between the theoretical value computed by P-CMOD relationship and experimental results for Young's modulus and tensile strength. 본 연구는 재생골재를 사용한 콘크리트의 강도 및 파괴특성을 고찰하므로써 콘크리트 포장체에 적용성 여부를 검토하기 위해 수행하였다. 재생콘크리트의 초기강도는 낮았으나 재령 증가에 따라 기준콘크리트와 거의 유사한 값을 나타내었으며. 탄성계수는 골재 강성 차이로 인하여 낮게 나타났다. 또한 고로슬래그 미분말을 혼합한 재생콘크리트의 강도개선효과를 확인할 수 있었다. TPFM에 의한 파괴에너지는 초기재령에서 재생콘크리트의 파괴특성이 우수한 것으로 나타났으나, 재령증가에 따라 기준콘크리트와 유사한 값으로 나타났다. 또한 P-CMOD 측정결과로부터 이론적으로 구한 탄성계수 및 인장강도와 실험으로 구한 탄성계수 및 쪼갬인장 강도사이의 상관성은 매우 높은 결과를 나타내어 시험방법의 신뢰성을 확인할 수 있었다.

제주신화 <차사본풀이>의 문화콘텐츠 변용 양상

본 연구는 제주신화 <차사본풀이>를 소재로 하는 문화콘텐츠를 분석하여 변용 양상을 살펴보았다. <차사본풀이>는 저승 여행을 통해 난제를 해결하고 저승사자가 되는 강림의 영웅 서사를 보여주고 있으며, 우리나라의 저승관이 잘 반영되어 있어 원형 서사로서 콘텐츠적 가치를 갖고 있다. <차사본풀이>를 소재로한 문화콘텐츠들은 ‘영웅 서사의 충실한 재현’(저승사자가 된 강림도령), ‘인간화를 통한 서사의 비극적 전환’(집으로 가는 길), ‘전통과 현대적 요소의 융합을 통한 서사의 확장’(신과 함께), ‘시대적 트렌드를 반영한 독창적인 세계관’(고스트 메신저)의 특징을 보여주고 있었다. 이러한 분석을 통해 <차사본풀이>의 ‘저승을 방문한 영웅’ 모티프가 다양하게 변형되면서 각 장르의 콘텐츠로 전환되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. This study examined adaptational aspects by analyzing culture contents, which use Jeju myth Chasabonpuri as a writing material. Chasabonpuri has a heroic narration of Ganglim, who becomes the grim reaper by solving the serious problem through a journey to the world beyond. Also, it has a value as an archetypal narration because of its reflection on Korean world view of afterlife. Culture contents, which use Chasabonpuri as a writing material, have features of accurate reproduction of heroic narration (Ganglim who becomes the grim reaper), tragic conversion of narration through humanization (The way home), extension of narration through merging with traditional and modern elements(Together with God), Unique view of the world that reflects the contemporary trend (Ghost Messenger).

항 아토피 화장품이 아토피 동물모델 Hairless Mice에 미치는 영향

이 연구는 아토피 피부염이 유발된 hairless mice에 항 아토피 제품 처리를 통해 아토피 증상 개선 효과에 대해 알아 본 실험이다. 항 아토피 물질인 ceramide와 astaxanthin을 melt-homogenization 방법을 이용해 고형 지질 나노입자를 제조하고 입자 주위에 silk fibroin을 코팅시켰다. 동시에 고형 지질 나노입자를 함유하는 항 아토피 로션(lotion)과 크림 (cream)을 만들어 타 사의 항 아토피 제품과 비교하였다. 아토피 피부염이 유발된 마우스의 외형적인 모습 관찰을 통해 ceramide와 silk fibroin을 함유한 항 아토피 제품인 FL과 FC는 아토피 피부염으로 손상된 피부 장벽을 재생 시키는 것을 확인하였고, 아토피 피부염이 유발된 피부 두께 역시 감소됨을 알 수 있었다. 면역학적 평가를 통해 silk fibroin과 astaxanthin 이 Th2 cytokine인 IgE와 IL-4의 발현을 억제하고 IFN-y의 발현을 증가시켜 Th cell 사이의 균형을 이루게 하는 것이 밝혀졌다. 또한, 비장수치를 통해 T 림파구의 따른 IgE, IL-4 발현 억제능, 그리고 IFN-y 발현을 확인하였다. The efficacies of anti-atopic preparations were investigated in hairless mice suffering from 2,4-dinitro-chlorobenzene (DNCB)-induced atopic dermatitis-like lesion. Solid lipid nanoparticle (SLN) containing ceramide and astaxanthin was prepared by a melt-homogenization method using Aminsoft-CT 12 (Cocoyl glutamate) as an emulsifier. And then, the SLNs were coated with silk fibroin (SF) by taking advantage of an electrostatic interaction between the surface of SLNs and SF. SLNs were included in lotion (FL) and cream (FC) types of preparations. Anti-atopic efficacies of the preparations were investigated in terms of appearance of skin surface, spleen index, serum IgE level, and serum cytokine level. SLN-containing preparations suppressed IgE production and IL-4 expression, but promoted IFN-yexpression.

지역별 특성이 초기창업기업 생존에 미치는 영향

최근 국내 창업생태계는 양적으로 빠르게 성장하면서 2000년대 초반 이후 ‘제2의 벤처붐’을 재현하는데 성공했다는 평가를 받고 있다. 하지만 그 이면에는 창업활동 및 관련 인프라의 수도권 쏠림 현상이 심화되면서 지역 양극화가 확대되고 있다는 문제점이 상존한다. 지역 창업은 지역 내양질의 일자리를 창출하여 균형발전을 견인하고 거시경제의 장기복원력을 강화하는 등 중요한 역할을 수행할 수 있지만, 이와 관련된 연구는 여전히 제한적인 실정이다. 이러한 배경에서 본 연구는 지역적 요인이 지역 창업기업의 생존에 끼치는 영향에 대해 실증적으로 검증하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 2016-2019년 기간 동안 전국사업체조사 마이크로데이터를 활용하여 441.8만개 창업기업 관측치를 대상으로 분석을 진행하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 창업기업의 평균 생존기간은 14.3개월, 2년 기준 평균 생존율은 42.5%로 나타났다. 특히 동일한 지역 내에서 창업기업의 산업별 생존율에 차이가 존재했으며, 이와 유사하게 동일한 산업 내에서도 지역에 따라 창업기업의 생존율에 상당한 차이가 존재한다는 것을 확인하였다. 이는 지역적 요인이 창업기업의 생존에 유의미한 영향을 줄 수 있다는 것을 시사한다. 둘째, 지역 창업기업의 기업특성 중 기업규모와 산업유형이 창업기업의 생존에 유의미한 영향을 끼치는 것을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 지역요인 중 시장진입률, 다양성지수 및 입지계수로 측정한 산업집중도, 수도권 입지 여부, 그리고 지역 내 대학교 수가 창업기업의 생존에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 이러한 결과를 토대로 시사점과 한계점에 대해 논의하였다. While the domestic entrepreneurial ecosystem has grown rapidly, the concentration of related social and economic infrastructure in the metropolitan area is deepening. In particular, local entrepreneurship, which can create new jobs in the region and contribute to regional economic growth, plays a key role in alleviating the imbalance between the metropolitan and the region. However, relatively few studies have focused on the regional start-ups. To fill this void, this study examines the antecedents of the survival of local start-ups. Specifically, we examine whether the survival probabilities of start-ups differ by region and which firm and regional characteristics affect the survival of local start-ups. We test these hypotheses by using 44.19 million start-up companies from 2016 to 2019. The findings show that the survival rate of start-ups is different even within the same region. This means that local factors can have a significant impact on the survival of start-ups. Second, our results also indicate that the industrial type and firm size had a significant effect on survival. In addition, as for regional characteristics, it was found that industrial structure, location coeffieicent, diversity index, metropolitan area, and the number of universities have significant impact on the survival of start-ups. Based on these results, we discuss the implications and limitations in this study.
